2005年1-10月，行业商用车累计销售1466375辆．同比下降1.23％，其中货车同比增长4.14％，半挂牵引车、货车非完整车辆、客车和客车非完整车辆，同比分别下降45.55％、2.30％、5.53％和3.50％。商用车市场疲态尽显。从销售结构看．货车及货车非完整车辆占有商用车市场的份额超过80％．承载着整个商用车的期望．     

1-5月汽车市场综述

5月份汽车产销与上月相比呈一定下降，其中商用车产销降幅略高于乘用车，但与上年同期相比仍呈增长态势。5月份汽车产销71．02万辆和71．36万辆，比上月下降12．88％和11．76％，同比增长21．76％和25．29％。在汽车主要品种中，乘用车产销49.27万辆和48.85万辆，比上月下降9.54%和10.50%，同比增长18.47%和23.40%；     

1-9月汽车市场综述

9月份汽车产销较上月呈现较快增长，其中乘用车增幅明显高于商用车。9月份汽车生产75171万辆，比上月增长侣．70％，同比增长17．13％；销售77．28万辆，比上月增长1507％，同比增长21．22％。在汽车主要品种中，乘用车生产5445万辆，比上月增长21．43％，同比增长18．13％；销售56．10；5辆，比上月增长16．54％，同比增长22．42％。商用车生产21．26万辆，比上月增长12．23％，同比增长14．66％；销售21．18；5辆，比上月增长11．34％，同比增长18．15％。     

一个趋势、四个双高——上半年汽车市场形势分析

5月份汽车产销与上月相比继续呈回落态势，但同比保持较快增长。5月份汽车生产58．11万辆，比上月下降15．31%，同比增长26．69%；销售56．75万辆，比上月下降15．67%，同比增长21．03％。在汽车主要品种中，乘用车产销41．35万辆和39．36万辆，比上月下降14．40％和15．97％，同比增长35．93％和24．08％。商用车产销16．76万辆和17．39万辆，比上月下降17．48%和14．99％，同比增长8．49%和14．64%。

Formulating a strategic portfolio of profitable retail market segments for commercial banks

A profit contribution study of commercial bank retail customers reveals systematic relationships with family life cycle, social stratification, and relative income class. The analysis leads to the conclusion that a bank's continued retail growth and profitability depend in a crucial way on its ability to attain a balanced portfolio of three key high profit market segments. To attain this mix, banks must intensify product development efforts oriented to the asset management needs of upscale customers during the later stages of the family life cycle. It is interesting to note that these three market segments are expected to attain the highest population growth rates in the decades ahead as the age distribution of the population changes.

EU preferential market access conditions for the least developed countries

The EU has opened up its market to duty and quota free imports from the least developed countries. This article outlines the key elements of this initiative and the factors determining its likely effects and argues that the EU must also liberalise and reform its prefernntial rules of origin if the initiative is to be effective in achieving its objectives.     

Consolidation and market structure in emerging market banking systems

This paper examines the evolution of market structure in emerging markets banking systems during the 1990s. While a significant process of bank consolidation has been taking place in these countries, reflected in a sharp decline in the number of banks, this process has not systematically been associated with increased concentration as measured by standard indices. Moreover, econometric estimates based on the Panzar and Rosse (1987) methodology suggest that overall, markets have not become less competitive in a sample of eight European and Latin American countries. Lowering barriers to entry, such as allowing increased participation of foreign banks, appears to have prevented a decline in competitive pressures associated with consolidation.
