展望未来20年中国经济发展格局   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
全球经济陷入疲软"新常态",中国经济"风景这边独好"。即使外部环境不好,内部反周期刺激的空间很大,中国经济仍然可以维持较高的增长。扩大内需仍应以投资为主,解决消费比重过低的办法在于改善一次分配,而不能过度强调二次分配。中国将会成为全球最大的经济体和贸易体,人民币终有一天要变成国际储备货币。但目前加速人民币国际化会扰乱中国金融秩序,不利于中国经济增长。当前中国经济政策的主要目标仍然必须是创造有利环境,保持内部相对稳定,再维持20年或更长时间的快速增长。  相似文献

本文认为,历经30年改革,我国已成为工业大国,但离工业强国还有相当大的距离.文章提出,新型工业化道路至少应包括以下内容:以信息化带动工业化,以工业化促进信忠化;推动产业结构优化升级,形成以高新技术产业为先导、基础产业和制造业为支撑、服务业全面发展的产业结构;加快转变经济增长方式和经济发展方式;全面繁荣农村经济,加快城镇化进程;加强东、中、西部经济技术交流与合作,推动区域协调发展;坚持"引进来"和"走出去"相结合,全面提高对外开放水平;健全现代市场体系和现代企业制度;千方百计扩大就业,充分发挥我国人力资源优势;保障职工权利,增加职工收入,提高职工生活质量;把可持续发展放在十分突出的地位等.  相似文献

With huge debt levels, high unemployment and low growth, it appears that the European economy will continue to stagnate for the foreseeable future. China, on the other hand, has emerged as the largest trading nation in the world and become the second largest economy in the world. China’s economic rise presents a rare opportunity for Europe. Many Europeans today ask why the European Community chose the bold strategy of pursuing an Economic and Monetary Union at a time when a number of political and economic issues had not yet been resolved. Many economists like to think that the economic case for EMU was weak and that the decision was taken strictly on political grounds. As someone who had the privilege of being involved in the early preparatory efforts, I would argue that this is a misreading of history. I believe there was both a strong economic case for moving towards a single currency and a rare political opportunity for implementing it around 1990.  相似文献

中国金融发展的60年大致可分为计划经济时期和改革开放时期。60年来,中国金融发展有着8个方面的经验,即始终坚持以推进发展为第一要务、金融稳定的总方针、以我为主的发展原则、从本国实际出发、围绕推进实体经济发展而展开金融改革、适时有度地展开金融创新、防范和化解金融风险以及逐步有序地对外开放。总结60年经验的目的在于再创中国金融的新辉煌。为此,中国需要从货币政策、金融市场体系、金融机构改革和金融监管体系等方面进一步深化改革。  相似文献

The world's first anti‐dumping measure was introduced by Canada as a ‘special duty’ that could be levied administratively rather than being enacted. This paper describes the features of this first measure in light of subsequent evolution of anti‐dumping practice and sets it in its historical context – an era that was a high season of globalisation but also an era marked by an awakening of economic nationalism in newly industrialising countries, and by growing angst over the power of large corporations that were emerging to exploit the economies of scale allowed by mass production, as evidenced by the concurrent evolution of anti‐combines legislation. Anti‐dumping's early integration into economic theory as an international counterpart of domestic competition policy has received some official ratification in international treaties, and governments see it as a legitimate policy, albeit one in need of international disciplines. However, analysis of the pattern of its use reveals it to be an instrument of political economy, as a convenient alternative to the WTO safeguard option. The paper explores contextual reasons why today, in another high season of globalisation, marked by concerns over corporate globalism that evoke those of the earlier era, anti‐dumping actions are proliferating where they did not then.  相似文献

2006年12月11日,是我国加入世贸组织5周年纪念日。回望这5年,入世给我国的经济带来了深刻的影响,我国对外贸易快速增长,融入世界经济的步伐不断加快,使得我国企业参与到更加激烈的国际竞争中。本文利用最新的进出口数据,对我国工业制成品的国际竞争力在入世5周年后的现状以及与入世前相比发生了怎样的变化做了对比分析。结果表明,加入世贸组织促进了我国工业制成品国际竞争力的提升。  相似文献

Indigenous business research has largely mirrored the economic growth in China over the past 40 years, which has reached a critical juncture. It is, therefore, important to take stock of the past progress to identify critical success factors and remaining challenges, in searching for paths to the next leap forward. To this end, this commentary will first review the key milestones in indigenous business research over the past four decades. Then it will highlight two paradoxes, namely, the lack of indigenous theories despite the phenomenal growth of Chinese firms, and the growing divergence between scientific rigor and low relevance to practice, which will need to be addressed in the future. 改革开放以来,在对我国零售业取得的巨大成绩的认识中,存在着对外资作用一边倒的赞美之辞现象,对此我们应有清醒的认识,不仅要认识到外资对我国零售业发展的正面效应,更应该深刻理解外资对我国零售业发展的负面效应,取消外资在税收、市场准入、外贸经营权等方面的超国民待遇,地方政府要避免因追求政绩而导致的盲目引资,各界人士要摆脱根深蒂固的轻商情结,并且必须认识到零售业开放虽然最先影响的是零售业,但最终必然会影响到制造业的发展。"十二五"期间,应该抓住机遇构建内外贸一体化、城乡一体化、批发零售物流配送一体化的商贸物流渠道体系网点,实施国外抢滩、国内整合的"两头扩网"战略,摆脱传统的"制造业思维"模式,树立"渠道是稀缺资源"、"渠道是经济命脉"的新理念、新思维,充分发挥商贸物流业影响力,推动流程变革和业态创新,将培育、构建内外贸一体化、城乡一体化的自主品牌、自主渠道纳入国家"十二五"规划。  相似文献

More than 25 years after the German reunification, data show that products/brands from the eastern regions of Germany (“Neue Länder”) still do not have significant shares in the country's western part (“Alte Länder”). To analyze potential reasons for this phenomenon, our current study replicates a previous study that investigated selected attitudes of Alte Länder consumers toward products/brands from the Neue Länder. It is shown that factors such as consumer ethnocentrism, product judgment, willingness to buy, and economic animosity continue to influence consumer behavior and as such our study offers potential explanation for the failure of Neue Länder products/brands in the western regions of Germany.  相似文献

At the World Economic Forum meeting in year 2000 in Davos the economic challenges for the next millennium were presented and analysed. The role of the Internet and communications in the development of the global economy were the central theme of the meeting and the evident inefficiency of traditional control mechanisms was highlighted. This situation implies greater responsibility for management for two fundamental reasons: first because management are ultimately responsible for the fortunes of their organizations, and second because they have more freedom to act. I believe that the Davos manifesto (1973) of discourse is of incalculable value, but we also believe that it has a series of important weaknesses from the ethical point of view. My proposal is for a transformational review centred on the ethics of discourse and using as a starting point a conviction of the important role of the manager in the development of ethics in organizations. In this article I intend to examine the need, and the opportunity, to develop an ethical code for professional managers based on discourse ethics.  相似文献

Last year marked the 20th anniversary of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) of 1977. The FCPA is the first and only statute prohibiting bribery and other corrupt business practices by U.S. citizens and companies conducting business overseas. This paper provides an overview of the FCPA during the two decades of its existence. More specifically, the objectives of this paper are four-fold. First, the paper provides background information about the FCPA of 1977 and subsequent amendments in 1988. Second, the paper discusses the enforcement of the FCPA since its passage by examining the number of cases prosecuted under the FCPA and the respective penalties imposed. Third, the paper discusses the economic impact of the FCPA by addressing whether the FCPA places U.S. firms at a competitive disadvantage. Fourth, the paper provides public policy recommendations to expand the reach and scope of the FCPA. It covers efforts to criminalize bribery through multilateral organizations, such as the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), the World Trade Organization (WTO), and the Organization of American States (OAS). It also covers bilateral arrangements and efforts by non-governmental organizations such as Transparency International.  相似文献
