近年来,跨国公司对华研发投资发展迅速,理论界迫切需要回答一个现实问题,即海外研发投资是否促进了我国FDI的技术外溢效应?本文运用我国28个行业的面板数据,以道格拉斯生产函数为基础计量方程,通过"外资R&D介入强度"作为分组指标展开分组检验。回归结果证实海外研发投资有助于FDI技术外溢效应的产生,在此基础上,文章给出了具体的政策建议及进一步的研究展望。 相似文献

This research examines how the typeface design in a charitable appeal affects consumers' evaluations of the ad and, in turn, their willingness to engage in the advertised charitable activities. We propose that the typeface's simulation of a handwritten note creates a sense of connectedness to the information sender (e.g., organization, brand), which subsequently increases consumers' willingness to engage in the advertised charitable activities. Six experiments, including laboratory and field studies, provide support for the typeface effect and further support the underlying process by (1) directly examining connectedness, and (2) manipulating brand attachment, showing that a handwritten typeface creates a more positive effect when the viewer is not strongly connected to the brand (vs. having a strong brand attachment). Our findings provide useful guidelines for brand managers, social marketers and charity fundraisers regarding how and when to use a handwritten typeface design. 相似文献

This study aims to analyze how obstacles to industry–university relations affect the success of their cooperation models,
using a sample of collaborations coordinated by the Technological and Industrial Development Center (CDTI) in research and
development activities in service industries. The results show that for the industry partner the key considerations affecting
the dynamics of cooperation with research organizations are missed deadlines and problems associated with the appropriation
of results. The importance of these obstacles also has a negative effect on success, especially in aspects related to the

Foreign investment by transnational enterprises (TNEs) in less developed countries has been explained by the differential rates of return available to foreign capital at home and in the host country. However, an equally significant aspect of such investment is the issue of control of TNE operations in the host country. This forms the basic difference between foreign direct and foreign indirect investment. This paper addresses this issue showing that foreign direct investment is better for the host than indirect investment. We discuss how host government policy can affect the decisions of TNEs and achieve the best outcome for the host economy. 相似文献

Ethical guidelines for multinational corporations are included in several international accords adopted during the past four decades. These guidelines attempt to influence the practices of multinational enterprises in such areas as employment relations, consumer protection, environmental pollution, political participation, and basic human rights. Their moral authority rests upon the competing principles of national sovereignty, social equity, market integrity, and human rights. Both deontological principles and experience-based value systems undergird and justify the primacy of human rights as the fundamental moral authority of these transnational and transcultural compacts. Although difficulties and obstacles abound in gaining operational acceptance of such codes of conduct, it is possible to argue that their guidelines betoken the emergence of a transcultural corporate ethic.
