乡村旅游是实现巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果同乡村振兴有效衔接的重要路径选择。乡村旅游经营者的从众行为能够促进旅游地的规范化与规模化发展,但一味地盲从也必然会给旅游地造成不可挽回的损失,理性对待乡村旅游经营者的从众行为对旅游地的可持续发展意义深远。本文基于扩展的计划行为理论基本框架,引入精英影响感知和模糊情境感知两个变量,对乡村旅游经营者从众行为意向的影响因素进行实证研究,并构建乡村旅游经营者从众行为形成机制的理论模型。研究发现,行为态度、指令性规范、知觉行为控制、精英影响感知和模糊情境感知与从众行为意向呈显著正相关关系。另外,乡村旅游经营者的受教育水平对从众行为意向存在显著影响,且呈现受教育水平越高从众行为意向越低的趋势。为了进一步发展乡村旅游,助推乡村振兴,建议提升乡村旅游经营者的经营能力;发挥乡村旅游精英的信息传递与示范带动作用;落实政府的引导与监管职能;防范政府决策层的盲从行为。  相似文献

本文以博物馆游客为调研对象,探讨服务公平性、服务质量、顾客满意感、信任感与组织形象的关系,分析顾客感知的服务质量、顾客满意感、信任感、组织形象对博物馆游客行为意向的影响。结构方程模型分析结果表明:在博物馆服务环境中,(1)服务公平性包括交往公平性、程序公平性、结果公平性和信息公平性等4个组成部分;服务公平性4个组成成分对顾客感知的服务质量、满意感、信任感有直接或间接的影响,对组织形象有间接的影响;(2)顾客满意感和顾客感知的服务质量直接影响组织形象;(3)组织形象和顾客信任感对游客行为意向有直接的影响。论文的研究结论对指导博物馆的营销管理有一定的理论和实践意义。  相似文献

<正>近些年,随着旅游休闲产业的发展,虚拟旅游、云旅游等活动不断涌现,实地旅游场景数字化趋势显著,有效地满足了游客的多元化体验需求。文章收集332名体验过虚拟旅游的游客的数据,对虚拟旅游与游客行为意向的相关性进行分析,运用结构方程模型以及多元线性回归对假设模型进行检验,结果表明,游客在虚拟旅游中的存在感对游客行为意向具有积极影响。在此基础上,文章提出了相关建议,希望能够通过虚拟旅游增强游客到实地旅行的意向。  相似文献

饮食旅游是近年来发展最快的旅游类型之一,但有关游客动机和行为的研究却很少.文章构建结构方程模型,剖析饮食旅游的推动和拉动动机要素,明确旅游动机对游客满意度和行为意向的作用机制.在澳门进行问卷调查获得368个有效样本后,检验假设模型,发现饮食旅游的推动动机为休闲放松、饮食猎奇和文化探索,拉动动机包括饮食产品和配套服务;休闲放松、文化探索和饮食产品对满意度有正向影响,饮食猎奇要素对行为意向有正向影响.文章从供求两方面明确了饮食旅游的参与原因及其后续效应,为发展饮食旅游、提升游客满意度和忠诚度提供了指导.  相似文献

游客恢复性环境感知作为联结旅游体验和健康的重要环节,是游客与旅游地环境交融形成的综合性体验,是游客管理研究的新视角,但游客恢复性环境感知对游后行为意向的积极效用还未得到深入理解。文章从注意恢复理论出发,应用Mehrabian-Rusell模型,探讨游客恢复性感知、满意度对游后行为意向的影响及游客涉入的调节作用。通过问卷调查收集数据,得到547个有效样本,使用结构方程建模。研究发现:游客功能类恢复性感知(一致性、新奇)正向影响情感类恢复性感知(迷人、兼容性、逃逸);兼容性比迷人对满意度的正向影响更大;新奇比逃逸对游后行为意向的正向影响更大;兼容性与满意度在"一致性、新奇-游后行为意向"的结构中有多重链式中介作用;迷人、兼容性对满意度的影响受游客涉入的正调节。游客恢复性感知对游后行为意向的影响过程表现为"环境刺激认知-情感-意向"三阶段传递机制。最后讨论了上述发现对目的地营销与管理的启示。  相似文献

This study aims to examine how self-identity of consumers influences intention to pay a premium to consume green food. Moreover, this research investigates the relationship between recollection of past dining experience and intention to consume green food. The self-completion theory (SCT) is to explain the compensatory effects of the preference to consume green food. Exposure to environmental information demonstrates the effects of priming. Two experiments were conducted to illustrate the effects of priming and recollection of past behavior that harmed the environment of consumers. The results show that after mere exposure to information on green dining, participants preferred to consume green food (priming effects). Similar results were obtained from the experiment where participants were asked to recall their past behaviors that harmed the environment. Asking individuals to recall past behavior proved to be an effective way to motivate patrons of green dining to find a moral equilibrium (compensation effects).  相似文献

There has been a remarkable increase in environmental consciousness worldwide. Consumers are beginning to change their behavior to integrate environmental considerations into lifestyle choices, such as how well products satisfy their needs and how these products affect the natural environment. In some cases, consumers have expressed a willingness to pay a premium for environmentally friendly products. A goal of marketing is informing the public of the availability of goods and services that will advance their quality of life. However, this is true only if marketing's communication aids in informing, educating, and channeling consumers' needs toward “green” products and services. This study investigated the relationship of wine consumers' environmental knowledge, attitudes, gender, and their expressed intention to pay more for an environmentally friendly wine. The results suggest these variables could be used for segmentation and for selective marketing to reposition the product and then redirect consumers toward environmentally friendly wine purchasing.  相似文献

This study surveyed customer perceptions about the environmentally friendly programs (i.e., green programs) in hotels and analyzed the degree to which such programs influenced customers' hotel selection. Data were collected from online travel communities by conducting Web-based online surveys. A total of members from 63 travel-related online communities participated in the survey. Multiple regression analysis results showed that the significant factors that affected client hotel selection were: Solid waste and water programs in guestrooms, energy programs, solid waste and water programs in housekeeping, and biodiversity programs. However, water program by customers' option did not influence customer decisions to stay at environmentally friendly hotels. Results also showed differences in customer awareness and demand for environmentally friendly hotels based on gender, income, and age.  相似文献

绿色饭店的建设不仅要靠饭店自身的努力,也需要顾客的积极配合。为了解饭店顾客对绿色饭店品牌和绿色环保行为的认知程度,分析绿色饭店认知与消费意愿之间的关系,考察顾客个人特质与绿色饭店认知程度和绿色环保措施认可程度的关系,本研究对国内饭店业顾客的消费态度和意愿进行了实地调研。研究结果表明:目前我国饭店顾客有一定的绿色消费意识,但并未完全转化为真正的绿色消费行为,且不同的顾客之间存在较大差异。  相似文献

同顾客与员工、顾客与服务环境之间的互动研究相比,服务接触中顾客间互动的研究明显匮乏,这也逐渐成为了服务接触理论进一步深化研究的关键领域。文章基于顾客体验的视角,构建并实证检验了游客间互动对游客再惠顾意愿影响的概念模型,发现了游客间互动的4个维度在影响游客体验价值各层面上存在的差异性以及体验价值的不同维度在游客间互动对再惠顾意愿影响中的不同中介作用:礼仪违背、友好交谈对情感性、认知性、社会性体验价值有显著影响,并间接影响游客的再惠顾意愿;一方面干扰和争执对功能性、情感性体验价值有显著的负向影响,建议与帮助对体验价值的4个维度有显著正向影响,进而间接影响游客的再惠顾意愿,另一方面干扰与争执对再惠顾意愿有直接的负向影响,建议与帮助对再惠顾意愿有直接正向影响作用。此外,有效辨识出各人口统计变量的不同水平对各研究变量影响的差异。这对于旅游企业开展良好的顾客关系管理具有重大的指导意义和价值。  相似文献

This study examined dimensions of consumer risk/benefit perception toward street food and tested their effects on attitude toward street food and behavioral intention. Exploratory factor analysis tested a five risk and two benefit factor model. A conceptual model was tested using structural equation modeling. This study found that perceived risks negatively affected consumer attitude toward street food, and perceived benefits positively affected attitude. In turn, risk perception negatively affected behavioral intention. The study found that attitude toward street food fully mediated the relationship between benefit perception and behavioral intention and partially mediated the relationship between risk perception and behavioral intention.  相似文献

近年来,电商蓬勃发展,各大在线旅游企业竞争激烈.如何赢得顾客并进一步激发其再次预订意愿,是旅游电商的重要议题.以往研究表明,为消费者创造良好的在线体验是电商招徕消费者再次惠顾的有效途径,但鲜有文献关注在线旅游消费者这一特殊群体.基于沉浸理论,文章重在探索交互速度等6个维度与旅游消费者在线体验间的关系,凸显旅游消费者体验与再次预订间的关系,并检验信任的中介作用.结果表明:(1)旅游消费者的网站技能、感知挑战、感知控制力、感知有用性及旅游网站的远程呈现与交互速度对消费者的在线体验具有显著的正向影响;(2)旅游消费者的感知易用性对感知有用性有显著的正向影响;(3)旅游消费者沉浸体验对再次预订意愿具有显著的正向影响;(4)信任在旅游消费者的沉浸体验和再次预订意愿间起中介作用.  相似文献

The study aimed to provide a better understanding of financial leakages in a sample of classified hotels in Jordan in terms of its reasons, its channels, and potential ways to reduce it from hotel managers’ perspective. Eighteen semistructured interviews were conducted with hotel managers. The results showed a high level of awareness regarding financial leakages by hotel managers. Furthermore, the main reasons for financial leakages included: the high cost of energy, the need to import products not produced locally, and the lack of awareness of sustainability practices. The main channels of financial leakages were: importing furniture and electronics, human resources, and food and beverages not produced in Jordan. The study’s main suggestions are to reduce financial leakages, especially energy consumption, and to increase trust in local products.  相似文献

培育和维护满意的顾客是经济型酒店获得和保持竞争优势的重要条件,而顾客对酒店产品感知利得和利失的比较对顾客满意度的形成具有重要的影响。该研究以现有的顾客满意度理论为基础,结合经济型酒店的顾客需求和产品服务特征,从顾客价值获得的角度构建经济型酒店的顾客满意度测评模型,建立了顾客满意度测评指标体系,并进行了实证分析。研究表明,经济型酒店的卫生状况、支持系统、交通便利程度以及价格等方面的顾客满意度较低。最后,根据实证分析结果提出了经济型酒店提高顾客满意度的建议和对策。  相似文献
