基于瞬时幅度与小波分析相结合的数字调制制式的自动识别

本文提出了一种基于信号瞬时幅度与小波分析相结合的数字调制制式的自动识别新算法。该算法计算简单、实时性强,能够成功识别2ASK、4ASK、2FSK、4FSK及2PSK5种信号。仿真结果表明,该算法具有较高的识别率。     

一种简单多径信道下的调制识别方法

为解决简单多径条件下调制识别类型少、难以工作于低信噪比下的问题,提出了一种基于联合特征参数的调制识别方法。根据简单多径下不考虑多普勒效应影响这一条件,利用调制信号的延迟相关和瞬时自相关特性,并结合高阶累积量特征对幅移键控(ASK)、相移键控(PSK)、频移键控(FSK)共8种信号进行分类识别。仿真结果表明,在信噪比大于4 dB时,简单多径条件下的各类调制信号正确识别率接近100%。     

采用广度优先搜索邻居聚类的通信信号调制识别

针对短波通信中无法避免的码间串扰问题,研究了聚类算法在信号调制识别中的作用,提出了一种利用广度优先搜索邻居(BFSN)聚类处理循环统计量特征的分类算法。该算法将循环统计量特征峰值作为聚类输入对象,通过BFSN聚类分析,剔除延时信号、噪声等造成的奇异类峰值,克服了多径效应产生的码间串扰影响,实现了2FSK、4FSK、BPSK、QPSK、16QAM、π/4-QPSK、π/4-DQPSK、8PSK等8种调制信号的自动识别。仿真表明,该算法聚类后提取的特征参数抗多径干扰能力强,同信道均衡方法相比识别正确率有5%的性能优势。低信噪比环境下的信号调制识别具有重要的工程应用意义。     

利用累积量和似然特征的卫星单-混信号调制识别算

针对卫星通信中常用调制信号和PCMA类混叠信号的调制识别问题,提出了一种利用 高阶累积量和似然特征的识别算法。算法先对接收数据进行预处理,在此基础上提取4个高 阶累积量特征和1个似然特征,构造一个树形分类器进行调制识别。算法不需要知晓信号的 定时等先验信息,对收发载频存在的频差不敏感。仿真结果表明,算法在正常通信所需的载 噪比下具有较高的正确识别率。     

一种欠完备自编码器调制识别技术

基于信号特征进行模式识别的调制识别方法需要先计算信号的高阶特征、高阶累积量再进行模式识别，整体设计复杂，特征不易计算。机器学习技术由于其强大的特征提取能力和分类能力，被广泛应用到模式识别领域中。针对调制识别问题，提出了一种基于欠完备自编码器的调制识别技术，使用欠完备自编码器进行调制信号的特征自动提取，再使用神经网络分类器进行分类识别。整体模型更为简洁，运算复杂度较低，有利于部署在硬件上进行实时识别。对常见的BPSK、QPSK、2ASK、2FSK、16QAM数字调制方式进行的识别实验表明，算法在信噪比10 dB时平均识别率高于0.97，并且在信噪比为0 dB时仍然有0.92以上的平均识别率。     

一种基于高阶累积量的复杂调制样式识别方法

针对卫星数字化视频广播第二代标准（Digital Video Broadcasting-Satellite-Second Generation,DVB-S2）中多进制幅度移相键控（Multiple Amplitude and Phase-Shift Keying,MAPSK）和多进制正交幅度调制（Multiple Quadrature Amplitude Modulation,MQAM）信号的调制识别,提出了基于高阶累积量的识别方法。首先对16QAM、32QAM、16APSK、32APSK信号的高阶累积量及其特征进行分析,进而利用其高阶累积量的不同提取用于信号分类的特征参量进行调制识别。给出了算法的详细流程,并对算法进行了仿真分析,结果表明,当样本数越多时,算法信噪比适应能力越好,而与相位偏差无关;在信号样点数为2 048点且信噪比为10 dB时,算法可实现96%的正确识别率,完全满足实际系统对信号分类的需要。     

基于高阶循环累积量和支持矢量机的分级调制分类算法

利用观测样本的高阶循环累积量特征,提出一种基于支持矢量机的分级调制分类算法 ,实现了对QAM调制信号的自动识别。该算法具有较快的分类器训练速度和较低的复杂度, 对时延和相位旋转具有稳健性,并可在干扰环境下实现对感兴趣信号调制类型的识别。理论 分析和仿真结果均证明了算法的正确性和有效性。     

基于冲激谱线检测的调制识别

现代卫星通信系统为满足传输速率和加密等要求,采用了多种复杂或高阶复合调制信号。为实现各类调制信号的检测与识别,信号之间不同类型谱的谱线分布是重要特征之一。在介绍常见通信卫星调制信号在不同类型谱下的冲激谱线特征基础上,提出了一种基于线性调频Z变换的冲激谱线检测方法,消除了离散频谱“栅栏效应”对检测值的影响。通过高次方谱和分数低阶循环自相关谱的区域谱线检测方法,构建特征向量进行分类设计,实现对常见通信卫星调制信号的分类识别。该算法在低信噪比、未知码元速率等先验信息的情况下具有较好的识别效果。     

基于瞬时频率畸变特性的FSK电台指纹特征提取

为解决FSK电台个体识别问题,需要从辐射源信号上提取特征构成辐射源指纹。通过 分析构成FSK电台的各个模块的畸变特性,阐明了FSK电台指纹产生机理,建立了基于瞬时频 率的指纹信号模型,并根据信号模型设计了基于辅助参数的最小二乘算法以完成FSK频率畸 变特性参数的估计,从而构建指纹特征完成对FSK电台的识别。对仿真信号和实际信号的识 别测试试验表明,该算法具备辐射源个体识别能力,对实际环境下的4个FSK电台的识别率大 于96%,优于双谱类方法。     

运用高阶累积量和SVM的调制自动识别

针对数字信号调制模式识别问题,提出了运用高阶累积量和二叉树支持向量机（SVM）进行 自动识别的算法。该算法首先使用信号的四阶、六阶、八阶累积量构造了5个新的分类特征 ,然后利用二叉树支持向量机分类器实现了8种信号的有效分类。仿真结果表明,该算法优 于直接多类分类支持向量机算法,在信噪比大于5 dB时,识别率达到90%以上。
