以甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC)和丙烯酰胺(AM)为原料,通过反相乳液聚合技术,合成阳离子高分子聚合物.讨论了引发剂种类、乳化剂种类、单体浓度及配比、油水体积比等因素对共聚产物的特性黏度和体系稳定性能的影响,确定了最佳反应条件.在单体物质的量比为6∶3,油水体积比为1.3∶1,引发剂为氧化-还原引发剂或高效水溶性引发剂的条件下,得到产品.并对产物进行了絮凝实验以及红外光谱分析.

抗高温水包柴油乳化钻井液室内实验研究

本文参考近年来国内外学者的研究成果,使用非离子及阴离子表面活性剂,采用HLB值法筛选和复配方法得到稳定性良好的乳化剂,配制出了油水比为6:4的低密度水包油乳化钻井液.结果表明,该钻井液具有密度低、密度易调整、抗高温达180℃等特性.     

汽车工业滤纸浸渍乳液的研制

作者介绍了一种汽车工业滤纸浸渍乳液的制备方法.以丙烯酸丁酯、苯乙烯、甲基丙烯酸、硅烷偶联剂和交联型功能单体为主要原料,采用单体预乳化乳液聚合工艺,合成了滤纸浸渍乳液.讨论了单体的选择及配比、硅烷偶联剂、乳化剂对乳液性能的影响.结果表明:软硬单体丙烯酸丁酯与苯乙烯的最佳配比为(0.35～0.47):1;硅烷偶联剂和乳化剂的最佳用量分别为总单体量的0.68%～0.93%、0.45%.制得的乳液粒径细腻、固含量高、黏度适中、稳定性好、综合性能优异.     

椰子油植脂末制备技术研究

以精炼椰子油为芯材,麦芽糊精和酪蛋白酸钠为复合壁材,单硬脂酸甘油酯和蔗糖酯为复合乳化剂,采用喷雾干燥法制备椰子油植脂末,并通过单因素试验和正交试验确定了最佳的制备工艺条件。在复合乳化剂添加量为1.5%(单甘脂∶蔗糖酯=1∶4)、壁材∶芯材=1.5∶1、乳化温度为70℃、均质压力30 MPa、喷雾干燥进风温度为190℃的条件下,可制得产品含油率为33.6%、表面含油率为1.85%、包埋率为98.3%的植脂末。     

SBS/CPE共混体系研究

氯化聚乙烯橡胶(CM或CPE)和苯乙烯-丁二烯-笨乙烯嵌段聚合物(SBS)共混体系为部分相容体系.本实验通过溶液法制备SBS-g-MAH接枝共聚物,用酸碱滴定法测定接枝率;同时用红外光谱对接枝产物进行了表征;再利用TG分析了接枝产物SBS-g-MAH的热稳定性;并对不同配比的CPE/SBS-g-MAH/SBS共混体系的物理力学性能进行测试.结果表明:接枝后SBS的热稳定性得到了提高,而且CPE/SBS-g-MAH/SBS三元共混体系的相容性明显强于CPE/SBS二元共混体系,说明SBS-g-MAH对SBS/CPE共混体系起到了一定的增容作用.
