审美与学校道德教育：关系、作用及达成路径

审美活动是一种重要的道德教育资源,二者具有天然的本源联系。对学校道德教育而言,审美活动具有如下作用：增强个体道德直觉能力;催生个体道德需要;培养个体道德情感;利用审美活动进行道德教育的路径有三种：自然审美,生活审美,艺术审美。     

个体效用及组织利润与领导授权的关系

本文基于组织管理授权效应研究现状,构建个体层面及组织层面的领导授权多元模型,得出不同层面最优授权水平并分析最优结果的相互关系,比较不同层面的授权水平差异并给出个体效用及组织利润均最大化的条件。结果表明：个体工作量适中且个体学习能力较强时,个体最优总效用同初始能力负相关;个体工作量饱和且满足临界条件,个体最优总效用同个体分配工作量及初始能力负相关,组织利润同分配工作量负相关;在一定条件下,个体效用同组织利润均可实现最大化。     

增值评价视域下大学生就业综合能力评价满意度研究

增值评价视域下大学生就业综合能力评价要坚持以学生为中心,突出学生个体满意度导向。大学生就业综合能力是一个动态发展过程,强调的是能力的逐级发展和递阶增长。通过深入5所不同类型高校调研,获取第一手调查数据,构建基于大学生就业综合能力评价满意度的多元Logistic模型,实证检验大学生就业综合能力评价满意度、影响因素、影响机制及程度。实证结果显示,大学生个体健康状况、双一流建设高校、开展大学生就业帮扶、所学专业就业前景、学生干部或实习实训经历等显著影响就业综合能力评价满意度。     

齐头并进：悖论式领导对员工创新行为的影响

基于悖论理论和社会学习理论,探讨了悖论式领导如何影响员工创新行为。通过对279份领导—员工配对数据进行分析发现：悖论式领导对员工创新行为有显著的积极影响;个体双元性在悖论式领导与员工创新行为之间起中介作用;员工悖论思维不仅调节了悖论式领导与个体双元性之间的关系,还进一步调节了悖论式领导通过个体双元性影响其创新行为的间接效应,即相对于悖论思维低的员工,悖论思维高的员工更有可能从悖论式领导行为获得有益影响,同时表现出高水平的探索活动和利用活动,进而创新行为也有所提升。结论丰富了有关悖论式领导的实证研究,同时,为将悖论理论引入组织实践奠定理论基础。     

效用及消费者行为理论的再认识

对效用的不科学认识是制约经济学发展的最主要原因。效用是表现于个人主观评价系统的欲或不欲的强烈程度。效用可以用基数数值计量,但不具有加总性。效用的不可加性决定了边际效用分析法和无差异分析法都无法正确解释消费者行为。效用具有主观性,受人们的价值观、信仰以及个人性格等的影响。在有能力满足欲望的条件下,满足极大化的条件是:所有商品和劳务的最后效用程度都相等、且等于财富或货币积累的最后效用程度。     

任务紧迫时个体情感网络嵌入与团队情绪能力的关联机制研究——基于家长式领导的调节作用

本研究从家长式领导行为切入,对情感网络中个体情绪资源整合为团队情绪管理能力的路径及策略进行探讨.借助情景实验,得到如下结论:情感网络中心性高的个体更能够推动团队情绪能力的提升,人情关系建立也能够对团队情绪能力的提升提供心理资本的支持,建立合作默契;仁慈领导在情感网络结构嵌入、关系嵌入与团队情绪能力的转化过程中起到了积极的推动作用,威权领导所起到的作用恰好相反.团队管理者既需要关注非正式情感网络中个体的角色定位,充分发挥核心成员的情感感召作用,也应该在管理实践中设计和谐、宽容的领导行为模式,提升团队情绪能力.     

投资者视角下的会计信息效用分析

会计信息效用是衡量信息价值的有效尺度,对于投资者而言,分为过程效用和目标效用。本文分析投资者会计信息效用的实现过程,从投资者个体因素和相关环境因素出发,运用认知心理学、系统论以及行为金融学理论分析会计信息效用影响因素。最后将定量分析和定性分析相结合,分析投资者会计信息效用最大化的可行性和意义。     

开放经济条件下中国市场中型车定价模式的实证研究

本文研究表明,中国市场中型车价格是消费者效用和品牌国别共同作用的结果。消费者效用,根据汽车性能,分为动力性、安全性、舒适性、操控性、经济性等五种基本效用,对中型车价格产生不同程度的影响;同时,品牌国别也是影响中型车价格的另一重要因素,有正向影响,也有反向影响。     

消费物价上涨背景下的低收入者财政补贴研究——基于2007与2006的比较分析

本文在模拟低收入者效用函数的基础上,运用补偿性变化、等价性变化和消费者剩余变化,衡量了消费物价上涨对低收入者的影响。实证显示:低收入者2007年的效用等价于在2006年的物价水平下减少可支配收入125.2887元。如果财政补贴的目标是让低收入者的效用回到消费物价上涨前的水平,则需对低收入者补贴130.7842元;如果财政补贴的目标是弥补低收入者因消费物价上涨而减少的消费者剩余,则应对低收入者补贴128.3211元。
