馈源整体制冷技术在深空测控系统中的应用

深空探测器通信距离遥远,其返回信号微弱,因此要求接收天线具备尽量高的品质因数（G/T）。下行链路设备工作在低温环境中,有利于降低噪声温度,提高系统G/T值。针对35 m深空测控天线,首先分析了Ka频段天线增益、外部和内部噪声;在此基础上提出了Ka频段馈源整体制冷方案,并对馈源不制冷和馈源整体制冷两种方案进行了比对分析;最后总结了超低温馈源设计和制造关键技术。馈源整体制冷系统噪声温度测试结果小于45 K。分析表明采用馈源整体制冷方案能够提升系统G/T值1.03 dB,35 m深空测控天线Ka频段接收能力提高约21%。     

应用于无线USB的小型超宽带阻带天线

设计了一种用于超宽带无线通信系统的小型化天线。该天线贴片尺寸为20 mm×15 mm ×3 mm,采用U形折叠结构和渐变结构相结合,可使天线具有超宽带特性。为 了减小对无线局域网（WLAN）系统5 GHz频带的干扰,天线采取了叉形谐振结构来实现对相应频带的抑制。采用仿真软件分析了该天线阻抗带宽和不同频点处的辐射方向图。仿真和实测结果显示,该天线在25～4.67 GHz和628～12 GHz内S11<-10 dB,在47～6.2 GHz内S11>-10 dB,因而有效产生带阻特性。     

扩频和高速数据信号的星间天线角跟踪系统设计

分析了中继卫星星间链路低速扩频和高速数据传输信号时,使用单通道单脉冲、有限个系统中频带宽档位、包络检波方法进行角跟踪的可行性,给出了角跟踪误差信号和信噪比计算公式、中频带宽的选取原则.结果表明,该方法适合所有星间链路信号类型的角跟踪,简化了星地控制.

相控阵结合伺服辅助的车载动中通天线跟踪方法

天线跟踪功能是车载动中通系统(SOTM)提供无线通信能力的前提,相控阵天线能提供较好的跟踪性能,但是存在波束扫描范围有限的问题。为实现相控阵天线全方位跟踪能力,提出了一种相控阵+伺服辅助的方法。给出了算法数据处理流程,并完成了原理样机设计。根据原理样机工作原理给出了跟踪角误差计算公式,测试结果与计算结果相符。测试结果表明：在(57.88～115.76)°/s角速度下,通信链路信噪比损失小于0.5 dB。     

跟踪及数据中继卫星系统的正反向通信链路

本文讨论跟踪及数据中继卫星系统的正反向通信链路。包括：１）Ｓ波段多址勤条链路的相控阵天线地面多波束形成自适应对准；２）把ＴＤＲＳ上的３０个单元天线的接收信号转回地面并保证各路之间相对相位，振幅的稳定；３）Ｋｕ波段单址勤务链路中ＴＤＲＳ与用户飞行器天线相互捕获与跟踪；４）扩频－测距码的快捕。     

一种基于TDOA的多天线联合测角算法

针对分布式多天线系统中传统测角方法存在测量精度偏低、宽带信号不适用等问题,提出了一种基于时延差（Time Difference of Arrival,TDOA）测量的多天线二维测角算法。该算法基于最小二乘原理,综合利用多基线测量结果进行迭代计算,有效提高了估计精度,且无需解模糊。推导了算法的克拉美罗界(Cramér-Rao Lower Bound,CRLB)与均方根误差表达式,讨论了算法的测角性能。当天线数为7、天线间距100 m、时延估计精度优于10 μs时,测角精度接近CRLB,方位角精度优于3°,俯仰角精度优于4°。算法复杂度适中,能够应用到多天线无源侦察、空间目标跟踪等应用中。     

宽带小型化U型贴片天线的设计

设计了一副中心频率为2 GHz的四分之一波长U型贴片天线。采用U型槽加载减小了探针 电感,使天线实现双谐振工作,通过将双频比调整到接近为1以展宽天线的工作频带,设计 出的天线的带宽达49%(VSWR<2)。利用短路墙加载技术,使天线的尺寸在四分之一波长 左右 ,减小了天线尺寸,天线的尺寸仅为295 mm×40 mm×12 mm。实际制作了该 天线,测试结果与 理论分析基本吻合,验证了设计的正确性。该天线结构简单,便于设计以及加工制作,同时 方便集成于移动通信设备中。     

一种小型半U型缝折叠超宽带微带天线

提出了一种四分之一波长半U型缝隙折叠超宽带微带天线。该天线采用短路面加载半 U型缝隙以及折叠辐射贴片的方法,实现了小型超宽带特性;天线的尺寸为18 mm×7. 5 mm×7 mm,相对波长尺寸为0231λg×0096λg×009λg （λg是天线 带宽最低频率对应的介质中波长）。仿真显示,天线的阻抗带宽为393%,仿真辐射方向图 稳定,平均增益4.3 dB。由矢量网络适量分析仪E5071C实测天线模型,天线的带宽为3 86～6.47 GHz,相对带宽为5053%,并且从3.53 GHz到大于8.5 GHz频段上 电压驻波比小于3,相对带宽超过826%。     

基于SRR结构具有陷波特性的超宽带天线

在Yang X等人提出的SRR（Split Ring Resonator）天线结构基础上,在天线贴片上 设计出一个U型槽,通过改变该U型槽缝隙宽度、长度等参数,以不断调整阻带中心频率及带 宽,从而实现了一种具有陷波特性、能够屏蔽无线局域网（WLAN）信号干扰的超宽带天线。 仿真及测试结果 表明,改进前天线的工作频带为3～11 GHz（VSWR<2）,无陷波特性;而改进后的天 线在 4.4～5.7 GHz频率范围内具有良好的频带抑制特性,增益值最低可达到-15 dB, 并且在其它工作频段具有良好的辐射性能。
