基于回波数据压缩的MIMO-SAR成像方法

针对多发多收合成孔径雷达（MIMO-SAR）高分辨成像的回波数据量过大问题,提出了一种基于数据压缩的MIMO-SAR成像方法。通过对MIMO-SAR回波数据的分析,补偿了由于MIMO雷达收发分置导致的相位误差;其次利用距离徙动算法(RMA)对回波数据进行预处理并分析了其稀疏性;然后针对预处理后的回波数据进行压缩传输,在接收端利用压缩感知重构算法获得回波数据在距离多普勒域的稀疏表示并进行成像处理。仿真结果表明,所提方法可以在大幅压缩MIMO-SAR回波数据的基础上实现准确成像。     

基于压缩感知的红外遥感图像重构算法分析

随着航天遥感技术的飞速发展，遥感图像采集数据耗时长、图像数据量大等问题的出现对采样设备和存储设备提出了更高的性能要求。为了解决以上问题，在气象卫星的红外遥感图像的处理中采用了压缩感知理论。通过Matlab建模和仿真，分析了正交匹配追踪算法、梯度投影算法、子空间追踪算法、平滑l0范数算法的性能，并对大量红外图像以不同的采样率进行采样压缩，然后使用多种重构算法重构图像。对比试验显示，几种算法都能以较低的采样率得到完整的红外图像，但平滑l0范数算法在重构精度和运行时间方面都优于其余几种算法，证明了压缩感知在红外遥感图像的处理中具有较大的实用价值。     

一种结合空谱聚类的高光谱图像快速压缩算法

对高光谱图像进行快速压缩已经成为了高光谱遥感领域的研究热点。针对现有的高光谱图像数据量大和压缩所需运算量大的问题，提出了一种基于频段聚类+主成分分析(PCA)与空间分类相结合的高光谱图像快速压缩算法。首先利用最大相关度频段聚类算法(MCBC)将频段聚类，接着将每一类频段用PCA压缩，然后将压缩后的图像利用聚类信号子空间投影(CSSP)算法进行图像分类，最后在每一类内利用LBG(Linde Buzo Gray)算法通过矢量量化快速完成高光谱图像的编码。在不同的压缩比下进行实验，结果表明提出的高光谱图像压缩算法能在保证良好的图像恢复质量的前提下，大幅度降低运算复杂度，实现高光谱图像的快速压缩。     

利用生成对抗网络的时频图像去噪和增强处理

针对雷达信号时频图像的去噪和增强问题，提出了利用生成对抗网络二次生成时频图像的方法。首先利用时频分析产生雷达信号的时频图像作为原始数据集1;接着利用生成对抗网络对数据集1进行学习之后生成新的数据集2，数据集2相对于数据集1拥有着去噪和增强的效果;最后提取时频图像奇异值特征检验生成的数据集2的有效性。对6种常见的雷达信号的时频图像进行了仿真实验，结果证明了该方法在时频图像去噪和增加样本多样性方面是有效的。     

一种正前视宽扇区高分辨雷达扫描成像方法

合成孔径雷达（Synthetic Aperture Radar,SAR）只有照射到飞行方向左、右两侧的感兴趣成像区域时才能处理出高分辨率SAR图像,飞行方向正前方的成像区域就成为了SAR成像的固有盲区。三通道（和、方位差、俯仰差）毫米波单脉冲成像雷达能够实现对正前视场景的二维成像，获取单脉冲图像。提出对SAR/单脉冲图像进行图像配准和融合拼接的方法：首先利用多尺度多方向二维Gabor滤波器组分别对SAR/单脉冲图像进行特征提取，然后对两组特征矩阵进行归一化互相关匹配，对匹配好的图像进行像素级融合处理，得到完整的正前视宽扇区高分辨雷达图像。试验数据成像处理结果表明，所提复合成像算法能够对飞行正前方宽扇区范围内进行高分辨成像，有效解决了工程实际中碰到的正前视高分辨成像盲区的难题，对于前视雷达成像侦察、弹载雷达目标区域景象匹配、飞行器夜航、盲降等具有一定的工程实际意义。     

基于DCT的SAR原始数据压缩算法分析

根据合成孔径雷达(SAR)原始数据经离散余弦变换(DCT)后的系数特性,分析了在DCT域按各子带能量分布作变比特块自适应量化的算法--DCT域块自适应量化(DCT-BAQ),并将该方法与时域BAQ算法作了比较.结合一组实测SAR原始数据,用两种算法分别进行了压缩和解压缩,并计算了数据域及图像域信噪比,给出了两种压缩算法所成的图像.实验证明,在相同的比特率下,DCT-BAQ算法的数据域和图像域信噪比均比时域BAQ算法高.数据域信噪比增加1.38～1.94 dB,图像域信噪比增加1.56～1.91 dB.加之DCT变换是实数运算、有快速算法,所以将它用于SAR原始数据压缩有一定的优越性.     

一种SAR与可见光图像压缩感知融合增强方法

针对机载多传感器成像战场态势感知的问题，提出了一种合成孔径雷达(Synthetic Aperture Radar，SAR)与可见光图像压缩感知融合增强方法。该方法首先对SAR与可见光图像分别进行压缩感知测量，得到压缩测量值，然后通过基于局部权值的融合方法实现对压缩测量值的融合，再利用有序度最优分割法提取SAR图像的强散射目标，最后对融合测量值重建得到初步融合图像，初步融合图像通过目标对比度增强得到最终融合图像。对多组图像进行了仿真分析，视觉及数值结果表明该方法能显著增强融合图像的目标对比度，提升了图像纹理清晰度，较大程度降低了图像融合过程中的数据计算量。     

基于低秩稀疏约束的穿墙雷达成像算法

针对穿墙雷达(TWR)成像过程中墙杂波与成像空间分别具有低秩性和稀疏性的特点，提出了一种基于低秩稀疏约束的穿墙雷达成像算法。所提成像算法通过奇异值软阈值法和l1范数最小化技术进行迭代求解低秩稀疏约束优化问题，实现在墙体强反射波存在的探测环境中基于压缩感知框架对墙后隐蔽目标的准确成像重建。仿真和实验数据的处理结果验证了所提成像算法的有效性和准确性。

LZW压缩数据的不均一两分段误码保护编码
