法国将建第三代同步加速器太阳号

第三代移动通信标准方案的比较与分析

全称为Wide band CDMA，意为宽频分码多重存取，这是基于GSM网发展出来的3G技术规范，其支持者主要是以GSM系统为主的欧洲厂商，日本公司也或多或少参与其中，包括欧美的爱立信、阿尔卡特、诺基亚、朗讯、北电，以及日本的NTT、富士通、夏普等厂商。该标准提出了GSM（2G）——GPRS—EDGE—W—CDMA（3G）的演进策略。这套系统能够架设在现有的GSM网络上，对于系统提供商而言可以较轻易地过渡，而GSM系统相当普及的亚洲对这套新技术的接受度预料会相当高。     

第三代头孢菌素类药物不良反应发生特点分析

目的探讨第三代头孢菌素类药物导致的不良反应发生的临床特点。方法总结2011年1月～2013年8月我院收治的144例第三代头孢菌素类药物出现不良反应患者的临床资料,并将数据进行统计学分析。结果第三代头孢菌素类药品发生不良反应的主要年龄段在39～58岁,明显高于其它年龄段(P<0.05);临床表现主要以损害神经系统为主,男性发生率明显高于女性的发生率(P<0.05)。结论应用第三代头孢菌素类药物时要充分对症治疗,以降低不良反应的发生率,同时今后应重视总结新一代头孢菌素药物的不良反应发生规律。

Assessing sustainability, a comprehensive wealth accounting prospect: An application to Mozambique

We estimate the wealth of Mozambique in 2000 and 2005 in order to assess the sustainability of its development path. Our methodology builds on Arrow et al. (2010). We show that Mozambican wealth increases through human and physical capital accumulation, while the pressure on natural capital remains low. The growth of total factor productivity enhances the outcome of the different capital assets, but population growth has a strong downward effect on wealth per capita. Results suggest that Mozambican development was sustainable between 2000 and 2005, but these remain ambiguous and are highly sensitive to data and assumptions used.

Study on the ecotourism model of the ethnic region in western Sichuan Province under the comprehensive tourism strategy: a case of Zoige County

The ethnic areas of western Sichuan Province are characterized by complicated topography, seismic active zone, serious soil erosion, fragile eco-environment, low level of economy, and so on. Periphery regions and central regions appear in western Sichuan Province. The socioconomic development in the central regions is at high level, whereas the ethnic areas are generally at lower level. Moreover. the deterioration of the eco-environment has seriously restricted the development of traditional industries in the ethnic areas, and it is necessary to develop environment-friendly and resource-saving industries. The ethnic areas of western Sichuan Province are rich in tourism resources, and have the potentiality of developing ecotourism. Advantages＇ of tourism resources in the ethnic areas should be made full use of and ＂comprehensive tourism ＂ is the requirement of the characteristics and the status quo of the ethnic areas. The ＂comprehensive tourism development model ＂ has the functions of ecotourism on the key industry. Based on the demands and the interaction among different industries, the model cart accelerate the development of related-industries, such as eco-agrieulture, eco-industry, eco-tertiary industry, and so on. Through implementing the comprehensive tourism model, we can fully utilize the advantages of ethnic areas, and promote the rapid and sustainable growth of regional economy, and also the harmonious development of economy, environment and society.     

建设工程招标的最低价中标法及其保证措施的理论研究

最低价中标法是国际通行的建设工程招标方法，过去我国政府一直限制这种方法的使用，2000年1月1日我国政府颁布并开始实施的《中华人民共和国招标投标法》首次允许招标人可以选择最低报价者，中标，从而为该方法在我国的应用提供了法律制度保障，本文从业主与承包商之间的委托代理关系视角，在理论上剖析了建设工程招投标中最低价中标法的本质与功能；并通过对中外工程建设行业管理状况的的比较研究，提出了最低价中标法在我国未来工程建设行业中应用的客观必然性及其相匹配的政策与措施建议等。     

Identification of strategies to improve goat marketing in the lowlands of Ethiopia: a hedonic price analysis

This article aims at identifying factors that determine market prices of goats and analyse potential mechanisms by which smallholder goat producers could maximize their benefits. Data on 357 farm households and 2103 goat transactions were collected in three major goat markets in the lowlands of Ethiopia. Hedonic price models adjusted for heteroscedasticity were employed to analyse the observed price data. Model results showed the relative importance of different factors in determining goat prices. Animal attributes including age, sex, live weight, body condition and presence of horn as well as types of buyer and market outlet targeted and time of selling were found to be important. Particularly, goats marketed during festive periods where demand for meat increases (e.g. Ethiopian New Year) command higher prices. These results imply that interventions such as systematic selection schemes targeting traits demanded by the market, improved linkages to markets, easy access to market information systems and creating conducive environment including incentive mechanisms can enhance smallholder farmers’ and pastoralists’ ability to take advantage of seasonal and spatial price changes and become market responsive with effective marketing strategies. Such changes can be potent in improving the livelihoods of smallholder farmers and pastoralists.

Building a Centre of Capital Accumulation: A Study of the Institutional Emergence of the French Private Equity Sector (from the Early 1980s to 2017)

ABSTRACT

This article describes a major shift in French capitalism: the emergence and development of the new private equity sector. It discusses the particularities involved in the construction of this capital accumulation centre in France, studying how an advantageous institutional arrangement was coproduced by fund managers, government and traditional industrial managers. As such, it takes an institutional approach focusing on the history of the rules that enable financial activities. This article’s empirical material takes the form of (hitherto untapped) archives from the professional association of French private equity funds covering the period from 1984 to 2017, 12 interviews with former presidents of the association and ten interviews with partners of large French private equity funds.
