浙江省地下水资源战略储备体系研究

科学合理地开发利用地下水资源、实施地下水资源储备战略,是保障浙江经济可持续发展和未来水安全的一项重要措施。本文针对浙江省水资源储备的形式和地下水使用状况,分析了建立地下水资源战略储备的作用,说明了建立地下水资源储备所需的条件,并提出实施地下水资源战略储备建议。     

战略联盟视角下企业间的知识产权合作

企业战略联盟是一种指导性框架,企业间知识产权合作是企业新型战略联盟的基石。多种因素构成了企业间知识产权合作的动因,而且,企业间知识产权合作的模式也是多种多样的。同时,开展和维护企业间知识产权合作有着一定的要求,研究知识产权合作会给我们带来有益的启示。     

Information Structure and the Tragedy of the Commons in Resource Extraction

Synopsis This paper considers the well-known Levhari-Mirman discrete-time model of resource extraction, and investigates the effects of the information structure of the dynamic game – open-loop, Markovian or history-dependent – on the equilibrium consumption path and the overall utility of the agents. Due to the special structure of the model, the open-loop regime yields a Pareto-optimal outcome. The Markovian regime leads to the most pronounced version of the tragedy of the commons. History-dependent behavior yields an outcome set that is intermediate between the other two cases, and that may include the Pareto-optimal outcome in some cases. The level of efficiency of equilibrium behaviour is thus U-shaped as a function of the level of information the agents’ extraction strategies are based on. The analysis suggests that in environments characterized by a dynamic (and no market) externality, forcing agents to commit to open-loop behavior would constitute welfare-improving regulation.     

Public Information, Private Information, and the Multiplicity of Equilibria in Coordination Games

I study coordination games with incomplete public and private information and relate equilibrium convergence to convergence of higher-order beliefs. As the players' signals become more and more precise, the equilibrium manifold converges to the correspondence of common knowledge equilibria, whenever the variance of the public signal converges to 0 at a rate faster than one half the rate of convergence of the variance of private signals. The same condition also determines the convergence of common p-belief to common knowledge, which leads to a simple intuition for its origin and an immediate generalization of the former results about equilibrium convergence. 战略性新兴产业上市公司金融支持效率及其影响因素研究

培育战略性新兴产业是当前我国促进经济结构转变,顺应世界经济发展趋势的必然选择。本文运用DEA方法测度战略性新兴产业金融支持效率,以此为基础构建金融支持效率影响因素模型。实证研究表明,市场性金融支持行为在经济波动期存在效率缺失;金融支持效率的实现伴随风险的增高;在间接融资驱动力不足情况下,直接融资成为战略性新兴产业发展的主要支撑。分析结果认为,提高战略性新兴产业金融支持效率需要充分发挥政策金融的引导作用,突出银行的支持功能,推进金融服务多元化,提高产业的风险抵御能力。     

基于中小企业角度：非股权战略联盟中不合作行为的成因与对策

随着市场竞争环境的变化,战略联盟成为中小企业提升竞争力的重要工具。中小企业技术、资金、管理、人才、市场网络等方面的实力相对较弱,实施战略联盟有利于中小企业充分发挥特长,整合资源,扬长避短,进行优势互补,建立起自己的竞争优势,从而获得较好的发展,这具有不同于大企业的特殊意义,但参与联盟也有联盟成员不合作的风险。中小企业盼实力及未来发展的需要决定了应尽量采用非股权联盟的形式,非股权联盟中不合作行为主要有投机、“要挟”和背叛三种。中小企业应通过分析不合作行为的深层原因、提高核心能力、加强沟通、建立联盟内的中小企业问次级联盟、建立社会资本等措施来减少不合作行为;政府还要推动诚信社会的建设,大力培育促进中小企业合作成长的环境。     

产权管制放松与制度绩效变迁——来自广东经济非均衡转轨的证据

过去大量的研究强调政策、区域、禀赋等对广东经济转轨绩效的影响,论文从产权管制放松的角度出发,构建了一个简单的博弈论模型,旨在分析广东政府放松对资源配置权利的管制对经济转轨产生的制度效应。研究发现,广东各级地方政府放松对资源配置权利的管制,大幅节约了租金耗散,并衍生出更多给予经济个体发挥比较优势的获利空间,扩展了市场范围,从而促进了地区经济均衡转轨。论文对于理解广东经济转轨问题提供了一个新的视角和框架,它尤其有助于揭示产权管制放松与经济绩效变迁二者之间的内在机理和制度逻辑。
