简明化工制图是化工学院工科专业开设的一门专业性强、知识点多的交叉性课程。针对简明化工制图课程学时少、教学内容与后续专业课缺乏结合、教学方式单一和学生学习积极性不足等问题,对简明化工制图课程从理论与实践教学内容、教学方法和考核评价方法等方面进行了优化改革。经过对比教学改革前后制药工程专业学生学习的主动性和成绩分布等情况,发现教学改革后学生学习的主动性增强,考核合格率和优秀率明显增加,绘图和识图能力显著提高。  相似文献

大连轻工学院职业技术学院的薄涛先生经潜心研究,将服装分比制图法发扬光大,发明了小数比例制图法,又称纯比例制图法。该方法摒弃了传统的分数比例格式(如前胸阔=1.5/10B+3cm),而直接采用了小数比例格式(如前胸阔=0.18B),从而利用纯比例三角板实现了真正意义上的免计算绘图。其制图的快速性是凡目睹过现场演示的人员所公认的。不仅如此,由于该制图法顺应了直尺画曲线的大趋势,更是受到了很多专业人员的热烈欢迎。然而,由于该方法是对流派众多的分数比例制图法的革命,因而遭到一部分以分数比例制图法为脉络的著书立说者的抵制,而广大专业技术人员及各级院校莘莘学子对纯比例制图原理的怀疑,也使得该项技术的推广应用  相似文献

Spatial ability has been confirmed to be of particular importance for successful engineering graphics education and to be a component of human intelligence that can be improved through instruction and training. Consequently, the creation and communication by means of graphics demand careful development of spatial skills provided by the balanced curricula based on the research results in multi disciplinary area. The approach to engineering graphics education had been transformed to meet spatial skills improvement even before significant and fast changes arose from the development of computer technology enabling the engineer powerful tools and techniques. The correlation and interference between new technologies widely introduced in engineering graphics education and spatial ability/skills, have initiated new studies to establish the basis of holistic engineering graphics education. This paper presents the overview of some efforts and possible answers resulting from intensive research into spatial ability and skills and their implementation in the conception of graphics education in engineering environment.  相似文献

The quasi-experimental field study with 174 advanced engineering students analysed the possibilities to assist the requirement analysis when solving design problems. Technical check lists are in common practice for assisting the requirement analysis. We wondered if a generic question answering system (GQAS) aiming at the ‘semantic relationships’ would offer an additional benefit to the exhaustive identification of the requirements of a design task when a technical check list were offered at the same time. Therefore, the students were asked to develop a list of requirements for the design of a machine collecting windfall. Whereas one group was offered the technical check list together with the generic question answering system, the other group was only offered the technical check list in assisting their task. The entire number of identified applicable requirements is significantly higher for the group with the additional GQAS. The additional benefit of answering generic interrogative questions holds for the majority of the individual categories of technical requirements. The benefit is explained with the proven stimulation of meta-cognitive processes by means of systems of interrogative questions. Practically, the consideration of generic procedures of problem solving in engineering design education may be recommended.  相似文献

High-performing project teams are crucial for effective research and development (R&D). To become high performing, teams need to make use of their different skills and reflect upon their collective actions, thereby combining knowledge that could lead to value-adding activities for the company. This article describes the use of team coaching in supporting team reflection and learning in global R&D project teams. A collaborative research approach was used during the 8 months of coaching, with several inquiry methods being employed. The results indicate that coaching interventions have a positive effect on team performance, both from an efficiency perspective as well as from a creativity and climate perspective. Practical and theoretical implications are discussed, as is future research.  相似文献

Although the utilization of logistics service provider firms is growing exponentially in business-to-business markets, little is known about what enables some of these firms to perform better than others. Building on the resource-based view of the firm, this research proposes that market orientation and certain employee development practices (service-related training, coaching, and empowerment) influence both employee and organizational performance. The hypotheses are tested using data from 123 large logistics service provider organizations. A multi-survey design was utilized wherein managers as well as the frontline service employees who interact directly with customers represented each organization. The findings suggest that (a) market orientation influences organizational and employee performance, (b) coaching moderates both links, (c) service-related training moderates the link with employee performance only, and (d) empowerment does not moderate either link.  相似文献
