浅谈信托风险及其防范

我国信托业发展至今经历近20年的发展建设,但是仍然存在着机构体系设置不合理、业务范围难以界定、管理混乱、法律建设等问题,众多事实表明我国信托业风险已由隐性转为显性,防范与控制风险已成为信托业发展中必须解决的重要问题。本文试从信托业的风险分析入手,找到防范信托风险的有效之路。

我国信托业白诞生发展至今已经三十多年。长期以来，由于种种原因，信托公司几度沦落为银行规避信贷规模管制的通道．因而也多次受到清理整顿。2001年《信托法》的颁布，奠定了我国信托业发展的法律基础，信托公司业务才得以回归本源。2007年，中国银监会相继颁布新的《信托公司管理办法》和《信托公司集合资金信托计划管理办法》，明确了信托公司作为财富管理机构的功能定位．才使得信托业迎来了一个发展的春天。

Validating a theoretical model of citizens’ trust in tourism development

This research establishes the theoretical link between the development of tourism and citizens' trust. The research is grounded in political economy of state intervention in tourism and draws from social exchange theory to build the theoretical model. The latter incorporates variables such as trust, power, knowledge, and benefits and costs of tourism, which are central to any exchange process between social actors. The model distinguishes and proposes a theoretical relationship between domain specific political trust and generic political trust. The former refers to citizens' trust in local government in the specific context of tourism development while the latter refers to citizens' general level of trust in local government. The model is tested using data collected from residents of the metropolitan area of Naples, Italy. Results suggest that residents’ trust in local government in the specific context of tourism strongly influences their general level of trust, suggesting a spill-over effect of political trust. We demonstrated empirically that political trust in the context of tourism and the general trust in an institution are theoretically distinct concepts. The constructs we used to conceptualize tourism development has distinct influence on the two dimensions of political trust.     

The Neglected Economics of Trust

A bstract Economists have little understanding of trust. As economists, we are trained to think of the economy as an amalgam of individual agents, although the social element is an indispensable part of the economy. This perspective has caused us to lose sight of the role of trust. As a result, not only does the quality of life suffer, but the economy becomes less efficient.
In this article, I want to call attention to the central importance of trust in a market economy. I will show that markets both require and destroy trust. As a result, measures that appear to promote the economy may actually threaten the long-term health of the market by undermining trust.     

The bright side and dark side of trust: The mediating effect of franchisor trust on performance

Previous literature has not examined the dual role of trust in franchise relationships. We extend the franchise and relational governance literature by showing that trust has both a “bright side” and a “dark side” in franchisor–franchisee relationships. Based on transaction cost and knowledge-based reasoning, we argue that intangible knowledge assets and environmental uncertainty have an indirect effect on performance via trust, due to its relational risk and knowledge exchange effect. Using data from the franchise sector in Germany, we show that trust positively mediates the impact of intangible knowledge assets and negatively mediates the impact of environmental uncertainty on franchisor performance. The first effect refers to the “bright side” of trust showing that intangible brand name assets increase trust which, in turn, has a positive effect on performance. Conversely, the second effect refers to the “dark side” of trust highlighting that environmental uncertainty diminishes trust resulting in a negative effect on performance.     

绿色壁垒与应对策略

一些国家设置的绿色壁垒已经成为我国扩大出口的重要障碍。绿色壁垒具有两重性，既有推动世界经济实现绿色化的积极意义，又是一些发达国家以合理的籍口对不发达国家进行不合理贸易保护主义的措施。我国做为出口大国，应当正确面对绿色壁垒，切实从积极方面制定对策，以保证在国际经济发展绿色化的进程中，长期稳固的保持我国的出口优势。     

企业网络形成与演变路径的社会性质视角分析

本文从社会制度结构层面中所嵌入的社会资本(信任类型)视角入手,探寻不同社会信任结构对企业网络组织外在形式的多样性特征与升级演进路径选择的作用机制及内在机理,得出结论:社会制度层面的信任关系与信任结构通过交易成本与治理机制途径,深刻影响乃至决定该社会经济体中企业网络组织的外在形式与升级演进路径。关系型信任偏向的社会结构适于发展企业集群与外包(下包)制类型的企业网络组织形式,而制度型信任偏向的社会结构有利于虚拟组织与战略联盟类型的企业网络组织形式。企业网络由低级形式向高级形式、低端产业向高端产业演进进程中,社会制度所内涵的社会资本与信用体系的变迁与构建是核心因素之一。     

电子商务下的会计信任探析

电子商务的发展必将带来传统会计体系的变革，而会计只有适应并服务其所处的社会经济环境，才能不断的发展和完善。本文从电子商务的特征出发，探讨电子商务的兴起对我国会计信任的影响，分析研究增强电子商务下的会计信任途径，为电子商务的进一步发展提供理论依据。     

A multi-level understanding of trust development in contexts of blurred organizational boundaries: the case of crowdfunding

Are trust development processes in settings of blurred organizational boundaries different from those in conventional organizational settings, and if so, how? Taking the crowdfunding campaigns of the Fin-Tech Monzo as examples of settings of blurred organizational boundaries, we analyze how the three main trust forms (individual, organizational, and institutional trust) emerge and interact in the campaigns’ online discourse and develop a process model that captures distinct trust development dynamics. We contribute to the trust literature by highlighting increased dynamics and co-existence of trust forms, and by showing that the validation of extra-organizational boundary spanners is crucial to compensate for a missing personal interaction in settings of blurred organizational boundaries. We also contribute to the crowdfunding literature and derive managerial implications.     

Boarding the Aircraft: Trust Development Amongst Negotiators of a Complex Merger

We explore trust development in the context of an international merger negotiation. Based on in‐depth interviews with chief negotiators of the Air France–KLM merger, we contribute to existing theory by showing that trust develops in three interrelated domains: personal, process, and outcome. Progressively, trust develops in all domains on the basis of antecedents that differ between phases and domains. Distinguishing between different domains facilitates analysis of trust asymmetry and the coexistence of trust and distrust, as well as the influence of trust in interorganizational relationships.

组织内知识共享的信任模型研究

随着知识经济时代的到来,知识管理已经成为学术界和企业界竞相关注的热点。在知识管理的相关研究中,知识共享和组织内部信任问题是研究的重点课题,但对两者的综合研究还不多见。本文在前人对知识共享和信任机制的研究基础上,整合两个概念,引入组织制度、认知因素、情感因素、信任倾向等影响因素,分析出一个全新的组织内知识共享的综合信任模型,希望能够帮助组织更好地理解信任机制,促进组织内知识共享行为。
