中国今年的大学应届毕业生遭遇了史上最难就业季,这已成为广为人知的事实。在全球经济不景气、多国就业率都下降的情况下,此等境遇也并非难以接受。按理说,在独生子女政策及最近经济复苏的影响下,中国的就业岗位应该供不应求才对,然而事实上,中国正面临着企业招不到合适员工、毕业生找不到工作的尴尬。

Index Number Theory Using Differences Rather Than Ratios

A bstract    Traditional index number theory decomposes a value ratio into the product of a price index times a quantity index. The price (quantity) index is interpreted as an aggregate price (quantity) ratio. The present paper takes an alternative approach to index number theory, started by Bennet and Montgomery in the 1920s, which decomposes a value difference into the sum of a price difference plus a quantity difference. Axiomatic and economic approaches to this alternative branch of index theory are considered in the present paper. The analysis presented has some relevance to accounting theory in which revenue, cost, or profit changes need to be decomposed into price quantity components or where standard or budgeted performance is compared with actual performance (variance analysis). The methodology presented in the paper is also relevant for consumer surplus analysis.     

为什么大股东选择侵占而不是保护中小股东的权益

本文针对我国大股东侵占中小股东权益的普遍现象,通过建立一个理论框架,对大股东与经理合谋共同侵占少数股东权益的机制进行了具体的分析,并结合中国的实际情况,对大股东的选择机制进行了计量检验。实证结果显示,大股东确实通过牟取控制权收益而侵害了少数股东的权益,对经理的监督和激励存在非对称性;公司内部治理状况、监督程度和信息披露水平对大股东和经理的行为模式有非常显著的影响。     

加强和改进我国保险监管

近年来，党中央、国务院非常重视保险监管工作。1998年11月18日专门成立了中国保险监督管理委员会（简称保监会）。2002年10月28日，九届全国人大常委会第30次会议通过了关于修改《保险法》的决定，就进一步加强保险监管提供法律支持。至此，我国保险监管开始走上正轨。然而，如何借鉴和吸收国外保险监管的经验，切实保护广大被保险人的利益，促进保险业快速、健康发展，仍是摆在监管部门亟待解决的重要问题。一、当前我国保险监管存在的问题保监会成立以来，我国保险监管工作取得了较大的成绩，圆满地完成了党中央、国务院交给的各项任务。…

近年来,黄冈职业技术学院机械设备维护维修技术产学研合作创新团队,通过与马勒三环气门驱动(湖北)有限公司等合作,利用学校人才技术优势,进行技术服务,服务区域支柱企业及经济的发展,并取得良好的效果。本文从合作企业、合作基础、M8060锥面磨床数控化改造三个方面来讲述技术服务的开展情况。     

Too Busy To Serve? An Examination of the Influence of Overboarded Directors

ABSTRACT Overboarded directors (i.e., those serving on too many boards) have come under recent attack. The accusation is that such directors are ‘stretched’ by several directorships and therefore cannot fulfil their governance responsibility. This study investigates the impact of overboarded directors upon key strategic decisions such as corporate acquisitions. Based on our examination of acquisition outcomes, we found that such directors are important sources of knowledge and enhance acquisition performance. Moreover, they represent an important complement to inside and non‐overboarded outside directors.     

The Role of Dialectical Interrogation in Review Studies: Theorizing from What We See Rather Than What We Have Already Seen

Review-centric works receive increasing attention for generating insightful contributions to management and organization studies. Despite this, the literature on theory building has taken little note of their place in the theorizing process. This deserves attention, however, given the challenges reviews face in theorizing in the absence of new empirical observations. Accordingly, these works run the risk of merely summarizing ‘what we have already seen’, instead of ‘maximizing what we see’. Drawing on the strategies of theorizing from similarities and theorizing from anomalies, we propose dialectical interrogation as a critical step in theorizing through which review scholars imaginatively engage in a back and forth inquiry between the phenomenal world of a given field and existing theory. By analysing selected review studies from top management journals, we reveal that theorizing outcomes occur through two ways of dialectical interrogation (consolidative and disruptive). We contribute by demonstrating that review scholars can enter into powerful theorizing through the consolidative or disruptive interrogation of the review data with extant theory to detect emergence and novelty alongside puzzles, conflicts and paradoxes. Dialectical interrogation can address the shortcomings of current theorizing in review-centric works and bears potential for advancing theories of management and organization studies.
