储粮通风减损技术在滇西地区的应用

2011年冬季对2号仓（玉米）、3号仓（籼稻）、6号仓（小麦）、15号仓（粳稻）4个试验仓进行节能减排通风减损实仓试验。当引入粮堆后的仓外空气的相对湿度大于等于粮食水分增加2％时粮堆空气的相对湿度,但小于粮食水分增加3％时粮堆空气的相对湿度同时外界温度与粮温温差大于等于6℃时利用轴流风机进行通风。冬季通风结束后2号仓平均粮温9．9℃,水分增加0．1％,3号仓平均粮温9．1℃,水分增加0．9％,6号仓平均粮温11．4℃,水分减少0．1％,15号仓平均粮温10．2℃,水分增加0．1％。

R&I 400: segments. The 400 by segment

This ranking shows how companies that made the 1994 R&I 400 placed within their segments. The top segment, burgers, showed 7.0% growth over last year. Contractors, while again No. 2, lost 8.4%, the biggest loss of ground among the segments this year. Pizza (which split this year from Italian) still managed to place as the No. 3 segment. For the second year running, recreation increased more than any other segment--up 28.6%. Segment reports detailing trends and company news begin after this ranking on p. 32.     

Seeking China Capital for Investment in Iran Oil Refining

Influenced by the financial crisis, the overall bilateral trade volume between China and lran decreased .by 39% in the first quarter of 2009;however, the volume of Iran＇s exported crude oil to China has increased by 88% compared with the same period last year up to May of 2009, totaling 308.8 million tons. Iran, as the world＇s No.5 crude exporter, replaced Saudi Arabia as China＇s largest oil supplier. At the same time, China, as the world＇s No.2 oil consumer, now imports half of the crude oil it consumes, and has become Iran＇s third largest customer.

Deficiencies in the Code of Conduct: The AICPA Rhetoric Surrounding the Tax Return Preparation Outsourcing Disclosure Rules

In this article, we examine the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants’ (AICPA) efforts to conceal the offshoring of tax return preparation services by U.S. Certified Public Accountants (CPAs) through recommending an inadequate disclosure format for this type of work. We draw on Giddens’ theory of trust and expert systems, the professionalism literature, and Flyvbjerg’s concept of power to analyze the underlying agenda behind the revised ethics rulings (AICPA Ethics Ruling No. 112 under Rule 102, No. 12 under Rule 201, and No. 1 under Rule 301). Specifically, we examine (1) the AICPA leadership’s stated professional justifications for outsourcing and its recommended client disclosures, (2) risks associated with outsourcing tax return preparation work overseas and the trust issues that result, and (3) the resistance to the AICPA leadership’s recommended outsourcing disclosure rules within the rank and file of the CPA profession. We argue that our analysis reveals the AICPA’s on-going promotion of their private interests, thus continuing to raise systemic concerns regarding the public’s trust in the U.S. public accounting profession.     

三星堆青铜人面像“纵目”研究

四川广汉三星堆一、二号埋藏坑出土的诸多青铜面具,均是人面“纵目”。这种“纵目人”,是寻找古蜀国踪迹的重要依据。分析及比较学术界的诸多观点,并结合大量实地考察后我们发现,“三星堆纵目人青铜像”属古蜀国氐人,其遗族可能是至今生活在四川平武、九寨沟县及甘肃文县的白马氐人。他们在语言、服饰、舞蹈、婚俗等方面与藏人迥异,而同古文献记载的氐人的习俗相同。另外,白马氐人的面目特征和白马人祖传的“曹盖舞”三日神面具都与三星堆青铜面具的纵目特征非常相似。这些都充分说明了古蜀国的蚕丛、柏灌、鱼凫是氐人部落中的一支——白马氐的先祖。

This essay tnkes a constructive look at what seems to be incomplete information in Donald J. Shemwell, Jr. and J. Joseph Cronin, Jr.'s recent article in this journal (Vol. J, No. 2), about trust and commitment in service relationships. Wc believe that the information is critical to appreciating fully Shemwell and Cronin's contribution to the marketing literature.     

Book Prices in the UK Since the End of Resale Price Maintenance

After the Net Book Agreement was abandoned in 1995 and struck down by the Restrictive Practices Court in 1997 Restrictive Practices Court. 1997. Judgment in the matter of the Net Book Agreement, 1995 No 3 and No 4  [Google Scholar], retail book prices were widely expected to fall. Despite deeper and wider retail discounts, official indices show that book prices have subsequently risen more than general inflation. This apparent anomaly may be explained by an argument accepted at the 1962 Restrictive Practices Court hearing: that price competition would lead to concentration and greater buying power in bookselling and to bigger trade discounts from publishers, who would seek to maintain profits by raising list prices. Discounts by retailers would fail to compensate. Evidence provides some support for this explanation. While more research is required to confirm this analysis, it is relevant wherever there is debate about retention of resale price maintenance for books. It also supports the argument for case by case consideration of resale price maintenance, rather than condemnation on principle     

脱磷石灰粉表面改性剂的选择及应用效果

通过借鉴橡胶、塑料等其它化工行业表面改性的方法。试用石蜡、硅油、硬脂酸、钛酸酯复合型偶联剂等做表面改性剂,对炼钢过程铁水预处理用脱磷剂石灰粉进行改性处理,对比测试改性效果,确定工艺路线和改性剂的选择,解决了太钢二炼钢厂铁水预处理过程中的石灰粉剂堵枪、粘结料罐壁的难题,达到了理想的效果。     

广东省对外直接投资对其人均GDP水平影响的实证研究

广东省对外直接投资对净出口拉动当地人均GDP起到了促进作用。与其他地区相比,广东省外向型经济特征明显,对外投资的主体是颇具市场活力的民营经济,对外直接投资与出口之间存在互补关系。没有明确证据表明对外直接投资替代了出口。这个结论在OLS、2SLS和SEM三种计量模型中均得到了支持。因此在市场化进程加快的地区,企业自发的对外直接投资对整体经济水平提升会起到积极作用。     

Ethical Standards and Ideology Among Korean Public Relations Practitioners

The purpose of this paper is to investigate the Korean public relations practitioners' perceptions toward ethical issues, individual practices, and ethical standards in the context of ethical ideology. The survey was conducted with the Korean public relations practitioners. A 2 (Relativism: High/Low) × 2 (Idealism: High/Low) factorial design was devised for the analysis.The MANOVA results showed that ethical ideology (idealism and relativism) had significant effects on ethical decision-making. Idealistic ideology had a main effect on ethical issues, individual practices, and ethical standards. However, relativistic ideology only affected the decision-making process related to ethical issues. No interaction effects were detected. This study indicated that the individual's ethical ideology could be an important variable in explaining the outcomes of the individual's ethical decision-making among Korean public relations practitioners.

我国无形资产新会计准则与国际会计准则的趋同

随着经济的发展、科学的进步,无形资产已在企业的资产总额中占有越来越重要的地位.我国最新<企业会计准则第6号-无形资产>所涉及到的若干重要问题与<国际会计准则第38号--无形资产>的相关方面基本趋同.与国际准则相比,我国企业会计准则内涵更加科学合理,在突出无形资产没有实物形态、可辨认、非货币性特征的基础上,突出强调了无形资产是为本企业所"拥有或控制"的特征,为更好地维护企业利益提供了必要条件.     

The impact of firm size on innovative activity – an empirical analysis based on swiss firm data

The impact of firm size on innovation activity was investigated in detail on the basis of firm data for Swiss manufacturing. The study includes estimations of a model of innovation behaviour with firm size as an additional explanatory variable, an analysis of the relation between R&D expenditures and firm size in total manufacturing and in several 2-digit industries, as well as exploration of the size-dependence of model variables. No evidence was found for the existence of economies of scale in the innovation activity in Swiss manufacturing. On the other hand, we were able to gather several pieces of information pointing to a size-specific orientation of the innovative activity.     

The Geometric Law of Annual Halving

We propose and test an empirical generalization: the probability that a customer will be active in a future window is reduced by half for every additional year the customer is inactive. We test this model over 6 nonprofit organizations and 30 B2C retail companies, and find that it fits very well. No significant differences in the decay constant were found between nonprofits and retailers, different customer groups defined by the frequency of previous purchases, or the length of the future period. The effect of frequency on the probability of future activity is empirically shown to follow the exponential learning curve. Norms are provided for asymptote, intercept and steepness coefficient.     

Effects of ambient odors on slot-machine usage in a las vegas casino

Studies have shown that ambient aromas impact on consumers' behavior. To further investigate such effects, for one weekend, two slot-machine areas in a Las Vegas casino were odorized, each with a different aroma. A third slot-machine area served as an unodorized control. The amounts of money gambled in slot machines located in the three areas were measured and compared for the weekend of the odorization and for the weekends before and after as well, to control for extraneous variables. Our data show that the amount of money gambled in the slot machines surrounding Odorant No. 1 during the experimental weekend was greater than the amount gambled in the same area during the weekends before and after the experiment by an average of 45.11% (p = < 0.0001). Further, the amount of the increase appeared greater on Saturday when the concentration of odorant was higher: mean increase on Saturday was 53.42% (p = < 0.0001) versus mean increase on Sunday of 33.66% (p = < 0.003). The amounts of money gambled in the slot machines surrounding Odorant No. 2 and in the control area did not change significantly compared to the previous weekend and the weekend following the experiment. The likely mechanism of action of the effective odorant and the implications of these results are discussed. © 1995 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.     

欧盟环保指令对我国手机产品出口竞争力的影响分析

从产品生命周期角度分析了欧盟新的环保指令(第2002/95/EC号和第2002/96/EC号)对生产商的影响,结合海关统计数据分析了两项指令对我国手机产业出口竞争力的影响情况,以确定我国生产者的“生产商”身份,统计我国企业受影响的波及程度,评估指令对企业的成本影响三个方面,作为今后研究的重点,为我国手机企业积极应对欧盟指今提出合理性建议。
