新时代我国残疾人社会融合问题研究

社会不同群体间的相互融合是一个复杂的动态过程,要促进残疾人更好地融入社会、实现自我价值,需要充分理解残疾人社会融合的理论界定与实践经验,以此为基础完善新时代残疾人社会融合多领域综合保障机制体系,推动残疾人平等参与和全面融合。通过梳理和分析新时代我国残疾人社会融合的思想渊源,对国内外残疾人社会融合现状、理念、实践进行总结,分析得出应该秉持平等原则、倾斜保障原则、充分融合原则来推进新时代我国残疾人社会融合,并且通过加强制度设计,完善制度框架,构建友好环境,健全设施建设,注重社会引导,实现良性互动,完善社会保障,促进自我认同,推动教育融合,构建全纳教育等方式,将我国残疾人社会融合体制机制建立起来,为我国残疾人对美好生活的向往凝心聚力,彰显大国担当,推动相关研究向世界一流水平迈进。     

平凉市林果产品物流供应链存在问题和对策探析

甘肃省平凉市自然环境良好,林果业是当地优势产业。本文从生产物流的视角,主要针对林果产品的深加工现状,从民众观念、技术水平、交通条件、企业管理、营销渠道、品牌意识、经济政策等方面分析,找出造成杠民丰产不丰收的原因,并结合当地社会经济和自然资源条件,提出解决平凉市林果产品物流供应链存在问题的对策。

The Global Fight against Corruption: A Foucaultian, Virtues-Ethics Framing

This paper extends the discussion of business ethics by examining the issue of corruption, its definition, the solutions being proposed for dealing with it, and the ethical perspectives underpinning these proposals. The paper’s findings are based on a review of association, think-tank, and academic reports, books, and papers dealing with the topic of corruption, as well as the pronouncements, websites, and position papers of a number of important global organizations active in the fight. These organizations include the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund, the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development, Transparency International, USAID, the United Nations, the International Chamber of Commerce, the Organization of American States, and the Council of Europe. Our discussion departs from prior analyses by adopting a Foucaultian theoretical framing and by incorporating insights found in the virtue ethics literature. Implications are provided for international business organizations.

"五四"时代,接受了新思潮洗礼的老舍,最早选择基督教作为"救亡图存"、"反封建"、"反帝国主义"的文化启蒙工具和实践途径.他积极参与教会活动,并发表多篇宗教文章,从基督教中汲取了"牺牲精神"、"平等思想"和"'灵'的追求".但是受"非基督教运动"影响,在社会现实斗争的教育下,他很快又抛弃了对于基督教的幻想,远离了教会活动.但是他从基督教中所汲取的精神营养,已化为充盈的生命血肉,渗透到其伟大品格和不朽创作中.     

场景化架构零售商业模式研究

文章在对场景理论进行回顾的基础上，确立了场景化架构的三要素：空间、产品和消费者，刻画了场景化架构的架构属性：空间的审美性、产品作为场景文化价值载体的媒介性、消费者对场景传达的文化价值的认同性，构建了场景化架构零售商业模式的理论模型。实证研究表明场景化架构理论模型各变量具有很好的聚合效度和区别效度，也验证了新颖性和互补性在场景化架构对体验价值创造影响的中介作用。文章的主要贡献在于提出了场景化架构这一构念，并构建了场景化架构零售商业模式的理论模型，探索和验证了该商业模式实现价值创造的内在机理，同时验证了在以往实证研究中对商业模式价值属性讨论极少的互补性是一个重要的中介变量。     

跨渠道整合的研究述评：内涵、维度与理论框架

在全渠道或多渠道营销的背景下，跨渠道整合成为企业和学术界关注的热点和新的研究领域。然而现有文献缺乏对于跨渠道整合相关研究的系统性回顾和梳理，存在概念内涵表面化、测量方法不统一以及缺乏理论框架指导等问题。这为后续研究带来困扰。鉴于此，文章回顾、梳理和分析了中外跨渠道整合的相关文献，在归纳前人研究的基础上，讨论了跨渠道整合的内涵、维度和测量工具，并以前因、直接后果和企业绩效的逻辑关系构建了一个跨渠道整合的理论框架，识别出一些重要的研究缺陷，为未来的研究打下基础。     

First Member Congress of CCOIC Held

On December 24, 2007, the first Member Congress of !China Chamber of International Commerce （CCOIC） was held in the Great Hall of the People, Beijing China,which marked the successful turning point of CCOIC into an entity, Chinese Vice Premier Wu Yi has delivered keynote speech at the congress. Gu Xiulian. VP of the NPC Standing Committee, has attended the ceremony following the congress. Over 500 people attended the congress, representing CCOIC members from business sectors.

Sustainable Development: Lost Meaning and Opportunity?

The term Sustainable Development has been used in many different contexts and consequently has come to represent many different ideas. The purpose of this paper was to explore the underlying meaning of the term Sustainable Development, and to assess the dominant ethic behind such meaning. Through this exploration, we uncovered a change in the semantic meaning of the term, and described what that meaning entails. The term Sustainable Development had the potential, we argue, to stimulate discursive engagement with respect to the future development of society within an ethical framework based around the values of inclusivity, diversity, and integration. The importance of philosophical context within which the term is used influences the definitional process of meaning, and has been simulated into the language of the dominant scientific-economic paradigm. We go on to explore how this meaning change has come about. In doing so we looked to the Enlightenment period and the resulting philosophies to explore the foundations of meaning, and then to the work of Jürgen Habermas to explain how the scientific-economic paradigm came to dominate the meaning of Sustainable Development.Andrew Fergus is a Ph.D. Candidate in the Haskayne School of Business, with a double major in Organizational Dynamics (Organizational theory/behaviour) and Environmental Management/Sustainable Development. His research is focused towards the dynamic relationships found at the interface of organizations, society, and the environment. Julie Rowney is a Professor, Human Resources and Organizational Dynamics, in the Haskayne School of Business at the University of Calgary. Dr. Rowney’s research activities lie in the areas of diversity, gender, environmental organizational interactions, human resources (leadership, change, crisis issues) and international/cross-cultural comparisons.     

The Effectiveness of Business Codes: A Critical Examination of Existing Studies and the Development of an Integrated Research Model

Business codes are a widely used management instrument. Research into the effectiveness of business codes has, however, produced conflicting results. The main reasons for the divergent findings are: varying definitions of key terms; deficiencies in the empirical data and methodologies used; and a lack of theory. In this paper, we propose an integrated research model and suggest directions for future research. Muel Kaptein is Professor of Business Ethics and Integrity Management at the Department of Business-Society Management at RSM Erasmus University. His research interests include the management of ethics, the measurement of ethics and the ethics of management. He has published papers in the Journal of Business Ethics, Business & Society, Organization Studies, Academy of Management Review, Business & Society Review, Corporate Governance, Policing, Public Integrity, and European Management Journal. He is the author of the books Ethics Management (Kluwer Academic Publishers, 1998),The Balanced Company (Oxford University Press, 2002), and The Six Principles of Managing with Integrity (Spiro Press, 2005). Muel is also director at KPMG Integrity, where he assisted more than 40 companies in developing their business code. Mark S. Schwartz is Assistant Professor of Goverance, Law and Ethics at the Atkinson School of Administrative Studies at York University (Toronto). His research interests include corporate ethics programs, ethical leadership, and corporate social responsibility. He has published papers in the Journal of Business Ethics, Business & Society, Business Ethics Quarterly, Professional Ethics, and the Journal of Management History, and is a co-author of the textbook Business Ethics: Readings and Cases in Corporate Morality (McGraw Hill). He is also a Research Fellow of the Center of Business Ethics (Bentley College) and the Business Ethics Center of Jerusalem (Jerusalem College of Technology).

In-migrants played an important role within port-city merchant communities, but the contribution of German-born merchants to Liverpool's development in the nineteenth century has been largely ignored. This article has four interrelated objectives. First, it establishes the size and composition of the German merchant community in terms of the place of birth, occupational classification, length of residence, and relative wealth of German-born merchants. Secondly, it measures the degree of acculturation and integration based on a range of indicators including choice of bride, child- and house-naming practices, the employment of fellow nationals, and the acquisition of British citizenship. Thirdly, it analyses their role within Liverpool society, focusing on their involvement in the city's associational networks, their participation in voluntary and charitable associations, and their entertainment profile. Finally it assesses how the growth of German nationalism after 1871 and the institutional role of the German Protestant Church reinforced ethnic identity, influenced decisions relating to citizenship and settlement, and affected business networking.

流通生财。流通因交换而发生,交换产生财富,推进了整个财富创造的过程。从逻辑上讲,交换有利于双方,自然应该有财富的创造。从经济学上讲,交换使物品的使用价值得到提高,同时发展了分工,促进了专业化,提高了生产力,给社会带来了巨大利益。流通是有成本的,如果流通的成本太高,把本来双方可以得到的利益吃掉了,交换就难以实现,所以降低流通成本对于帮助交换获利至关重要。流通成本的降低可以使全社会获得巨大的财富创造的机会。物流是一门伟大的学问,它联系消费和生产,沟通了物和人,也沟通了人和人,帮助社会创造了财富。     

海南旅游物流业发展探讨

旅游业与现代物流业的有机结合,催生了旅游物流这一新生事物。旅游物流不仅能够降低物流成本、提高流通效率、强化旅游服务质量、带动旅游业信息化,还可以促进区域经济发展。国际旅游岛建设以来,海南旅游业和物流业都取得了长足的发展,但仍表现出了东西发展不平衡、生态环境保护不力、旅游购物相对滞后、传统物流业效率低和旅游业物流业发展"两张皮"等多方面的不足。因此,海南在大力发展旅游物流业的过程中应相应地采取一些针对性的措施,如借鉴集成和一体化思想实现平衡发展、倡导绿色物流、构建与培育新型旅游商品物流中心、积极发展第三方物流,以及应用再服务理念促进旅游业和物流业融合。     

Does East Meet West in Business Ethics: An Introduction to the Special Issue

This article introduces and summarizes selected papers from the first World Business Ethics Forum held in Hong Kong and Macau in November 2006, co-hosted by the Hong Kong Baptist University and by the University of Macau. Business Ethics in the East remain distinct from those in the West, but the distinctions are becoming less pronounced and the ethical traffic flows both ways. Gabriel D, Donleavy is Professor and Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration at the University of Macau teaching Business Ethics, Business Negotiation and Advanced Management. His work has been published in Critical Perspectives in Accounting, Corporate Governance, the Journal of Business Ethics, Advances in Applied Business Strategy, the Journal of Higher Education Policy and Management, Long Range Planning and the Asian Review of Accounting which he co-founded. Kit-Chun Joanna LAM is Professor in Department of Economics of the Hong Kong Baptist University. She is also Guest Professor in the Centre for Business Ethics of the Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences, China. She received her Ph.D. degree in economics from Harvard University. Her work has appeared in the Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of Labor Economics, Canadian Journal of Economics, Economica, Journal of Comparative Economics, and Labour Economics. Simon S.M. Ho is Dean and Professor at the School of Business and Director for Corporate Governance and Financial Policy, Hong Kong Baptist University. He founded the Asia-Pacific Corporate Governance Conference and the world’s first master programme in corporate governance & directorship in 2004. He published over 40 academic refereed articles in leading journals such as Journal of Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Journal of Accounting & Public Policy, and Journal of Corporate Finance.
