一、企业高层团队和谐整合的概念。企业高层团队和谐整合的概念界定立足于协同论“整体性悖论”基础之上。“整体性悖论”即“非加和性”是指,世界上的事物都是以系统方式存在的,系统又都是由若干相互联系的部分所组成的具有特定功能的整体。构成系统整体的各部分相互联系和相互作用,必然产生某种系统效应,表现为系统的整体功能不等于部分功能的直接加和。这种非加和性有两种可能:一是整体大于部分之和:二是整体小于部分之和。  相似文献

The study explores the factors contributing to an integration project concerning global supply management. Four factors based on the literature are defined and hypotheses established accordingly. The relationships between the defined factors and supply management integration are analysed by means of linear regression analysis using data from 100 Finnish firms. The results of the analysis are discussed in the light of a case study from the forest industry. Thus, both methodological and data triangulation are applied. Skilful internal cooperation is found to be the main positively influencing factor. According to the results of linear regression analysis, internationality, strategic status and financial value of supply management have no significant influence on integration. However, the findings from the case study do suggest that a readiness for change among supply management staff and environmental forces plays a considerable role in global supply management integration.  相似文献

The thesis of this article is that new product manufacturability (NPM) is influenced by certain challenges inherent in new product development (NPD), and by efforts to integrate manufacturing and other functional concerns into the product design process. This research tests the direct and interacting effects of these influences via a survey of 91 completed NPD projects representing a variety of manufacturing industries. While most hypotheses were supported, the analysis also provides some surprising findings. Project complexity and increased levels of design outsourcing are associated with poorer NPM. Product newness and project acceleration are associated with better NPM. All the measured aspects of development team integration are associated with better NPM, including intense manufacturing involvement, a collaborative work environment, supplier influence on the product design, and strong management support in the project. Furthermore, certain integration variables exert moderating effects on relationships between technological uncertainty, product newness, design outsourcing, project acceleration and NPM. By exposing these relationships this research extends the theory of product development influences on manufacturability beyond a focus on engineering-oriented approaches (e.g., design-for-manufacture). The results suggest that larger managerial issues must be addressed and that more contingency-oriented research is needed to explore the benefits and limitations of development team integration processes.  相似文献

We examine the key compensation issues pertaining to the top management team that occur during the early stages of growth in new ventures, specifically those anticipating rapid growth such as in technology-intensive markets. Similar to other new ventures, high-growth technology ventures are small in size but they have a goal of rapid growth giving rise to a need for resources and managerial talent to sustain the growth. New ventures are likely to compete in the market with larger organizations for top management team members. As a result, new ventures in rapid growth technology markets experience some unique compensation challenges. Critical for these firms is the issue of distributing equity among members of the founding team and structuring compensation to attract and retain non-founder executives. Drawing from the human resource management and entrepreneurship literatures, this paper develops a set of propositions predicting top management team compensation strategies for rapidly growing new ventures. The paper presents the theoretical problem of Kmenta's approximation to CES production function and studies it from the point of view of numerical analysis. Intervals of overestimation, of underestimation and limitations for the approximation error are obtained.
