原子印油及其生产工艺

原子印章具有许多优点,我国已引进生产工艺,但未引进原子印油的生产工艺,每年需进口,印油价格高达60美元/千克,合人民币达500元/千克,每年要支付500万美元用于进口印油。进口油质量较差,遇水扩散,不耐晒。现迫切需要研究适合我国使用的印油并完成工业化生产的工艺。 通过对进口油的分析,使用国产原料和设备研制出色泽鲜艳,耐晒、遇水不扩散,渗透速度快,对储油垫无不良作用的印油,不但生产工艺简单,而且成本仅13.5元/干克,质量优于进口油。1 配方(重量％)金光红C 16,耐晒艳红BBC 2,芘麻油36,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯37.4,硬脂酸铅5,硬脂酸钡2,渗透剂GFC 2.6,聚氯乙烯树脂万分之二

2008年老旧车报废更新补贴公告出台4月30日,财政部和商务部发布《2008年老旧汽车报废更新补贴资金发放范围及标准》,根据规定,2008年1月1日-12月31日期间交售给报废汽车回收企业的。注册登记日期在1999年1月1日-2001年12月31日且使用年限在7-9年之间的,总质量在12000kg(千克)以上(含12000kg)的载货汽车及准牵引总质量在12000kg(千克)以上(含12000kg)的半挂牵引车,补贴标准为每辆车4000元人民币。没有动力装置的全挂车、半挂车不属于补贴范围。

带结构突变的确定趋势的单位根检验方法——兼对中国工农业产品比价的实证分析

存在未知结构突变点的DGP关于结构突变的信息是不完全的,理论上不可能得到媲美标准ADF检验或Perron检验的统计特性,且Perron检验比标准ADF检验更适合于作为其单位根统计量的极限分布。本文以Perron(2009)方法为基础,结合minSSR和FGLS详细讨论结构突变的单位根检验的三个步骤,澄清了很多模糊的认识。以我国工农业产品比价和工农业产品价格指数为例,本文的实证研究发现,中国工农业利益分配格局的重大改变是由国际经济事件造成的冲击引起的。

An integrative framework of strategic international human resource management

The globalization of business is making it more important than ever to understand how multinational enterprises (MNEs) can operate more effectively. A major component of this understanding appears to be the field of human resource management and, in particular, the field of international human resource management (Brewster, 1991; Hendry, 1992; Desatnick and Bennett, 1978; Dowling, 1986; Dowling and Schuler, 1990; Evans, 1986; Evans, 1989; Laurent, 1986; Tung, 1984). The trend over the past few years has been to identify the linkage of human resource management with strategy and offer an understanding of how single country or domestic human resource management can facilitate organizational understanding and effectiveness (Wright and McMahan, 1992). In this article we attempt to extend this line of work into the international arena. We do this by offering a framework of strategic international human resource management (SIHRM). Anchoring SIHRM in the strategic components of MNEs, namely their interunit linkages and internal operations, strategic aspects of international human resource management are described. Using several theoretical bases, numerous propositions are offered. These propositions reflect the single and multiple influence of the strategic components of MNEs and several exogenous and endogenous factors on SIHRM. The intention is to offer a framework that can serve both academics and practitioners in furthering our understanding of strategic international human resource management.     

National business systems research: Progress and prospects

The paper provides an overview of the development of the national business systems approach to the study of organizations. The first section outlines the approach taken to understanding national business systems and their relationship to organizations. It notes the creative tension which existed within the approach between ideal types of national systems and specific empirical studies which were more actor centred and concerned with change and process in institutions and organizations. The second section focuses on a series of concepts and debates which emerged from the growing interdisciplinary nature of the debate on comparative capitalisms. These debates have shifted the focus of discussion away from typologies and more towards issues of change and process and the interaction of national contexts and international processes. The third section illustrates this new focus through analysing the contribution of the national business systems approach to the study of multinationals and international institutions. It argues that the national business systems approach is central to understanding the interaction between organizations, national contexts and international flows of capital, labour, technology and knowledge and international rule systems for coordinating these flows.

Towards an understanding of the female expatriate experience in Europe

The increased participation of women in the workforce has been one of the major changes in the structuring of the labour force in recent years, and it is anticipated that this trend will continue. Despite growing numbers of women in senior domestic management roles, the participation rates of women in international management remains low across the globe. In Europe, international management has generally been a masculine preserve. Much of our knowledge of female expatriation comes from North America and is based on the experiences of female managers working for North American MNCs. This article builds on that base of understanding but highlights a growing stream of research into female expatriation in Europe, which remains largely “invisible” to specialists outside Europe. Given the paucity of empirical research in this area in general and the need for a more international understanding of the phenomena which can arise from examining different contexts, the article suggests that researchers outside Europe may find useful insights in this paper which pulls together and summarises what we know from the existing research on female expatriates in Europe and offers some avenues for future research.
