建立和发展以农民为主体的各种新型农民专业合作社,是提高我国农业市场竞争力和增加农民收入的重要措施。为此应从农民的性别、年龄、受教育水平、其家庭的劳动力数、年农业生产成本等方面分析影响农民合作行为与意愿的决定因素。研究结果表明,农民参与合作能否受益的预期心理对农民的合作行为与意愿有着显著影响,农民对于农民专业合作社是否了解也是影响农民合作行为与意愿的重要因素。  相似文献

本文运用西方经济学理论分析了农民专业合作经济组织的外部经济行为,包括生产、交换和消费行为、风险规避行为,论证了农民专业合作经济组织通过降低成本、增加效率可使农户获得更大收益,有效改变农户在市场上的交易地位,提高谈判能力,减弱交易风险的不确定性,是抵抗市场风险的减振器。农民专业合作经济组织扩大了农业生产专业分工的精细程度,为合理利用与优化配置农业资源提供了可靠的渠道。  相似文献

我国是一个农业大国 ,农业、农村和农民问题在整个国民经济中的地位是显而易见的。在经济体制转轨的过程中 ,“三农”问题更显得突出和紧迫 ,它不仅影响了我国农业的可持续发展 ,而且还影响了农民的收入水平及其在国民经济中的基础地位。本文运用一个动态的投资模型 ,分析了沉淀成本对农业生产进入与退出的影响 ,并探讨了其对农户生产投资行为的影响 ,提出了解决“三农”问题的政策处方 :即在农业生产经营活动中 ,由于普遍存在的沉淀成本严重地影响了农民的投资行为 ,因而完善市场制度和非市场制度 ,提高农业生产要素的流动性 ,降低其沉淀成本 ,是解决“三农”问题的关键。  相似文献

This study describes temporal aspects of consumer shopping behavior.Most cross-sectional studies either explicitly or implicitly assumethat consumer choice behavior is constant over time. The results ofthis study, which is based on scanner panel data for twenty-one grocerystores for three years in Missouri, indicates that consumers areinvolved in substantial store-switching and variety-seeking behavior,the degree of which is related to a set of sociodemographic variables.  相似文献

The analysis of consumer shopping behavior is one of the most critical aspects which has to be taken into consideration in a context of retailing internationalization, where managers need to define the degree to which international firms can standardize or adapt their strategies in foreign markets. The aim of this research is to analyze and point out the main cross-cultural differences regarding in-store behavior comparing three countries: Italy, France and Poland. The study presents the results of an empirical research carried out on the household goods retail sector, which shows on a global level a positive growth trend that is predicted to continue in the next years especially through the internationalization of the retailing chains.  相似文献

We suggest that understanding unethical behavior in organizations involves understanding how people view themselves and their relationships with others, a concept known as self-construal. Across multiple studies, employing both field and laboratory settings, we examine the impact of three dimensions of self-construal (independent, relational, and collective) on unethical behavior. Our results show that higher levels of relational self-construal relate negatively to unethical behavior. We also find that differences in levels of relational self for men and women mediate gender differences in unethical behavior. We discuss both the theoretical and practical implications of these findings.  相似文献

Abstract

Relationship marketing (RM) is often presented as a strategic meta-option, but little attention has been paid to the concept's potential differentiation. In this paper, the author argues that such a differentiation is possible and necessary. On the basis of Macneil's relational contracting framework the author identifies ten dimensions of relational behavior. The author then presents the results of an empirical study conducted among 297 purchasing manages in two industries in which four typical styles of relational behavior are identified. Examining the link between relational style and three dimensions of relationship quality (satisfaction, trust and commitment) the author shows the close interrelationship between these constructs. Finally, the author discusses the implications of the study and hints to directions for future research.  相似文献

This paper presents a conceptual framework for analyzing the effects of channel leadership behaviors on channel performance. The model emphasizes the role of the channel leader in assessing the deficiencies in the channel member's role perceptions, motivation, abilities and/or environmental conditions, and in taking action to alleviate deficiencies which inhibit channel member performance. 旅游是从惯常环境到非惯常环境的过程,在非惯常环境下,旅游者具有匿名化,道德约束松弛等特有特征,其绿色消费行为较传统情境下产生了较大差别。理论与实证分析表明,在非惯常环境下,主观规范变量和态度变量对目标绿色消费意愿产生直接影响,但感知行为控制却对其影响甚微;同时环境的异质化也带来了意愿与行为间的鸿沟。在吸收计划行为理论的基础上,本研究尝试建立非惯常环境下旅游者绿色消费意愿行为模型。  相似文献

Given the advent of basket-level purchasing data of households, choice modelers are actively engaged in the development of statistical and econometric models of multi-category choice behavior of households. This paper reviews current developments in this area of research, discussing the modeling methodologies that have been used, the empirical findings that have emerged so far, and directions for future research. We also motivate the use of Bayesian methods to overcome the computational challenges involved in estimation.  相似文献
