基于最小二乘融合估计的双星时频差定位

件下具有测量误差和星历误差时定位精度不高的特点,提出了一种基于多次观测数据的最小 二乘融合估计定位算法,该算法无需增加观测条件即可有效提高辐射源定位精度。分析了测 量误差、星历误差对单参考站单次定位及融合定位精度的影响,推导了测量误差、星历误差 对定位误差的传递公式,提出了含星历误差影响的最小二乘融合估计加权算法。通过Monte- Carlo仿真验证了误差分析结果和定位算法,并比较了加权最小二乘估计定位和单次定位的 性能。仿真试验表明：在相同观测精度条件下,加权最小二乘融合定位可极大地提高辐射 源定位精度,最大提高10倍以上。     

采用互补滤波器组进行频带分解的欠定盲源分离方法

为了有效估计混合 矩阵并恢复出源信号,考虑到现实中的很多信号都是带限信号,提出了采用互补滤波器 组进行频带分解的欠定盲源分离方法。该方法将接收的混合信号经互补滤波器组分离到不同 的子频带,然后在每一个子频带分别估计混合矩阵进行常规的盲分离,利用聚类分析方法估 计总的混合矩阵,最后把相关的分离子频带信号进行叠加以恢复出源信号。即使源信号数目 远大于观测信号数,但只要保证在每一个子频带的信号数不大于观测信号数,该方法也可 以有效地分离出源信号。最后通过仿真验证了该方法的有效性及良好的分离性能。     

星载AIS的复值FastICA算法改进

针对星载船舶自动识别系统(AIS)的含噪复值信号盲分离算法分离效果不佳的问题,提出了改进的复值快速独立分量分析算法（FastICA）。该改进算法针对混合信号数目大于源信号数目的超定情况,对含噪混合信号的协方差矩阵进行特征值分解,利用其噪声对应的几个较小特征值估计噪声方差,修正白化矩阵,再应用Huber M估计函数优化该算法的目标函数。实验结果表明,运用该算法信号均方误差(SMSE)变小,信干比(SIR)变大,提高了信号的分离性能;同时,优化后的目标函数使算法具有良好的稳健性。     

改进的变步长维纳系统盲源分离方法

基于非线性盲源分离的维纳系统算法中,采用固定步长导致算法的收敛速度和稳态误差之间存在矛盾,直接影响分离算法的性能。为了解决该问题,提出了基于非线性函数的变步长维纳系统盲源分离方法。该方法将更新的步长以非线性函数的形式引入到分离算法中,使得稳态时参数更新的步长尽可能小,以避免发生振荡。变步长算法在分离过程中的每次更新都会使步长自动进行合理的调整,使得收敛速度提高了53%,误差减小了45%。实验仿真表明,相对原算法,提出的维纳系统盲源分离方法可以更好地分离出信源信号,而且具有较小的误差和较快的收敛速度。     

基于加权最小二乘支持向量机的金融时间序列预测

针对股票市场的高噪声,强非线性和不确定性等特点和以往传统的神经网络预测方法存在的不足,对标准最小二乘支持向量机方法优化,运用给各个样本的惩罚系数和误差要求赋予不同权重的加权最小二乘支持向量机方法结合滚动时间窗来学习建模。对上证地产业类指数的建模和预测表明,该算法具有良好的预测精度和抗燥性能,是对股市进行分析和预测的一种可行而有效的方法。     

一种基于频移滤波器的混合信号盲恢复算法

针对单天线接收的频谱混叠的混合信号盲恢复问题,在频移滤波器结 构上,提出了一种基于相关函数误差准则的自适应频移滤波信号盲恢复算法。该算法利用滤 波 器输出信号和参考信号以及混合信号与参考信号之间的相关函数误差来调整自适应滤波器输 出权值。分析了该算法的稳态性能。仿真结果表明：在信噪比大于-5 dB的条 件下, 该算法对混合信号分量的恢复相似度达80%以上,并且该算法仅需已知混合信号分量的循环 频率,无需其它先验信息,具有计算量小、敛速度快的优点。     

应用萤火虫算法的混沌信号盲源分离

针对现有的独立成分分析法分离混合混沌信号精度不理想的问题,提出了一种新的混沌信号盲分离方法。该方法以求解最优解混矩阵为目标,利用峭度构造目标函数,将混沌信号的盲源分离转化为一个优化问题,并用萤火虫算法求解。同时,通过预白化和正交矩阵的参数化表示降低优化问题的维数,能有效提高分离精度。仿真结果表明,无论是处理混合的混沌映射信号还是混合的混沌流信号,该方法都能快速收敛,并且其分离精度在各项实验中都优于独立成分分析法等现有的盲源分离方法。     

采用混合核支持向量机的DOA估计

人工神经网络（ANN）进行建模时通常需要准备大量的数据样本,同时网络结构一般都比较复杂;而采用支持向量机（SVM)进行建模时,不同核函数有不同的效果,各有利弊,且选取SVM模型参数的理论支撑尚不完整。为了解决这些问题,提出了一种基于混合核函数的支持向量机来改善来波到达角（DOA）的估计性能,并结合二进制粒子群算法（PSO）来对混合核函数进行参数寻优。该混合核函数由全局核函数和局部核函数构成,提高了SVM的泛化能力和学习能力。首先通过拟合多项式函数,验证了该混合核SVM的有效性。将该方法用于DOA估计建模,在不同信噪比和快拍数下,通过与径向基函数（RBF）神经网络、基于各单一核函数的SVM和MUSIC算法预测结果对比,混合核SVM均方差有所降低,提高了DOA估计的精度且有更好的稳定性。     

基于SVM的信号解调算法

在小样本、低信噪比条件下，同步参数估计会存在较大误差，从而导致信号解调性能的降低。为了解决该问题，将信号解调看成有限长度采样样本的学习问题，并利用支持向量机（SVM）良好的学习性能，在存在同步误差的条件下，通过提高判决端的处理能力来改善系统的接收性能，提出了基于SVM的信号解调算法。在Matlab环境下，对提出算法在精准同步、残存同步误差、高斯白噪声和高斯色噪声等情况进行了计算机仿真，结果表明，相比于匹配滤波器算法，基于SVM的信号解调算法能较好地克服定时误差和相位误差以及色噪声对解调性能的影响。     

基于压缩感知的分布式协同估计算法

为了降低分布式协同估计算法的计算量并改善其收敛性能，提出了基于压缩感知(CS)和递归最小二乘(RLS)的分布式协同估计算法。该算法在传统RLS分布式协同估计算法的基础上引入压缩感知技术，首先在压缩域中进行递归最小二乘运算，然后利用压缩感知重构算法得到未知参数向量的估计值。提出的算法能够在增量式策略和两种模式的扩散式策略下实现对未知向量的有效估计。理论分析和仿真结果表明，该算法一方面降低了RLS分布式协同估计算法的计算量，另一方面保持较快的收敛速度与良好的均方误差性能。
