受食品工业飞速发展的影响,加之人们的饮食习惯有所改变,预包装食品逐渐得到人们的青睐。作为预包装食品营养消息的主要来源,预包装食品标签的关注度也日益提升。作为消费者,希望能够透过食品标签对包装食品的营养成分了解,从而更加合理、科学的选择与自己口味相符的食品。问卷抽样调查表明,食品营养标签的使用行为一直受到营养知识、收费环境以及消费者个人特征等诸多因素影响。为提升营养标签的实质性作用,国家相关部门已经拟定相关法规,加强对消费者阅读营养标签的培养,督促生产厂商尽义务尽责任,全面推动食品营养标签制度的完善。 相似文献

GB 28050-2011《预包装食品营养标签通则》是食品安全国家标准,属于强制执行的标准,食品生产企业应严格依据法律法规和标准组织生产。通过实施营养标签标准,要求预包装食品必须标示营养标签内容,有利于宣传普及食品营养知识,指导公众科学选择膳食;有利于促进消费者合理平衡膳食和身体健康;有利于规范企业正确标示营养标签,科学宣传有关营养知识,促进食品产业健康发展。该标准自2013年1月1日实施至今已有4年多,抽检的食品还存在不少营养标签不符合标准要求的情况。本文对营养标签强制标示内容进行了简要分析,并针对其常见问题和解决对策展开了讨论,旨在为研究人员提供更加有价值的参考建议。 相似文献

Abstract Public awareness and concern regarding foodborne illnesses have increased rapidly over the past decade. This increased concern may cause consumers to avoid certain stores, products or brands, particularly following a publicized incidence of foodborne illness or a large recall. Many firms have undertaken costly efforts to improve the safety of their products yet find communicating such improvements difficult because of potential alarmist responses by consumers to food safety issues. To identify if differences in food safety risks can be effectively and credibly communicated, we conducted eight focus groups. This article summarizes these focus groups and reports how consumers frame the issues surrounding the food safety problem and how consumers react to label-based communications of food safety characteristics. We find consumers have broad, moderate food safety concerns, a wide but spotty understanding of foodborne illness prevention and consequences, and a healthy skepticism concerning food safety claims. We identify two forms of labeling that show promise with regard to consumer acceptance and credibility in communicating brand-level and package-level differences in the risk of foodborne illness and discuss implications for consumer valuation of such differences. 相似文献

购买美国法制定于上世纪那场经济大萧条后的1933年。从本质上讲,这是一部限制贸易的法律。该法的启用与美国的经济形势不无关系。每当美国经济处于上升或繁荣时期,购买美国法就会被人淡忘甚至搁置。然而当美国经济处于下滑或不景气的时候,人们则会通过启用该法来限制进口,保护国内产业发展。可以这么说,购买美国法的沉浮是美国对外贸易政策乃至整个美国经济嬗变的一个重要标志。虽然奥巴马政府此番重启购买美国法,其国内形势与该法制定时的情形有一定的相似之处,但是,国际社会经历了半个多世纪的发展,已经发生了翻天覆地的变化。因此,美国今天重新启用购买美国法,这是历史的倒退,对于国际贸易的发展和消除当下的国际金融危机都是弊大于利的做法。 相似文献

Members of the Association of Accounting Marketing Executives evaluated the effectiveness and use of marketing activi- ties covered by the 1990 AICPA-FK consent decree to determine what, if any, impact the decree had on CPA marketing. A slight increase in usage of a few of the activities occurred after the consent decree was signed. This study investigated several basic research questions suggesting a positive relationship between education and cognitive moral development. More specifically, these research questions examined the relationship between government mandated ethics education and cognitive moral development by testing the efficacy of a compulsory ethics intervention. Kohlberg's (1969, 1984) Cognitive Moral Development Theory was applied to test the efficacy of compulsory ethics education on the moral development of real estate salespeople used comparative statistical measures of ethical reasoning ability.The results of this research, while somewhat counterintuitive, suggest that the value of compulsory ethics education as an intervention to improve the moral reasoning of real estate salespeople is highly questionable. However, the results of the study do provide new insights into the relationship between ethics education and cognitive moral development. 相似文献

The past decade's rapid expansion of a global market for organic food has set powerful economic and political forces in motion. The most important dividing line is whether organic food production should be an alternative to or a niche within a capitalist mode of production. To explore this conflict the article analyzes the formation of a market for eco-labeled milk in Sweden. The analysis draws on three aspects: the strategy of agri-business, the role of eco-labeling, and the importance of inter-organizational dynamics. Based on archival studies, daily press, and interviews, three processes are emphasized: the formative years of the alternative movement in the 1970s, the founding of an independent eco-label (KRAV) in the 1980s, and a discursive shift from alternative visions to organic branding in the early 1990s following the entry of agri-business. 相似文献
