针对中国企业如何利用"低学历"劳动力形成可持续竞争优势问题,本文运用案例与扎根方法,系统研究了海底捞的企业价值观、战略和人力资源管理及其绩效影响。研究发现:"海底捞模式"本质上是一种可持续型企业组织的雏形,这种可持续型企业组织是基于"以人为本"价值观、经济逻辑与制度逻辑相协调的新型企业形态,它以三维平衡型企业价值观和共享愿景、使命为基础,以差异化竞争、人力资本、企业社会责任相结合的战略模式为中心,以体系化的人力资源管理及其制度化为手段,建立起了一种人本型价值观驱动的整合组织体系,进而使其在经济、员工及社会三方面取得良好绩效和可持续性。最后,本文以"海底捞模式"为原型,结合经典的组织社会学理论,提出了一种以人为本、经济逻辑与制度逻辑相协调的"双螺旋"企业模型,并对该模型在中国转型发展经济中的适用性及应用含义进行了讨论与展望。  相似文献

数字化转型是上市公司高质量发展的重要战略,公司治理机制是企业治理体系的最高层次。基于2007—2020年中国A股上市公司数据,按照“公司基础制度(公司治理)-公司战略(战略激进度)-公司行为(数字化转型)”的逻辑思路,检验公司治理水平对企业数字化转型的影响。研究表明:公司治理水平显著促进企业数字化转型,战略激进度对上述关系发挥部分中介效应,环境动态性负向调节、环境丰富性正向调节上述关系。因此,管理者应建立良好的公司治理机制,促进战略变革的实施,利用丰富性高、动态性低的外部环境,来推动企业数字化转型;政府应加强对国有企业的改革力度和对民营企业的扶持力度,以完善公司治理推动企业数字化转型。  相似文献

如何在多重制度主体的制约下获取创新合法性,是每个创新型企业都必须解决的问题。本文采用文献分析法和案例研究法,以阿里巴巴1999—2016年的案例信息为分析对象,从多重制度逻辑出发,分析不同制度逻辑主导下企业创新合法化战略行为对创新合法性的影响机理。研究发现专业逻辑、合作逻辑、社区逻辑和家族逻辑对创新合法性具有正向促进作用,其中合作逻辑的影响效应最为明显;而市场逻辑和管制机构逻辑对创新合法性的影响则具有一定弹性。在操作层面上,不同制度逻辑主导的产品营销、高管专业化、战略联盟、社会责任以及规范化运营等战略行为对创新合法化都具有重要作用,且以战略联盟效果最为明显。企业可以据此调整战略行为适应制度环境,以便实现创新合法化。  相似文献

随着社会治理重心的逐步下移,基层社会治理已经成为整个社会治理领域的重点。党建引领城市小区治理是其中颇具代表性的新兴领域。党建引领城市小区治理有着深刻的逻辑理路。这种模式的理论逻辑来源于马克思主义学说鲜明的人民性,历史逻辑来源于中国共产党基层党组织建设的历史经验,现实逻辑来源于党建引领城市社区治理的“再下沉”。当前,党建引领城市小区治理存在一些现实偏差,例如小区党组织组织力有待提升、制度供给体系有待完善、多元共治主体内生动力有待增强。面对产生的现实偏差,党建引领城市小区治理的实践进路主要包括以提升组织力为核心加强小区党组织建设、以模式创新为核心强化制度体系供给、以组织嵌入为核心激发多元共治主体内生动力。  相似文献

在数智化时代,组织韧性是企业实现“长期主义”的关键动力,如何维持企业竞争优势、提升组织韧性以应对“黑天鹅”和“灰犀牛”事件,对企业可持续成长具有重要意义。本文基于过程管理视角,提出组织韧性4R能力模型,并应用模糊集定性比较分析(fsQCA)方法,从制度和组织双重视角分析构建组织韧性的组态路径。结论表明,组织韧性的形成和培育受内外部多重因素的影响:组织差序氛围在响应期主要产生积极影响,而在恢复期和革新期,其体现出来的负效应更加显著;数字化转型、组织情绪能力和文化认知性要素在响应期、恢复期和革新期中至少两个阶段对组织韧性有重要影响,其中数字化转型是推动组织创新的重要前因要素,也是削弱组织差序氛围和规制性要素负效应的有效手段;规制性要素和规范性要素对组织韧性的重要作用主要集中在恢复期。  相似文献

组织治理是一套制度体系,组织治理优化表现为制度体系设计和执行优化。审计从两个路径来促进组织治理优化:一是制度审计,二是兼有制度审计的交易审计。制度审计直接审计制度,通过发现和整改制度缺陷来推进组织治理优化,有三个逻辑步骤:一是发现内部控制缺陷,二是报告内部控制缺陷,三是推进内部控制缺陷整改。混合性质的交易审计是兼有交易审计和制度审计双重审计,通过交易审计,发现缺陷行为,进而追踪缺陷行为的原因,找到制度缺陷;其优化组织治理有三个逻辑步骤:一是发现缺陷行为,二是发现并报告制度缺陷,三是推进制度缺陷整改。  相似文献

骑行出行具有低碳、健康、可持续的特点,推广骑行出行是实现双碳战略的重要抓手。骑行推广需要进行顶层制度设计。2021年《泛欧国家骑行促进总体规划》正式发布,该规划历时七年编制,荟萃了泛欧国家骑行友好城市建设经验。文章首先梳理了该规划的编制背景、过程、愿景;然后从战略政策、经济激励、规划设计、监管评估四个维度归纳其策略经验;得到四方面启示:设立城市骑行促进组织,协调治理骑行友好城市建设;设立骑行促进专项基金,引导多主体参与,保障骑行友好城市建设落地;优化城市骑行接驳,促进骑行、步行、公共交通一体化建设;统一骑行数据标准,开发骑行友好城市的规划、监管、评估工具。以期为我国骑行友好城市建设提供有益借鉴。  相似文献

We present organizational logics as a meso‐level construct that lies between institutional theory's field‐level logics and the sense‐making activities of individual agents in organizations. We argue that an institutional logic can be operationalized empirically using the concept of a discourse – that is, a coherent symbolic system articulating what constitutes legitimate, reasonable, and effective conduct in, around, and by organizations. An organization may, moreover, be simultaneously exposed to several institutional logics that make up its broader ideational environment. Taking these three observations together enables us to consider an organizational logic as a spatially and temporally localized configuration of diverse discourses. We go on to show how organizational logics were transformed in the Australian Broadcasting Corporation between 1953 and 1999 by examining the changing discourses that appeared in the Corporation's annual reports. We argue that these discourses were modified through three main forms of discursive agency: (1) undertaking acts of ironic accommodation between competing discourses; (2) building chains of equivalence between the potentially contradictory discourses; and (3) reconciling new and old discourses through pragmatic acts of ‘bricolage’. We found that, using these forms of discursive agency, a powerful coalition of actors was able to transform the dominant organizational logic of the ABC from one where the Corporation's initial mission was to serve national interests through public service to one that was ultimately focused on participating in a globalized media market. Finally, we note that discursive resources could be used as the basis for resistance by less powerful agents, although further research is necessary to determine exactly how more powerful and less powerful agents interact around the establishment of an organizational logic.  相似文献

This article explores how hybrid professional managers relate to coexisting institutional logics in their everyday work. It examines coherence between the logic that informs managers’ identity and that prioritized in their role. By comparing interview data from managers in two settings, a faith-based hospital and a religious organization, this article analyses primary and secondary identities and roles. Findings show that experiences of coexisting logics differ according to the organizational context. Hospital managers identify with a managerial logic in both their identity and role. A professional logic informs church managers’ identity, yet they prioritize a managerial logic in their role. The article proposes a model that links hybrid professional managers’ identities and roles with a framework of coexisting logics proposed earlier.  相似文献

Governance structure is a central feature of organization. Hybrid forms of organization – typified by governance structures from more than one organizational model – have become prominent features of the organizational landscape. This study examined the governance structure of a hybrid organizational arrangement created when a government programme was developed utilizing selected aspects of venture capitalist models of governance. Central findings include: designing appropriate governance structure is a key activity for new organizations; combining market and hierarchical forms of governance produces a confounding mix of rationalities, which is potentially dangerous for long-term survival; ambiguous control systems allow participants to pay selective attention to particular elements of governance structure; existing models of venture capital governance understate important social dimensions of governance – particularly the role of trust; hybrid organizations potentially remove the element of trust necessary for effective transactions  相似文献

abstract    In this paper, we present the results of a study of the loss of institutional trust following a merger. Specifically, we focus on how issues of organizational identity and identification processes contributed to the loss of institutional trust among a group of employees of Citigroup after its creation through the merger of Citicorp and Travelers. Our study makes two important contributions. First, we propose and demonstrate empirically that institutional trust, like interpersonal trust, can be identity-based. Second, adopting a narrative approach to organizational identity, we explore institutional trust in a post-merger context, highlighting how institutional trust is initially undermined after a merger by the ambiguity of the new organization's identity; and how later, once the identity of the new organization becomes less ambiguous, institutional trust can continue to be undermined by the absence of employees' identification with the new organization, especially among those who were highly-identified with their legacy organizations.  相似文献

Effective communication and coordination are crucial aspects of emergency management. This study examines how organizational representatives perceive information communication technologies (ICTs) in communication and coordination with other organizations. Furthermore, it investigates whether the centrality of organizations in emergency management networks relates to ICT utilization. We found that although many central organizations in emergency preparedness networks have high levels of ICT utilization, ICTs are underused by central organizations in friendship networks and emergency response networks. An organization’s level of ICT utilization needs to match its organizational goal, mission, structure, ICT capacity, and the role that it plays within emergency management networks.  相似文献

This paper argues that organizations are the source of an adaptation–construction cycle. In that cycle, the consequences of organizational adaptations to current environmental states are constructed by the organization's managers into new environmental states. Therefore organizational action in response to environmental conditions has both an adaptive component and an unintended environmental enactment component. The paper identifies attributes of adapting organizations that increase the level of managerial activity devoted to environmental construction and objectification. The theoretical logic of delineating these organizational attributes moves the paper beyond present versions of enactment theory, ‘social construction of reality’ theory, and structuration theory to focus on predictors of variation in concrete activity resulting in environmental construction and objectification. Based on the discussion of the organizational predictors, propositions to be tested in future empirical research are offered. Also, the propositions are used to suggest extensions to enactment theory, social construction of reality theory, structuration theory, and contemporary versions of neo‐institutional theory. abstract We integrate the literature on organizational image management and neo‐institutional theory to arrive at a better understanding of how organizations routinely represent themselves positively in their external environment. Drawing on a cross‐sectional exploratory study of the website communications of 36 firms in the Canadian brewing industry, we investigate how these organizations construct essential and distinctive organizational images in reference to a map of identity attributes and image categories at the organizational field level. We conclude that organizational self‐categorizations explain the field‐level configuration of images we discovered by establishing legitimacy claims targeted at relevant stakeholders.  相似文献
