目的:优化食品中碘提取的前处理方法,利用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定碘含量。方法:样品经过5%四甲基氢氧化铵(TMAH)溶液于70℃水浴超声1 h,功率700 W,离心过滤后取澄清液,以碲作内标,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪测定碘含量。结果:方法在0.1~20.0μg·L-1线性关系良好,标准系列曲线方程为Y=0.079 7X+0.004 24,相关系数r=0.999 7,方法检出限为0.034 9 mg·kg-1,回收率在95%以上,RSD <3%。结论:本方法缩短了前期提取时间,降低了提取温度,结果准确,重现性好,适用于不同含碘量食品的检测。 相似文献

目的:调查滦南县生活饮用水中水碘含量,了解生活饮用水中水碘分布情况,为采取针对性防治措施和科学调整干预策略提供依据。方法:按照《河北省生活饮用水水碘含量调查方案》中的调查方法和实验方法,由相应的调查人员和合格的实验室及实验人员完成此次调查取样及实验监测任务。结果:2021年全县采集17个乡(镇)及街道办事处总计701份水样,水碘含量为0.2~23.9μg·L-1,水碘中位数是6.5μg·L-1;集中式供水水样水碘含量低于分散式供水水样水碘含量,全县分散式供水水碘含量与井深呈弱负相关性,滨海平原咸水区水碘含量与井深呈明显负相关性。结论:滦南县为外环境缺碘地区,生活饮用水水碘含量均<40μg·L-1,结合其他碘营养监测结果,建议今后继续加大碘缺乏病宣传力度,长期坚持食用加碘盐,并积极开展碘营养监测工作,为综合评估重点人群碘营养状态,及时调整碘缺乏病防控措施,科学补碘提供依据。 相似文献

为科学高效地利用胡萝卜中的胡萝卜素,设计了以不同季节、不同部位的胡萝卜为原料研究其胡萝卜素的含量及分布,及以不同的烹饪和干制方式对其胡萝卜素保留率的影响。并采用索氏抽提及分光光度法提取测定胡萝卜中胡萝卜素的保留率。实验结果表明,冬季产的胡萝卜中胡萝卜素是春季的1.67倍,整根胡萝卜中胡萝卜素含量的分布:纵向是上段>中段>下段,横向则是外皮层>肉质层>内芯层。不同加工方式中烹饪对胡萝卜中胡萝卜素保留率的影响顺序是水蒸>鲜创丝>打浆渣>炒制>油炸>水煮,且加盐与不加盐对胡萝卜素保留率几乎没有影响,水蒸烹饪较水煮的胡萝卜素保留率高12倍;干制中则是微波干燥>减压热风烘干>常压热风烘干>自然晒干,且微波干制较自然晒干保留率高2.2倍。经L(934)正交试验优化得到微波干制的最佳工艺条件为:微波时间5 min、微波功率400 W,间隙式微波方式。在此条件下胡萝卜素的保留率可达325.9%。 相似文献

Under the conservation-compliance program, most of the individual producers are forced to cut their soil erosion to 7 t per acre annually irrespective of the marginal cost of controlling soil erosion. In a system where coupons to a ton of soil loss were issued to producers and traded, the marginal cost of controlling soil loss within each soil type and across different soil types would be equalized. An instrumental variable procedure was used to determine the effect of soil erosion on net profits. The results for Iowa show that there is considerable difference in the marginal opportunity cost of controlling soil erosion between soil types. By assigning one ton of erosion to Iowa soil type Downs (5-10% slope) instead of Clarion (2-5% slope), there is a savings of $5.00 per acre for the society as a whole. 通过制作香菇挂面(以面粉为基准计,分别添加0、0.1%、0.5%、0.9%、1.3%、1.7%、2.1%、2.5%的香菇粉),研究了挂面中添加不同量香菇粉后对挂面烹调时间、熟断条率、烹调损失以及含水量的影响,对不同的香菇粉添加量制作的面条进行了感官评定。结果表明:随着香菇粉的添加,会对面条的感官品质和蒸煮品质产生一定的影响。当添加量为1.3%时,面条的熟断条率最低;当香菇粉的添加量为0.1%时,面条的烹调损失最低;色泽评分在添加量为0.5%时最高。综合来看:尽量保持较高的香菇粉添加量对体现香菇挂面的功效有利,因此,香菇粉的适宜添加量在1.3%~1.7%。 相似文献

目的:比较传统玻璃蒸馏瓶蒸馏装置、二氧化硫测定仪、自动凯氏定氮仪3种仪器测定食品中二氧化硫的效果及适用性,为设备选型提供参考.方法:选取番薯干、咸菜、香菇干,分别用上述3种蒸馏装置测定样品中的二氧化硫含量,分析测定结果和过程控制.结果:使用3种不同蒸馏仪器测定结果无显著性差异,两次独立测定结果的绝对差值小于算术平均值的10%,回收率均在85%~95%.结论:二氧化硫测定仪自动化程度高,安全性高,基本可以替代传统玻璃蒸馏瓶蒸馏,实现大部分食品的批量检测,对于香菇干等蒸馏过程易倒吸食品,可采用自动凯氏定氮仪检测,提高实验的准确性和可靠性. 相似文献

Variations in producer prices over time cause constant fluctuations in farm incomes. In this study, the author uses a game theory approach to determine the economically optimal time to sell dried figs for the agricultural firms that produce them. Based on the price producers received in the period between August 2003 and July 2010, dried fig prices were converted into 2003 real price levels. According to a linear programming model based on these assumptions, it was determined that the best time for producers to sell dried figs, with the rate of 26.63%, was November and December. 相似文献

After Taiwan became a member of the WTO in 2002, its tariff rates for fishery products decreased by an average of 35.5% from the level in 2001. Direct imports of fishery products from China would be allowed in 2004. These tariff reductions and the relaxation of import restrictions will have a strong effect on Taiwan's fishery sector. In this paper, we present an analysis of how fishery production, prices, input usage, and welfare distribution might react to trade liberalization. In addition to evaluating the overall impact of tariff reduction on Taiwan's fishery sector, we assess the effects of China's WTO accession on the Taiwanese market. We use a fishery sector equilibrium model in which 40 products and 68 fishing activities are identified. The model also includes an import–export subsector, a factor input subsector, and a supply–demand equilibrium condition to analyze the distributions of social welfare due to trade liberalization. Three simulations are conducted to investigate the impact of tariff reductions in 2004, 2 years after Taiwan has jointed the WTO. The results indicate that Taiwan's fishery sector will be adversely affected when it encounters the extremely low import prices of certain fishery products from China. The total production of the fishery sector and its value are predicted to decrease by 4.03% and 9.96%, respectively, in 2004. Aquaculture would suffer the heaviest loss with a 7.48% reduction in the production and a 19.23% reduction in its value. The demand for labor will decrease by 8.71%. The effect is most pronounced in aquaculture in which the demand for labor will go down by 11.40% and the wage rate will decline by 14.28%. To meet the challenge of globalization, the Taiwanese fishery industry will have to diversify, and improve its operational efficiency as well as production and distribution structures for a sustainable development. 相似文献
