日前，一种对环氧树脂类涂料的水性化起到极大推动作用的水分散型双酚A环氧树脂乳液及配套的水分散型固化剂在浙江安邦材料发展有限公司开发成功，并实现了大批量工业化生产。该成果在国内率先实现将环氧树脂彻底水性化，创造出第三代水性环氧体系，即将环氧树脂和固化剂全部改造成水分散型形态。

环氧氯丙烷在地面涂料中的应用

以环氧氯丙烷为主要原材料合成了无溶剂环氧树脂,它具有良好的力学性能和耐化学腐蚀性.同时,也是性能优良的地面涂料.通过试验研究优选出其它各组分材料,然后采用正交实验设计的方法分析确定各种材料的最佳比例,进一步研究其综合性能.结果表明,这种环氧树脂增加了固化剂分子结构中的柔性链段,降低了其蒸汽压,大大减少了刺激性气体的溢出,达到了环保要求.     

环氧改性氰酸酯的“固化”有看点

环氧树脂（EP）改性氰酸酯树脂（CE）,“固化”大有看点。CE／EP改性体系既能形成大量的三嗪环,保留CE固有的性能优点,又能形成高度交联网络,提高材料的力学性能。用EP对CE预聚体进行改性发现,虽然改性树脂的硬度和模量有所降低,但其弯曲强度及拉伸强度比纯CE提高了近1倍多,断裂伸长率增加了近3倍,增韧效果明显。采用乙酰丙酮过渡金属络合物等作为固化剂的CE／EP改性体系,固化剂用量为环氧树脂的0．5％（质量分数）。研究表明,环氧树脂与氰酸酯共固化物的电绝缘性能,
