中日经贸关系的战略思考

近两年,中日两国的经贸关系因历史和政治原因而受到了一定的影响,中国和日本都是东亚地区的重要国家,中日两国之间的经贸关系不仅影响着各自国家的经济发展,也影响着东亚地区的经济合作和整个亚洲未来的经济发展趋势。本文利用贸易依存度、投资依存度等指标分析了中日两国经贸关系的相互依存性,指出了中日经贸关系中存在的问题,并根据一个多世纪以来中日两国间的经贸政策,对发展中日经贸关系做了战略思考。我国在加强与日本经济合作的同时,需加快实施“自主创新的竞争战略”。     

品牌管理视野下的广告和公共关系

在品牌管理的框架下有机地整合广告和公共关系的职能，乃是近年来许多广告机构努力的方向。本文认为，唯有打破单一的广告思维方式，在正确理解品牌管理要义的基础上，对广告和公共关系的特性有一清晰的梳理，把握它们的各自所长及其在品牌管理中的作用，才有可能实现真正意义上的互补和整合。     

The Progress, Challenges and Countermeasures of the Labor Contract Law

In recent years, as the process of industrialization, urbanization, and economic restructuring speeded up, the enterprises＇ system reform deepens, the diversification of business forms and labor relations increased, there have been some new situations and problems of the labor relations. The legitimate rights and interests of laborers have been violated every now and then in some regions, and even very serious in particular industries. This is shown in the following areas： （1） Labor disputes arise when the legitimate rights and interests of laborers are not effectively protected, and the rate of labor contract signing is low.

This year marks the 35 anniversary of the establish- ment of diplomatic relations between China and Iran.Over the last 35 years,bilateral relations between the two sides have seen smooth progresses.In recent years,with active high-level leaders contacts,the two-way economic and trade cooperation between the two countries has been increasingly enlarged in depth and scope.Iran has be- come the second trade partner of China in West Asia and North Africa and the third largest oil supplier of China in the world. The main fields of Iran and China coopera- tion are energy,petrochemicals,chemicals, machineries,textile and steel industry.In 2006,Sino-Iranian two-way trade reached US＄14.45 billion,a year-on-year increase of 43.3%.Among this total,about US＄4.5 billion belonged to China's exports to Iran,and about US＄10 billion came from imports from Iran,up 46.2% and 46.7% re- spectively over the last year.We imported about 16.8 million tons of Iranian oil in that single year.In the first half of 2007,a num- ber of agreements in various areas have been reached by the two countries.In spite of the close bilateral ties,there is still huge room for both sides to further strengthen their economic cooperation. Interdependence and economic development in North and South

In the past four or five years politicians in the industrialized countries and research workers as well have been making increasing use of the term “interdependence” as quintessential to the economic and political relations between the North and the South. What does this term mean? Can the extent and the effects of this interdependence be quantified?     

Contextualizing Voice and Stakeholders: Researching Employment Relations,Immigration and Trade Unions

This article aims to outline some of the ways in which issues of migration and employment relations have been studied in the European context, cross referencing recent interventions in the USA. The argument is a discussion of some of the different dimensions of migration and the way debates within Industrial Relations have been shaped. More specifically, the article will look at the way trade unions have made the ethical turn towards questions of migration and equality. The article will observe the way these issues have been academically framed and the manner in which the ‘problem’ of migration is conceptualized. It will attempt to provide a framework for discussing the way we have been analysing these issues and the ethical dimensions of these discussions. The relevance of the article is that institutionally responding to migration is not solely a question of adjusting employment relations or Industrial Relations institutions to various ‘new’ constituencies. The article will show that the topic raises issues as to how we actually understand what the study of employment and especially Industrial Relations are. The article also argues that there is a growing need for researchers to be aware of ethical issues when studying in the area of migration, and to be sensitive to competing voices and methodologies in this area. In particular we need approaches that are multidimensional and that emphasize the history and context of change in social constituencies, the new mechanisms of representation within communities, the role of the political in terms of discourses and resources, and the broad play and spaces of regulation and social policy.     

民族关系的社会学研究综述

从社会学角度研究民族关系是民族社会学研究的一个重要范畴。目前,国外民族关系的社会学研究理论、内容和方法比较成熟,国内在改革开放以后也进行了有益的探索。如贾春增等学者就对民族社会关系的概念、主要表现形式及衡量民族社会关系的指标体系及当代民族社会关系的调试等作出了极有价值的论述。同时学者们对民族社会学中的民族关系内涵也进行了界定,但还未形成共识。除了对民族关系社会学研究学科建设、理论探讨外,近年来国内也开展了对民族关系的社会学专题调查研究,作者们分别从历史学、经济学、人类学、社会学等视角,探讨我国当前民族关系和民族发展问题,促进了理论和实践发展。     

近年来危机传播之研究综述

本文从公共关系学和修辞学两种取向，针对国内外近年来的危机传播（crisis communication）研究进行了综述。从公共关系学取向而言，危机公关研究仍关注实践层面的传播策略，危机时的媒介策略与议题建构、网络危机公关成为两个较受重视的研究领域。从修辞学取向而言，危机情境与危机反应策略之间的关联成为近年来此取向研究的重点，并开始探索情感在危机时对利益相关者行为意图的影响。最后，本文针对已有的研究存在的不足，建议未来的危机传播研究加强取向的整合、拓宽学科视角、重视新媒体和文化差异研究。     

全球金融危机下的中韩经贸关系调整及对策

中韩建交16年来,两国互为重要的贸易伙伴。"次贷危机"的爆发对中韩两国经济与贸易形成重大冲击。包括贸易逆差在内的中韩双边经贸关系中的固有问题发生了一定变化。面对全球金融风暴,中韩两国应该加强金融合作、改善贸易环境,同舟共济、勇闯难关。

产权与信用:博弈中的原初逻辑

产权是有限理性的自利的人们在长期的博弈过程中内生出来的结果。产权自我维持的私人治理说明信用的产生是尊重并保护产权的结果。从某种原初状态出发,在漫长的历史演化过程中,经济人在相互生存竞争和博弈过程中自发地形成了产权关系,这一过程中信用也相伴而生。事实和逻辑都证明了产权的确立是信用产生的前提,产权明晰对信用具有强化作用。

Defining the gap between research and practice in public relations programme evaluation – towards a new research agenda

The current situation in public relations programme evaluation is neatly summarized by McCoy who commented that ‘probably the most common buzzwords in public relations in the last ten years have been evaluation and accountability’ (McCoy 2005, 3). This paper examines the academic and practitioner‐based literature and research on programme evaluation and it detects different priorities and approaches that may partly explain why the debate on acceptable and agreed evaluation methods continues. It analyses those differences and proposes a research agenda to bridge the gap and move the debate forward.     

Intra-Industry Specialization in United States–China Trade

Frictions in U.S.–China bilateral trade relations have intensified in recent years. Changes in intra-industry specialization indicators are used to assess factor adjustment pressures that may have been experienced by U.S. and Chinese industries from recent growth in bilateral trade. Many industries experienced large increases in intra-industry trade over the 2000–10 period. Only 14 of 62 U.S. industries may have experienced factor adjustment pressures. Most U.S. industries gained from growth in U.S.–China trade. Nine Chinese industries may have faced factor adjustment pressures. The United States should refrain from using trade remedy measures to address bilateral trade frictions and focus instead on improving trade relations.

Trade conflicts flaring up at intervals have become a feature of economic relations between Japan and the USA. The following article examines the history of these conflicts against the background of the two countries’ differing political traditions, goals, negotiating mechanisms and policy instruments.     

我国劳动争议的省际差异及其解释

在中国经济转型的过程中,劳动关系发生了巨大的变化,劳资纠纷日益常态化。以劳动争议案件作为代表劳动关系状况的一个综合性指标,可以发现各省之间劳动争议案件发生的频率存在着显著差异。劳动争议案件发生的频率与经济转型程度和经济发展水平有直接关系,利用省际面板数据进行的定量分析发现,各省之间在经济转型、经济发展、劳动力市场状况等方面的差距能够解释劳动争议案件的省际差异。

Contemporary Developments in Employee Relations in Food Retailing

Over the past decade considerable attention has been focused upon the changing nature of the retail food sector. While some attempts have been made to detail the implications for employee relations, the majority of studies have chosen in-depth qualitative research. While all such study is to be welcomed, it is necessary to place such focused research into the context of sectoral change. This article provides an overview of the major developments within food retailing and details their impact upon contemporary employment relations.     

International business–government relations research 1945–2015: Concepts,typologies, theories and methodologies

Seventy years after its postwar inception, the field of international business–government relations (IBGR) is rich in new concepts, typologies, theories and methodologies that have broadly reflected the three post-WWII periods of Confrontation, Accommodation and Competition. This analysis discusses the correspondence between these “new terms” and IBGR practice during each one of these periods which have continuously brought up new actors, issues and ideologies whose study keeps growing in quantity if not always in quality. It concludes with what can be anticipated regarding the international relations between business and governments in a future marked by much greater political disorder and less economic multilateralism as well as by nonmarket strategies that may remain localized.
