学术期刊载文被引定量分析——以近十年《教育研究与实验》杂志为例

利用清华同方《中国学术文献网络出版总库》的数据,运用文献计量法对2000—2009年《教育研究与实验》载文被国内中文期刊引用频次分布、选题分布、被引论文年代分布、引用核心期刊等情况进行系统梳理和分析,揭示我国教育科学研究领域的学者对该刊载文的借鉴和利用情况,为该刊今后的发展研究奠定一定的基础和提供一定的参考依据。     

Beyond greening: new dialogue and new approaches for developing sustainability

The Sixth International Conference of the Greening of Industry Network, Developing Sustainability: New Dialogue, New Approaches, was held in Santa Barbara, CA, USA, 16–19 November 1997. This special edition of Business Strategy and the Environment attempts to capture the dialogue from the conference by presenting seven edited papers from the conference, a review of the conference's objectives and achievements from the perspective of the conference organizers, and this introductory essay. Each of the seven papers takes a different cut at theoretical, empirical and methodological questions around the focus of the conference. Together they represent the diversity and creativity of approach that is central to the conference's objective of establishing new dialogue on processes of greening and progress towards sustainable development. The organization of the conference and significant conference highlights, such as the incorporation of CERES into the organization of the conference, and the expansion of the Network into Asia, are reviewed by the conference organizers in this special edition (Fatkin and Fischer, 1998). This essay discusses new dialogues and new approaches to industrial transformation emerging from Santa Barbara. © 1998 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd and ERP Environment.     

An introduction to the special feature section: Price,wage and employment adjustments in 2007–2008 and some inference for the current European crisis

The four papers in this issue are part of a collective effort coordinated by the ECB and European National Central Banks, the Eurosystem's Wage Dynamics Network Survey. They provide new and systematic evidence on wage and price flexibility in Europe and attempt to explain their determinants.     

Vision 20/20: Preparing today for tomorrow's challenges

This special issue includes five of the best papers presented at the 20th IPSERA conference. This conference was organized by Maastricht University and took place in Maastricht, The Netherlands. The conference theme was: ‘Vision 20/20: Preparing today for tomorrow's challenges’. In this editorial we discuss the future challenges in Purchasing and Supply Management and how one can prepare for these today. We make use of the concept of weak signals to detect a number of emerging future trends. All abstracts of the 110 conference papers were analysed using text mining and tag clouds. Also we introduce the five papers that were selected by the conference reviewers and track chairs as the best papers of the conference.     

网络消费者满意度的影响因素分析

网络营销是建立在互联网技术之上、借助互联网特性实现的以盈利为目的的一种营销手段。它与传统营销相比,主要是借助互联网作为销售工具来进行一系列的营销活动在最初的起步阶段到现在逐渐成熟,它比传统营销有着绝对优势。互联网的普及推动了电子商务的发展,在我国,互联网起步较晚,但是近年来随着人们生活水平以及各种观念的提高,互联网行业得到突飞猛进的发展,相应的我国的网络营销伴随着网络的发展而与日俱增,更加完善。网络消费者购买商品主要受自己对商品的认知,更主要是在购买商品后形成的满意程度,如果消费者在第一次的购买过程达到自己的满意则会加大消费者的重复购买率。反之,消费者在购买过程中的满意度降低,则严重影响消费者的二次购买。     

我国图书馆数字参考咨询研究核心论文定量分析

本文以CNKI全文数据库《中国学术期刊网络出版总库(CAJD)》为文献数据源,对2001～2010年期间有关图书馆数字参考咨询的核心论文进行定量分析,以期对本领域今后的研究提供一定的参考与启示。     

基于AIW-PSO小波神经网络的上证指数预测

针对小波神经网络(Wavelet Neural Network,WNN)的学习算法的不足,采用一种自适应惯性权重粒子群优化算法(Adaptive Inertia Weight Particle Swarm Optimization,AIW-PSO)作为小波神经网络的学习算法,建立AIW-PSO小波神经网络模型对上证指数进行预测,并将预测结果传统小波神经网络模型比较。结果表明,AIW-PSO小波神经网络模型对上证指数具有更好的预测效果。     

Bridging the transatlantic publishing gap: How North American reviewers evaluate European idiographic research

To a large extent there exists a gap between European and American management research reflecting the differences between nomothetic and idiographic research approaches. The paper investigates the logic used by North American reviewers when evaluating European papers based on an idiographic case study approach. Our analysis enables us to uncover the criteria used by North American reviewers and to relate them to the criteria suggested for idiographic research. We also discuss the role of writing style and structure in the North American reviewers' assessment of idiographic papers. Based on our analysis we make suggestions to editors, reviewers, and authors of idiographic papers, in order to enhance the probability for publication of idiographic, qualitative and processual research and thus to bridge the transatlantic gap.     

Modifications and innovations to research solutions in the lab: A study on the post-adoptive usage behaviors of life scientists

Research solutions in life science are bundles of documented knowledge (i.e., a manual) and materials provided by commercial firms to help scientists with their experiments. This study builds on existing research on post-adoptive usage to understand why some scientists are more likely to make modifications—personalization, customization, invention changes (including making add-ins and using existing functions for novel purposes)—to a research solution after their adoptions. By examining the different modification behaviors of 1908 scientists over a sixteen-year period, the authors find that the likelihood of users in making modifications are positively impacted by their diverse range of usage experience, early usage status, and collaborative support from the scientific community. While expertise can have a positive impact on the personalization and customization modifications, it has an inverted U-shaped relationship with invention changes. Interestingly, the effects from the characteristics of a research solution are mixed. For example, ease of use can negatively impact on a user′s likelihood to make personalization and customization modifications or create add-ins, but it is positively linked to the likelihood in applying existing functions for novel purposes.     

医学论文资料的获取之管见

目的:针对医学生撰写医学论文中普遍感到资料匮乏这一现状,探寻并指导医学论文资料积累的方法,为撰写医学论文做前期准备。方法:通过细致观察,对科研工作进行真实记录,获取直接资料;通过查阅古今中外文献,获取间接资料。结果:在日常工作和学习中学会积累,获取大量的医学资料,确保医学论文的真实、准确、科学。结论:为医学生提供积累医学资料方法,养成在日常工作学习中累积材料的习惯,提高撰写医学论文的水平。     

On the relation between intellectual collaboration and intellectual output: Evidence from the finance academe

This paper tests the relation between intellectual collaboration and the quality of the intellectual output using academic papers published in prestigious finance journals during 1988–2005. We use the number of authors of a paper to measure the extent of intellectual collaboration and the number of citations that a paper receives (adjusted by the number of years since the paper's publication) as a measure of its intellectual value. Based on empirical tests, we find that papers with more authors are cited more often. This relation does not hold for purely theoretical papers. Coauthoring with a prolific author leads to higher quality papers, but coauthoring with colleagues at the same institution leads to neither higher nor lower quality papers. Papers with four authors are cited most often. Overall, when it comes to intellectual collaboration, our results counter the notion that “too many cooks spoil the broth.”     

英汉广告中的用词歧义现象研究报告——英汉歧义在广告语中的积极运用

为了更好的吸引读者或听众的注意力,达到商业目的,许多广告中运用了歧义的手段,并且运用的恰到好处,吸引了广大群众,同时这些广告也具有很强的艺术性和幽默感,推动大众对语言的欣赏。恰当地使用歧义,不仅能使广告语言简练、丰富、诙谐,而且还能使广告引人注意,便于记忆。可见,广告语也是一门艺术。     

Simultaneous Multiple Journal Submissions: The Case Against

A bstract . Because journals taking so long to review submissions, proposals have been made that authors be permitted to send the same paper to several journals at once. This paper argues that such a reform is ill-advised. In particular, it will fail to speed up the reviewing process ; it wilt fail to advance the careers of individuals who submit their papers to several journals at once; and it will have negative repercussions for the entire profession , because published results will become less reliable under a system of multiple submissions. The paper concludes with some more practical proposals to reduce decision times for submitted papers.

The Economic Puzzle of Oskar Schindler:

ABSTRACT The popular film Schindler's List is a cinematic portrayal of Oskar Schindler , the German industrialist who rescued more than a thousand of his Jewish workers during the Holocaust . While the film has generated much debate over the character's motivations, the historical Oskar Schindler can be viewed as an economic actor who made several choices. Examined together, these various choices make an excellent case for amenity potential , a concept from the work of Harold Demsetz which explains how one's control over a firm's resources gives one opportunities to use those resources for whatever purposes one sees fit, subject to legal and market constraints . Applying amenity potential to the economic puzzle of Schindler's choices reveals how and why he was able to make various choices which followed the letter of the law in Nazi Society, while violating its spirit.     

物流组织网络对“物流网络-物流效果”体系影响的实证研究

物流网络是物流资源整合与共享的重要途径。物流组织网络是物流网络的重要组成部分,为明确其对物流业发展的意义,进一步丰富物流网络理论,根据已有的物流网络的理论提出本研究。文中运用结构方程模型,通过建立均值结构方程模型、路径系数模型分别对组织网络对物流网络—物流效果体系的直接影响与路径影响做了分析得出结论。     

Forecasting the resurgence of the U.S. economy in 2010: An expert judgment approach

This paper describes a forecast, performed in December 2008, of the time of the recovery of the U.S. economy from the contraction that began in December 2007. As in two earlier papers, the forecast uses an expert judgment approach, the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), within the framework of decision theory, as well as its generalization to dependence and feedback in the form of the Analytic Network Process (ANP). The findings of this paper are that the economy would begin its recovery in July-August, 2010. While forecasting is always hazardous, our 2001 paper successfully forecast the date the recovery began. Since 1920 the validating authority for the turnaround dates has traditionally been the widely recognized National Bureau of Economic Research (NBER). The Bureau usually releases an official statement with their finding many months after the event (and of course after the forecasts had been done). Our results on the month in which the recovery began in 2001 were confirmed by the NBER in July 2003. We will again await the NBER determination of the time of recovery from the current recession.
