智能视频分析技术在监狱监管工作中的应用

本文主要分析了智能视颇分析技术.研究了视频监视系统中的运动目标检测与跟踪方法,提出了基于背景统计模型估计的方法在基于运动目标检测与跟踪算法的智能视频监控系统中的实际应用方案,并设计了基于智能视频分析技术的数字化监狱网络监管系统的实现方案,包括基于dsp处理和单片机控制的运动目标检测与跟踪系统的硬件组成方案,和基于运动目标检测与跟踪算法的智能视频监控系统控制图像处理电路以及算法流程.

超级人脸追踪技术 中星微Vimicro 301 Neptune超级人脸追踪技术基于先进的算法来实时检测摄像头预览画面中存在的人脸．采用快速人脸跟踪算法，持续跟踪检测到的人脸。利用人脸图像的几何矫正等处理来抽取人脸区域的多种特征．不断地验证人脸区域的准确性：在确保跟踪准确性的同时，运用独创的算法对脸部器官进行精确锁定，从而对人脸实玩无极定位．并在整个摄像头预监图像中输进最佳、最大的人脸图象．最后利用画中画的技术在整个图象的某个区域显示摄像头的实际捕捉画面，方便用户观察实际景象。     

基于视频的人手运动跟踪系统

文章介绍了一个可以实时捕捉人手运动的跟踪系统,重点介绍了该系统的硬件结构和软件实现.该系统通过结合使用人手检测、肤色捡剐等技术.利用单个普通摄像头在-般的室内环境下跟踪人手的位置.作为一个实时跟踪系统,该系统实现了人手的准确跟踪.     

地面多目标跟踪滤波技术

介绍了地面运动目标的跟踪滤波算法。计算机仿真及真实雷达环境的多目标跟踪表明，采用本文提出的多目标跟踪处理算法进行地面目标的跟踪，跟踪精度和实时性都能满足要求，该方法是有效和可行的。     

一种可行的高超声速飞行器跟踪算法

通过分析临近空间高超声速飞行器的运动特性, 建立了高超声速飞行器运动模型, 并运用交互式多模型（IMM）算法对其进行跟踪,通过100次蒙特卡罗实验,获得了误差较小 的理想跟踪效果,说明了IMM算法用于高超声速目标跟踪中的可行性。     

基于卡尔曼滤波的三星时差运动目标定位技术

针对三星时差无源定位体制的特点,研究空中运动目标辐射源定位技术。在匀 速直线运动目标模型下,通过改变地球方程参数,利用牛顿迭代算法给出目标的瞬时初始定 位点,并在此基础上利用不敏卡尔曼滤波对运动目标进行跟踪定位。仿真验证表明 ,利用三星时差测量体制和相关滤波算法,可以有效实现空中运动目标的跟踪定位,精度优 于5 km;同时在精确初始值的引导下,滤波算法收敛速度更快,定位精度更高,航迹更 为连续。     

初探体操运动员运动性疲劳恢复手段

体操运动员在日常的训练和比赛中容易出现疲劳性损伤，这种损伤给运动员的身体带来一定伤害的同时，也会影响其运动生涯，本文试图运用科学分析法从体操运动的技术特点和竞赛方式找出产生运动性疲劳的原因及发生机制，并针对于此，提出消除运动性疲劳的恢复手段，主要涵盖了生理和·姑理两方面恢复手段，其目的是保护好运动员的身心健康，进而提高运动员的竞技能力和水平。     

基于地理信息的地面运动目标跟踪方法

为了提高地面运动目标跟踪精度,提出了基于地理信息约束的变结构交互多模(VS-I MM)的目标跟踪算法。通过建立地理信息系统约束地面目标运动状态,并利用目标转弯曲线 模型确定滤波器中机动目标的时变运动模型集,采用地理信息约束的变结构交互多模算法可 更符合实际进行地面目标机动跟踪。针对机场地面机动目标的仿真结果表明,给出的地理条 件约束的目标跟踪算法比现有交互多模算法具有更好的性能。     

一种利用运动补偿的改进JPDA-UKF算法

在恒虚警条件下,针对传统的航海雷达模拟器目标跟踪采用的基于不敏卡尔曼滤波的联合概率数据互联算法(JPDA-UKF)发散、复杂度高和实时性差的问题,提出了一种利用运动补偿的笛卡尔坐标下改进的JPDA-UKF滤波方法。该算法引入相邻周期回波间运动补偿提取的目标量测可信度矩阵,限制进入跟踪门相交区域中的虚假量测数量,并将软跟踪门技术应用于滑窗逻辑法实现航迹管理。仿真结果表明,所提方法径向速度误差比传统的JPDA-UKF算法与自适应的α-β滤波算法分别降低10%和20%,目标获得稳定航迹后径向速度归一化均方根误差(RMSE)比上述两种方法分别具有约10 dB和15 dB的性能优势,算法的复杂度符合真实雷达的边扫描边跟踪的实时处理。
