中国OFDI逆向技术溢出与出口技术复杂度提升

随着中国跻身世界三大对外直接投资国,对外直接投资(OFDI)能否促进中国贸易结构转型升级对于中国经济长远发展具有重要意义.本文基于2003-2010年中国OFDI与出口贸易的面板数据,构建多层面的OFDI逆向技术溢出与出口技术复杂度指标,对两者之间的关系进行了理论和实证分析.本文分析发现:无论在行业层面还是产品层面,OFDI逆向技术溢出均促进了中国出口技术复杂度的提升,验证了理论模型的基本结论,即OFDI可能成为中国贸易结构转型升级的加速器.进一步分析发现,这种促进效应在部分劳动密集型行业较为显著,但在技术密集型行业中并不显著.基于此,在当前构建更高水平开放型经济体系下,如何推动企业有重点地“走出去”,与发达国家建立深入的技术战略联盟,进而促进国内新兴产业的培育和贸易结构的优化,对于我国经济结构转型升级具有极大的现实意义.     

出口技术复杂度影响我国经济增长的实证研究——基于不同贸易方式和企业性质

技术复杂度是出口影响经济增长的一个新途径。本文采用Hausmann等(2007)的方法,从整体上、不同贸易方式、不同企业性质等方面测算了2000-2010年我国出口技术复杂度的发展变化,并构建经济增长模型分析了出口技术复杂度对我国经济增长的影响。结果显示:我国整体的出口技术复杂度相对较高,外资企业加工贸易出口在四类出口中最高;出口技术复杂度对我国经济增长具有显著的正向影响,但主要是通过一般贸易出口实现。此外,基于面板分位数回归的进一步分析还表明:出口技术复杂度与经济增长之间存在相互增强效应。这些结论为当前我国外贸结构调整以及稳定经济增长提供了一些重要参考。     

要素禀赋与出口技术复杂度——基于制度的门槛回归分析

相对于出口贸易的绝对量,出口贸易的技术结构,即技术复杂度对经济长期增长的影响作用更重要;而不同的制度质量下,要素禀赋对出口技术复杂度所发挥的优势作用可能有所不同。基于门槛回归模型,本文利用2002-2016年104个国家的出口产品数据考察不同制度环境下要素禀赋与出口技术复杂度的关系。研究结果表明:要素禀赋对出口技术复杂度的影响存在制度门槛效应。当经济自由化水平低于门槛值时,出口技术复杂度与要素禀赋没有显著关系,当经济自由化水平提高到门槛值之后,一国的出口技术复杂度能有效体现其要素禀赋特征。因此,从提升出口技术复杂度的视角看,当一国要素禀赋趋于高端化时,应采用较自由的经济政策;当一国要素禀赋处于低端状态时,单纯采用自由的经济政策有可能造成出口低端锁定,相反,适当的政府管制可能会有利于出口技术复杂度的提高。     

数字经济对出口技术复杂度的影响研究——基于城市面板数据的实证分析

利用中国地级市面板数据,考察数字经济对制造业出口技术复杂度的影响。研究发现,数字经济发展促进了出口技术复杂度的提升,且该结论经过内生性问题处理以及稳健性测试后依然成立。作用机制检验结果表明,数字经济对出口技术复杂度的促进作用主要通过提升城市创新水平、经济集聚水平、银行业竞争水平以及人力资本水平等路径实现。进一步研究显示：市场化水平越高,数字经济对出口技术复杂度的提升作用越大,而失信环境则会阻碍数字经济对出口技术复杂度的正向影响;对于大城市或东部地区城市,数字经济提升出口技术复杂度的效应更明显。研究结论为全面深入了解数字经济的作用提供了微观证据,也为推动新发展格局下对外贸易高质量转型发展提供了理论指引。     

出口市场份额、FDI流入与中国制造业出口技术复杂度

为了考察外部因素对中国制造业出口技术升级的影响,本文从双边贸易的视角构造"中国—贸易伙伴"双边出口技术复杂度指标,并将出口市场因素纳入考虑,分析中国在贸易伙伴的出口市场份额与贸易伙伴外商直接投资对中国制造业出口技术升级的作用。研究结果表明:中国与57个主要贸易伙伴的双边出口技术复杂度顺贸易伙伴出口技术复杂度梯度增长;贸易伙伴市场份额的提升和外商直接投资流入对中国制造业出口技术复杂度的总体作用为负,该结论存在出口市场与行业的异质性; OECD经济体和非OECD经济体出口市场份额的提升对劳动密集型行业出口技术复杂度提升产生了抑制作用;非OECD经济体出口市场份额的提升有利于中国资本技术密集型行业的技术升级; OECD经济体出口市场份额和外商直接投资流入对资源密集型行业出口技术复杂度提升产生了积极影响。     

垂直专业化分工与中国制成品出口复杂度——基于国内增加值的视角

本文基于国内增加值计算2000～2013年中国制成品出口复杂度,并对融入全球价值链程度是否提升制造业出口技术水平进行实证检验。结果表明:融入全球价值链是影响出口技术水平提升最重要的因素,中国制成品出口技术结构得到一定优化,但总体呈倒"U"型增长,存在价值链低端"锁定"的固化效应。     

如何跨越贸易壁垒——基于出口技术复杂度视角的研究

本文研究贸易壁垒对不同技术复杂度的中国产品形成的差异化的出口抑制作用。理论及作用机制分析从进口国的消费者需求层面考察,考虑到高技术复杂度产品对消费者效用的额外提升作用;实证分析则主要构建交互项模型。理论和实证分析均发现贸易壁垒对技术复杂度越高的中国产品造成的出口抑制作用越弱,这表明提升中国出口产品的技术复杂度是帮助中国出口跨越贸易壁垒的有效手段。本文通过进一步实证研究还发现,中国向经济发展水平越低的国家出口,通过提高出口产品的技术复杂度来弱化贸易壁垒的出口抑制作用的效果越好。本文的研究将为中国出口跨越贸易壁垒并进一步促进中国出口提供有益的启示。     

集聚类型与中国出口产品演化——基于产品技术复杂度的研究

提高出口产品技术含量是现阶段增加国家出口产品竞争力和增长动力的重要课题.本文利用2000—2011年HS4分位数中国海关进出口统计数据,通过构建不同类型的集聚经济与产品技术复杂度指标,从技术复杂度出发,研究不同类型集聚经济影响中国出口产品演化的微观机制与作用途径.本文研究发现,不同类型的集聚经济所带来的外部性改善了城市出口产品结构,显著提高了高技术复杂度产品进入的概率,降低了高技术复杂度产品退出的风险,促进了中国出口产品结构的升级.具体来说,多样化不仅有利于提高高技术复杂度产品进入的概率,同时也显著降低了高技术复杂度产品退出的风险,而专业化增加了高技术复杂度产品退出的风险.进一步地,不同类型集聚经济的影响也存在显著的区域差异.本文的研究表明,在出口转型的关键时期,通过提升城市产业集聚水平,尤其是多样化集聚水平来助推我国出口升级,对于我国经济结构转型升级具有极大的现实意义.     

全球价值链视角下的出口经济复杂度与经济增长——基于贸易增加值前向分解法的分析

目前,制造企业产业链正逐渐从以制造为中心向以服务为中心转变。本文使用贸易增加值前向分解法,将出口品中的外国要素剔除后测算各国各产业的真实出口规模,并以此为基础构建糅合制造和服务产业的出口经济复杂度指数,利用跨国面板数据实证检验出口经济复杂度对经济增长值的影响。结果表明出口经济复杂度水平越高对经济增长的促进作用越明显,在加入其他控制变量的条件下该结论依然稳健。中国服务贸易发展相对滞后、对外贸易方式亟待升级,对外贸易模式应逐渐从过分追求贸易的"量"向"质"转变,提高服务贸易开放程度,增强服务出口能力,扩大服务贸易规模,优化服务贸易出口结构,促进服务贸易与货物贸易联动协调发展,提升本国出口产品的整体质量水平。     

数字经济对中国出口技术复杂度的影响研究——基于中介效应和空间杜宾的检验

数字经济是推进贸易强国建设的重要引擎。基于2011-2020年30个省市地区的面板数据,实证研究数字经济对我国出口技术复杂度的影响,研究结果表明：数字经济发展对中国出口技术复杂度提高的影响显著为正,该结论经过一系列稳健性检验后仍显著成立;通过异质性检验发现：数字经济发展对中部地区出口技术复杂度提升效果最明显;机制分析表明：数字经济发展可以通过提升人力资本水平和区域创新水平两条路径提升出口技术复杂度;通过空间杜宾模型发现：数字经济发展对相邻地区的出口技术复杂度提升存在显著空间溢出效应。基于此,应积极推进数字基础设施建设,加快科创平台建设和人才培养,加强区域资源共享推进区域协调发展。
