中国的外商直接投资与资本外逃

对资本外逃与直接投资二者关系的研究具有重要的理论与政策指导价值。本文针对中国的这一问题进行了理论与实证的研究,得出中国直接投资净流入和其资本外逃正相关的结论。这和Chander Kant针对1974年～1992年的东亚等地区(其中不包括中国)就相同问题所作实证研究的结果不一致。本文分析了Chander Kant的结论和本文结论不同的原因。最后根据本文的结论就中国在资本账户管理、利用外资以及防范资本外逃方面提出了几点政策建议。     

外资风险投资在中国内地投资影响因素研究

借用国际生产折衷理论,并结合不确定性理论研究影响外资风险投资决策的因素,结果发现:当中国内地与投资国(地区)的创业水平越高、文化差异越小时,外资风险投资的投资可能性越高;创业水平越高,投资规模和数量越大;文化差异越大,外资风险投资的数量越多.本文建议进一步改善中国内地创业环境,以更多地吸引外资风险投资,提高企业创新动力,推进优质企业国际化.     

寻找资本红利背后的责任动力

上海市商务委主任尚玉英8月12日表示,53家外商投资企业集中发布社会责任报告,目的就是要树立典型,发挥这些先进外商投资企业的示范引领作用,推动更多的外商投资企业参与到履行社会责任中来,实现企业发展“取之社会、回馈社会”的目标.     

Venture Capital Investment Duration

This paper examines cross‐country evidence on the duration of venture capital (VC) investment. We formulate a theory of VC investment duration based on the idea that venture capitalists exit when the expected marginal cost of maintaining the investment is greater than the expected marginal benefit, and thereby relate VC investment duration to entrepreneurial firm characteristics, investor characteristics, deal characteristics, and institutional and market conditions. VC investment duration data in Canada and the United States lend strong support to the theoretical predictions developed herein.     

投资于银行业资金的“非效率”及占有金融资源动机之剖析

本文以2007-2012年中国境内的61家银行为样本,基于投资于银行业的资金总量与资金使用效率之间的关系,测度了投资于银行的资金是否存在“非效率投资”现象.结果表明,整体上,投资于银行业的资金存在着明显的“非效率投资”.其中,国有银行的“非效率投资”最为严重,股份制银行相对较轻;向银行投资的内部资金、债务资金及权益资金均存在“非效率投资”现象.投资者“占有金融资源”的投资动机是导致银行业存在“非效率投资”的原因之一.但“占有金融资源”假说对于内部资金和债务资金的投资者不成立,而权益投资者却显现出非常强的“占有金融资源”投资动机.内生性检验则更有力地证实了银行业“非效率投资”的存在性.     

人力资本对外商直接投资区位选择的影响——跨期考察与分区域分析

通过跨期的与分区域的分析,文章实证了人力资本对外商直接投资区位选择的影响作用,结果表明:人力资本水平对外商直接投资的区位选择有正的影响;人力资本水平对外商直接投资区位选择的影响程度正在增强;人力资本水平对外商直接投资区位选择的影响在东、中、西部之间是有差异的。在东部,人力资本的影响程度最大,中、西部依次递减。

中美双边投资:在波动中寻求共识与机遇

作为当今世界两个最大的经济体,中美双边投资关系到整个世界经济的繁荣和稳定。本文以新时期为背景,研究了中美双边投资的历史走势、短期挑战和长期机遇,并对投资的行业分布和模式进行了分析。中美双边投资长期以来保持了较快的增长态势,但是近年来美国对华战略与政策出现了重大调整,导致中国对美投资呈跳跃性下降趋势,美国对中国投资则未出现明显下降,持续保持了较高水平的增长。长期来看,中美两国在经贸投资领域具有较强的互补性,通过强化磋商、构建共赢机制,双边投资仍具有较好的机遇和前景。本文据此提出了应对短期风险、促进中美投资长期健康发展的政策建议。     

国家基本建设投资对农村经济推动作用实证研究

为探讨国家基本建设投资对农村经济的影响,以1952-2006年历年国家基本建设投资资本存量测算和历年农村国民收入数据,利用EVIEWS 5.1软件对其进行诸如单位根检验、协整检验、Granger因果关系检验、向量自回归(VAR)模型、脉冲响应函数以及方差分解的一系列研究工作。实证结果表明,国家基本建设投资对农村经济增长的贡献较为显著,其推动作用比较明显。     

风险管理与人力资本投入的研究

通过研究公司的破产风险对于员工事前人力资本投入的影响 ,指出风险的增大必然导致员工对专用性人力资本投入的减少和一般性人力资本投入的增加 ,员工一旦拥有了控制监督的权利 ,就会增加公司专用性人力资本的投入 ,同时减少一般性人力资本的投入     

我国投资基础设施的公共资本与私人资本的效率研究

文章针对我国城市化进程对大量基础设施需求的资金"瓶颈"、资金效率和渠道,通过理论与实证方法研究了我国公共资本和私人资本投资基础设施的效率、结构和影响这些资本投入总量的内在机制.结论是:有效的基础设施投资效率,既需要政府公共投资,也需要市场化私人投资,两者的比重与效率为倒U型,其最佳融资比例结构约为1:2;相对公共资本,私人资本的逐利行为对基础设施投资有更高的产出效率;私人资本投入规模受居民消费水平、市场化程度和公共资本拉动的影响;公共资本投入的规模受地方政府治理水平、政府与市场的关系和经济发展水平的影响;采用市场机制并不意味着政府可以退出基础设施市场,"公"、"私"并存才能更好地取长补短.     

大学毕业生人力资本投资决策

当前大学毕业生就业难问题日益严重,并成为了社会所关注的热点.影响大学生就业决策的因素是工资水平、劳动力市场的流动性、可获得的信息.在市场经济条件下,应让市场作为劳动力资源配置的基本手段,建立机制健全、运行规范、服务周到、监督有力的人才市场体系,充分发挥其在人力资源配置中的基础性作用,深化教育体制改革,提高教育质量和学生就业技能.     

Economic Development from Capital Investment in Transportation Systems

ABSTRACT

Capital investment in transportation systems has two success sources: Public and private funding. Economic development in a region is heavily dependent on efficient transportation systems. Consequently, transportation projects usually receive higher priority from state and local government planners and leaders. The subject of public capital investment in highway transportation projects and the subsequent economic developments are presented in this paper. Impacts of capital investments in highway systems on economic development are studied and the results of these studies together with the methods for evaluation of economic benefits are also discussed in this paper. Various economic benefits produced include expansion of existing businesses and location of new businesses in a region. Methods of measuring economic benefits in a region depend on a number of factors. Some critical success factors are: (1) increased per capita income, (2) reduced cost of highway transportation, (3) increased consumer spending, and (4) trend of population growth. These factors are crucial in measuring economic benefits that could be obtained from investments in highway projects. Finally, a method of predicting economic development over various alternatives of highway spending is presented.     

The Capital Gains Tax: A Curse but Also a Blessing for Venture Capital Investment

Our study analyzes the effect of the capital gains tax on the individual investment decisions of venture capitalists. By doing so, we are able to study the decisions for a sample of 61,558 funding rounds in 32 countries from 2000 to 2012. Our results support the predictions of the theoretical model that higher capital gains tax rates are associated with fewer start‐ups financed and a lower probability of receiving follow‐up funding. However, the results concerning the effect on the probability of success of start‐ups show that a higher tax burden is associated with a higher probability of eventual start‐up success.
