分析了对隐蔽扫描雷达角跟踪系统实施匀速扫频式干扰的缺点。提出了一种实现快速一慢速扫频的方法,即先快速扫描以捕捉雷达角扫描频率范围,再在此小范围内进行慢扫。以确定敌方雷达的角扫描频率。文中还给出了改进的系统结构和主要电路框图,并结合该系统的改进内容针对研究中的主要技术难点作了详细的分析。  相似文献

针对视频压缩码流对信道差错异常敏感的问题,提出了一种基于感兴趣区域的自适应帧内更新编码算法。该算法利用人眼的视觉感知特性设计感兴趣区域提取模型,根据信道差错累积情况自适应调整帧内更新编码策略,将更少的失真分配给人眼感兴趣区域,提高差错信道下传输视频图像的主客观质量。实验结果表明,与基于端到端失真的帧内更新算法相比,在不同的信道丢包条件下,所提算法可以获得更好的主客观质量,感兴趣区域的峰值信噪比(PSNR)平均提高0.87 dB左右,提高了差错信道下视频通信的鲁棒性。  相似文献

为实现对视频运动目标落点的准确定位与参数分析,并满足其实时性要求,研发了基于多路视频图像的运动目标智能分析系统。该系统综合利用图像预处理和判读技术,在改进ViBe和Mean-Shift等相关算法的基础上,对视频图像进行连续的实时滤波、目标检测和定位以实现对目标参数的智能分析。同时,提出了基于多路视频信息定位目标落点算法和多摄像机协同调度技术。实验结果表明,该系统具有精度高、实时性强等特点,具有较高的实用价值。  相似文献

为促进无线视频监控领域新技术的开发和应用,立足解决工程实际问题,提出了一种利用简 单可靠用户数据报协议(SRUDP)的3G无线网络视频监控系统的新型设计方案。系统可以对H 264视频流进行分层 模式的高效编码、压缩纠错和实时传输控制,并重新封装用户数据报协议(UDP)、SRUDP和IP 报头。系统采用滑 动窗口机制和重传机制来进行消息的收发同步和流量控制,可以实现任意用户终端对任意监 控点的有效监控。系统视频QoS的控制方式运用迭代算法,发送端可以根据反馈信息通过编 码器进行自适应调整速率,并参考SRUDP缓存进行参数修改,实现鲁棒控制。仿真实验表明 ,在3G网络环境下,基于SRUDP的视频应用在降低视频时延和包丢失率、减少网络拥塞、提 高传输速率和改善视频质量等方面具有明显的优越性。  相似文献

This paper examines the moral arguments for and against employees' blowing the whistle on illegal or immoral actions of their employers. It asks whether such professional dissidents are justified in disclosing wrongdoing by others while concealing their own identity. Part I examines the concept of anonymity, distinguishing it from two similar concepts — secrecy and privacy. Part II analyzes the concept of whistleblowing using recent definitions by Bok, Bowie and De George. Various arguments against anonymous whistleblowing are identified and evaluated. Consumers often share product-related content (e.g., advertising), and highly shared advertising has a huge impact on consumer behavior. Despite its apparent effectiveness, prediction of whether such advertising will be highly shared is a poorly understood area of marketing. Advances in brain imaging techniques may allow researchers to forecast aggregate consumer behavior beyond subjective reports. Using neuroimaging techniques, previous research has established models showing that expectations of self-related outcomes (potential for self-enhancement) and the social impact of sharing (potential for social approval) contribute to the likelihood of users sharing non-commercial static content (i.e., text-based health news). However, whether this finding can be applied to forecasting the virality of dynamic commercial stimuli, which is more relevant to interactive marketing (i.e., video ads), remains unknown. Combining brain imaging techniques, cross-validation methods, and real-world data regarding sharing on social media, the present study investigated whether brain data can be used to forecast the viral marketing success of video ads. We used neuroimaging (functional magnetic resonance imaging: fMRI) to measure neural activity during three sets of theory-driven neural measures implicated in value, self, and social (mentalizing) processes while 40 participants viewed video ads that brands had posted on Facebook. Contrary to previous findings regarding value-related virality in non-commercial static content, our results indicate that social-related neural activity contributes significantly to forecasting the virality of dynamic marketing-related content. The model that included both social-related neural measures and subjective intentions to share forecasted viral marketing success better than the model that included only social-related neural measures. The model that included only subjective intention to share did not forecast viral marketing success. Overall, these findings provide a novel connection between neurophysiological measures and real-world dynamic commercial content. Contrary to previous neuroforecasting findings, social-related but not value-related neural measures can significantly improve our ability to predict market-level sharing of video ads.  相似文献

Product placement in sport video games is an emerging area of marketing and advertising communication, but it also raises controversial ethical issues. In order to investigate these issues from a consumer perspective, this study examines the perceptions of the acceptability of product placement in sport video games (SVGs). Data were gathered from 253 sport video gamers using an online survey. The results indicate that while sport video gamers generally have favorable attitudes toward product placement in sport video games, ethically-charged products such as alcohol, cigarettes, and guns are perceived as less acceptable than other products. Individual differences among sport video gamers are found based on their related attitudes, hours of playing sport video games, and gender. Also, sport video gamers who have favorable attitudes toward product placement, in general, are more likely to intend to purchase a product or brand which may be placed in sport video games.  相似文献

随着多媒体技术的不断发展,视频信息安全愈发受到人们的关注。为解决视频信息的安全问题,提出了一种基于现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)技术的超混沌视频加密方法。在加密过程中,一方面FPGA控制数字摄像头实现实时彩色视频信息的采集;另一方面,在计算机密钥指令下,利用FPGA使超混沌系统产生有效的伪随机序列,实现对所采集视频信息的数据和地址的双重超混沌加密。给出了具体的超混沌视频加密算法和设计流程以及FPGA实现结果。安全性分析表明,明密文主观视觉对比显著不同,密钥空间大,视频图像统计特性的相关性弱,说明基于FPGA的超混沌视频加密系统加密效果良好可靠。  相似文献

A simple graphical model for correlated defaults is proposed, with explicit formulas for the loss distribution. Algebraic geometry techniques are employed to show that this model is well posed for default dependence: it represents any given marginal distribution for single firms and pairwise correlation matrix. These techniques also provide a calibration algorithm based on maximum likelihood estimation. Finally, the model is compared with standard normal copula model in terms of tails of the loss distribution and implied correlation smile.  相似文献
