下石节煤矿950水平人车场采用锚网索喷注高强度支护技术。在施工期间,总结原来支护工艺的弊端,汲取新的支护理念,针对原来锚网索喷注联合支护工艺,对原支护工艺进行改革,确保了巷道的稳定性。通过在950水平人车场掘进中的实践应用和实际观测,近一年来没有出现网片开裂及帮部剧烈变形现象,支护作用明显提高,具有良好的应用推广前景。  相似文献

土钉墙支护结构作为一种较好的原位土加固技术,具有施工速度快,安全经济等优点,被普遍应用在基坑工程支护结构中。本文针对基坑支护结构的机理,通过对某沿海城市基坑工程土钉墙支护结构的水平位移及土体深层水平位移进行监测,对基坑施工技术、监测方案以及监测数据进行了详尽分析,结果表明基坑工程中土钉墙支护技术的信息化监测应用具有较好的经济性和适用性,对今后类似工程提供有价值的工程经验。  相似文献

近年来随着开滦精煤范各庄矿开拓水平的逐渐延伸,软岩巷道施工和支护问题日益突出,对软岩巷道的支护技术的探索既有现实意义,又有长远意义。该公司-600水平二石门7煤层运料上山由于受埋藏较深(埋深-450—-580m)和3273N工作面采动影响,围岩破碎,在采取锚梁网和金拱支架两种支护方式情况下,其底鼓和两帮变形问题依然严重,现根据具体情况探讨深部软岩巷道有效支护方式。  相似文献

土钉支护以其施工简便及造价低廉而被广泛应用于基坑支护中,土钉支护技术在我国取得了较大的成功,尤其是通过竖向和水平向预应力加强的复合土钉支护,更是弥补了传统支护方式的不足,大大提高了基坑的安全性。本文以具体的工程实例分析土钉支护的效果,通过对比分析,发现土钉支护不仅提高了基坑的安全性,保证工程施工的顺利进行,同时保障了施工人员的安全,可以在一定程度上节省工程投资。  相似文献

In this study, we examine two competing perspectives regarding the relative use of high‐investment human resource (HIHR) systems for core and support employees within establishments. Using data from 420 establishments, we compare a universal perspective suggesting that the level of HIHR exposure core employees receive is always greater than the level of exposure for sup‐port employees, with a contingency perspective suggesting that the relative level of exposure for these employee groups is contingent on strategy, HR philosophy, or industry.The results did not provide support for the universal prediction that core employees always receive higher levels of exposure to HIHR systems than support employees within the same establishment. Moreover, while strategy and HR philosophy were positively related to the level of HIHR system use across establishments, they did not influence the relative level of exposure to HIHR systems for core and support employees. Interestingly, however, industry did exert a unique impact such that core em‐ployees received significantly greater exposure to HIHR systems than sup‐port employees in nonmanufacturing firms.There were no significant differ‐ences in exposure for these two groups in manufacturing industries. Although the belief that support alleviates the detrimental effect of job demands on employee health is intuitive, past research has produced an equivocal picture, requiring a renewed evaluation of this relationship. In the present study, we examine three sources of support (from the organization, leader, and team) that employees may draw from to reduce the negative effect of a specific job demand, that is, role overload. Unlike most prior research, we focus on these sources of support at the group level of analysis to determine the relative effectiveness of organizational support climate, leadership climate, and team climate as moderators of the role overload–subjective health relationship. Hierarchical linear modeling of data from 2,288 employees nested in 132 workgroups in a state administration of Switzerland revealed that, after controlling for individual perceptions of support, team climate weakened the negative relationship between role overload and health. We did not find support for the buffering effect of organizational support or leadership climates. The article provides a nuanced test of the support‐buffering hypothesis by simultaneously exploring individual and group‐level sources of support and by demonstrating that some sources of support matter more than others in ameliorating the negative outcomes of role overload.  相似文献

Increased efforts are made in most industrialized countries to promote the commercialization of university research, for instance, through spin-off firm formation. Many studies have investigated the initiatives set up in the university sector that aim to support and facilitate the commercialization of research, such as technology transfer offices (TTO). However, few studies have looked at the increasing number of instruments introduced from the government. This paper reviews the Canadian support structure at federal level that aims to support the commercialization of publicly funded research. Two types of programs can be identified. Firstly, programs made to induce structural reforms within the university sector in order to improve the institutional capabilities to facilitate commercialization projects. Secondly, programs providing support to specific commercialization projects. This paper explores how these types of programs are operated at government level. An example of implementation at university level is also given. The lessons to be learned from the Canadian case are related to how the government initiatives encourage a bottom-up approach. This is accomplished by providing resources for direct use in commercialization projects or to develop professional expertise in technology transfer in the university sector, by experimenting with new initiatives, and finally by facilitating cooperation between commercializing organizations.  相似文献

Evidence to support the Gibson paradox is often given in the form of a simple correlation between the nominal interest rate and the log of price level, or in the form of a simple linear regression between these two variables. Authors then show, using standard procedures of statistical inference, that the price level possesses a significant coefficient. We argue that this class of evidence is spurious since the nominal interest rate and the price level (both integrated variables) do not form a cointegrated system.  相似文献

Service innovation is central to firms when explaining business success and competitiveness. However, little is known about how useful feedback and help/support from coworkers affect desirable innovation outcomes. This study draws on a conceptual model and theorizes that firms’ support of useful feedback from coworkers and coworkers’ help and support along with social interaction would achieve service innovation. In a sample of 382 employees from a large multinational firm, as hypothesized, employees with highly useful feedback and help/support from coworkers exhibited the highest level of firm service innovation. Moreover, managers can enhance this positive relationship by relying more on increased social interaction among employees for innovation performance.  相似文献

软岩巷道支护技术是巷道支护过程中遇到的难题之一,巷道开挖引起应力重新分布、巷道变形,特别是在"三软"(顶板软、底板软、煤层软)条件下巷道变形尤为严重,仅靠锚网支护很难达到预期效果。通过对软岩条件下新奥法施工工艺研究,实践证明在清水营煤矿+965m水平车场使用新奥法施工技术,有效地降低了巷道维修成本,增加了巷道施工的安全性。  相似文献

Three hundred and eighty‐six voluntary agreements on European Works Councils are examined for material that might support their role in transnational consultation on health and safety in Europe. A significant percentage do indeed support the potential development of consultation on health and safety at this level, both substantively and with representation on health and safety at enterprise level.
