为了解决传统卷积神经网络用于人脸表情识别准确率不高的问题,提出了一种基于改进深度AlexNet卷积神经网络的表情识别方法。该方法基于AlexNet网络的基本结构,采用单图形处理单元(Graphics Processing Unit,GPU)进行训练,减少了两层卷积层和一层全连接层,在每层卷积层后加上批标准化(Batch Normalization,BN)代替原来的局部归一化,并在全连接层后加上Dropout正则化进一步防止过拟合。与AlexNet模型相比,改进的网络结构更简单、复杂度低、参数量少,可以节省大量模型训练时间进行快速预测,且更不易过拟合,同时加快了模型收敛速度,提高了网络泛化能力。在Fer2013数据集以及CK+数据集上进行实验,结果表明,所提方法分别得到了68.85%和97.46%的识别率,较其他人脸表情识别方法的识别率有一定提高。 相似文献

微表情是一种持续时间很短暂的面部表情。针对其识别率低的问题,提出了一种基于三维卷积神经网络(3D Convolutionnal Neural Network,3D-CNN)的微表情识别算法。使用Keras作为网络框架,在3D-VGG-Block(3Dimension Visual Geometry Group Block,3D-VGG-Block)的基础上加入批量归一化算法以及丢弃法,提升网络深度与训练速度的同时有效地防止过拟合;针对数据集稀少的问题,采取随机设置起始帧的位置,提前设定每次读取帧序列的长度,循环操作,在将所有数据均遍历的同时,达到数据增广的目的。该算法在CASME II数据集上的识别率最高达68.85%,在识别率上有一定优势。 相似文献

针对人脸表情类内差异大、类间相似度高导致识别率低的问题,提出了一种基于角度距离损失与小尺度核网络的表情识别方法。网络基于3×3卷积核,在网络中加入融合空间金字塔注意力的点积残差块,引入Dropblock正则化,并提出了低层特征掩膜化。该模型低层特征具备高层特征的语义信息,而且参数量较少,结构简单有效。训练时,使用提出的基于角度距离损失函数监督神经网络学习,提高了网络的类间特征分离和类内特征聚类的特征判别能力。实验结果表明,该方法在CK+和FER2013数据集上识别准确率分别达到了97.88%和72.81%,具有较强竞争力。此外,消融实验表明所提出的改进方法可提高表情识别率,进一步验证了其有效性。 相似文献

The power of beauty: Be your ideal self in online reviews—an empirical study based on face detection
Beauty can increase people's self-confidence and offer premium benefits in social activities. Unlike natural appearance, beauty on the internet depends greatly on people's ideal selves. Different from previous research, this study investigated the relationship between profile image's facial beauty and online reviews. Based on 25,322 face detection results, our findings showed that people's behaviors corresponded to their created beautiful self-image, which resulted in posting negative and detailed online reviews. Moreover, beauty diminished the inhibiting effect caused by clear facial disclosure. Our results enrich the understanding of online beauty, self-presentation, self-disclosure, and rating bias in online shopping platforms. We investigate Canadians' level of awareness of the ways in which businesses collect and use their data via existing and emerging technologies, including facial and voice recognition, mobile location tracking and the Internet of Things. In a survey of 1,005 Canadians, we found that many respondents are ill informed about how their data are being collected and used. Such low awareness of data practices is partially explained by the shortcomings of the “privacy notice.” We suggest further research into alternative methods of informing Canadians about corporate data practices and of enhancing individuals' control of private data in today's increasingly connected and mobile world. Neuroscience has revealed the importance of emotion in the human cognitive process. For the first time, a GfK-EMO Scan, a facial expression recognition software developed by the Fraunhofer Institute for Integrated Circuits IIs, is used to investigate the long-term effect of advertising on individual attitudes toward driving. The effects of high emotional and low emotional advertising were measured using the GfK-EMO software on 60 participants with a 50/50 male to female ratio. Each participant was subjected to either a high emotional or low emotional safe driving video advertisement. While watching the advertisement, the GfK-EMO facial recognition software recorded the unconscious emotions of participants who were also requested to fill a modified version of the National Survey of Speeding Attitudes and Behavior. A driving attitude score was then computed using this survey directly after the participant had viewed the advertisement and again two weeks later. Noticeable differences in the attitude score were recorded between participants having watched the high emotional advertisement against participants having watched the low emotional advertisement. The high emotional advertisement generated a higher and more durable safe driving attitude score in comparison to the low emotional advertisement. 相似文献
