在电子商务环境下,消费者知情权正面临着严峻的考验,网络交易不同于传统面对面的交易方式,有其自身鲜明的特点,这极易导致由于信息不对称而侵害消费者知情权。经营者出于某种目的不提供或不完整提供信息,那么在线消费者的知情权就很难得到保障。因此,应当区别对待电子商务环境下消费者的知情权,从法治的角度上建立健全相关保护措施及理论。保护措施应包括以下几个方面:明确经营者的信息披露义务、加大对网络虚假广告的治理力度、规定电子商务商家的工商登记制度、完善电子商务中消费者知情权保护的相关法律法规。
