BT模式作为一种新兴的工程建设管理模式，近年来在国内得到蓬勃发展，结合实际，针对BT项目施工总承包的质量控措施进行了论述。     

BT项目引进产业基金投融资模式探索

BT(建设-移交)是当今国际基础设施项目建设领域中被普遍采用的投资建设模式。这种模式的广泛运用,加快了西方国家基础设施建设,促进了经济发展,缓解了政府的资金压力。国内BT模式于上个世纪90年代,开始在全国陆续出现。不同BT项目在不同地区,不同行业都会有所侧重,应该说国内的BT项目一直在不断的创新,一直在探索一种适合中国国情的具有中国特色的投融资模式。例如深圳地铁采取了"投融资+设计施工总承包+回报"的深圳BT模式;福州地铁采取了"资本金+BT"的新模式。本文就当前经济发展现状,结合某大型国有建筑企业对BT项目的探索经验,探索BT项目引进产业基金的新型投融资模式,最后给出实施该模式的几点建议。

A model of project knowledge management

Knowledge is the most important resource needed for project management. The aim of this article is to present a full, consistent model of project knowledge management. There are two basic types of project knowledge: micro‐knowledge, needed for performing a single task (or its part), and macro‐knowledge (in other words, all the knowledge possessed by people from a given organizational level). Project knowledge is managed at four distinct levels: individual, project, organization, and global. The article describes the micro‐knowledge life cycle and macro‐knowledge life cycles from each organizational level, as well as the processes of vertical knowledge flow between organizational levels.     

Knowledge transformation in project networks: A speech act level cross‐boundary analysis

Researchers stress the importance of understanding knowledge transformation in projects. To explore how knowledge is transformed across organizational and specialization boundaries in project networks, we observed 22 knowledge transformation cases in two project networks. We found that new knowledge was created across specialization boundaries and that knowledge was altered across organizational boundaries. When both organizational and specialization boundaries were crossed, new knowledge was created. From these findings, we developed a set of propositions and formulated these into a model of knowledge transformation in project networks. This research contributes to a better understanding of knowledge transformation processes and outcomes in project networks.     

Learn not to learn–a way of keeping budgets and deadlines in ERP projects?

This paper takes as its point of departure the conflict between the project as an organisational form for time-limited task execution and the project as an organisational form for triggering knowledge development and learning. The aim of the paper is to explore how knowledge developed in ERP projects can be managed, as well as to identify potential influences on the management of knowledge developed in the project process. Qualitative data has been collected through interviews, document studies, and participant observations. The paper presents evidence that problems of keeping to budgets and timelines in ERP projects can depend on the fact that knowledge developed in the project process is also exploited in the project process. In order to bridge the conflict between the project as a time-limited form for task execution and an organisational form for knowledge development and learning, three tentative strategies for exploiting knowledge developed in the project process are suggested.     

Knowledge transfer in project‐based organizations: An organizational culture perspective

This conceptual paper investigates the process of knowledge transfer in project‐based organizations from the perspective of organizational culture. The paper identifies obstacles to knowledge transfer in project‐based organizations and emphasizes the importance of organizational and project cultures in this process. The study provides some suggestions for improving knowledge transfer in project‐based organizations and notes the implications of the paper for project management.     

烟草建设项目知识管理研究

烟草建设的大型化、复杂化,给项目管理的知识共享带来极大的挑战,如何应用现代管理手段,实现知识的收集、积累、挖掘、总结和共享,是当前项目管理工作亟待解决的问题。本文基于烟草建设项目的工程实践,对知识管理在烟草建设项目管理中的应用作了一定的研究,分析了知识管理的对象和实施机理,提出了知识管理的措施。     

Developing soft skills to manage user expectations in IT projects: Knowledge reuse among IT project managers

This research explores information technology (IT) project managers' reuse of knowledge associated with soft skills when managing user expectations. Through interviews with IT project managers, several themes emerged: novelty of problems, conditions within the organization, types of available knowledge, and methods for reusing knowledge. Within this study, we discovered the need for additional research on how social norms and organizational conditions encourage or inhibit knowledge reuse. Furthermore, we identified a difference in the usefulness of knowledge captured in formal repositories according to levels of project management experience. The findings confirm, extend, and illuminate the current research associated with knowledge reuse in IT project management.
