The Cadres' Institute of the PTT Ministry issituated in Xiao Tang Shah,a health resort in thesuburbs of Beijing,known for its hot springs.It is nearthe scenic spots such as the Ming Tombs and the GreatWall,on the Beijing-Changping highway some 35kilometers from Beijing.It has just been founded in1984,and is the only Institute of its kind for the trainingof PTT cadres in the postal telecommunications fieldsunder the Ministry.
