通过对一家高科技制造型上市公司175名员工的调查数据,分析了价值观、积极情感和薪酬满意度各个维度的关系。结果表明,价值观、积极情感和薪酬水平的交互作用对薪酬水平满意度、薪酬管理满意度和薪酬提升满意度有显著影响,但对薪酬福利满意度的影响不显著;同样的薪酬水平,经济型价值观的高积极情感员工的薪酬满意度高于低积极情感的员工,且薪酬水平的变化对薪酬满意度的影响更加显著。  相似文献

Abstract

Patient engagement has gained increasing prominence within academic literatures and policy discourse. With limited developments in practice, most extant academic contributions are conceptual, with initiatives in the National Health Service (NHS) concentrating at macro- rather than at micro-level. This may be one reason why the issue of ‘value co-creation’ has received limited attention within academic discussions of patient engagement or policy pronouncements. Drawing on emerging ideas in the services marketing and public management literatures, this article offers the first elucidation of the importance of studying ‘value co-creation’ as a basis for further empirical analysis of patient engagement in micro-level encounters.  相似文献

Normally, when updating or regionalizing input-output matrices with negative entries, the negative numbers are first brought outside the matrix, then the matrix is updated or regionalized, then the negative numbers are added back to the result. This is theoretically, and sometimes also empirically, a rather unsatisfactory procedure. This paper proposes a theoretically sound alternative for the presently used ad hoc procedure. Based on the first-order conditions of a restated information loss problem, we generalize the RAS-procedure using reciprocals of the exponential transformations of the related Lagrange multipliers. The diagonal matrices that update or regionalize a given matrix optimally are the solutions of a fixed-point problem. To derive a numerical solution, the paper presents the GRAS-algorithm, which is illustrated in terms of a simple updating example.  相似文献

Developing employee engagement has been one of the major areas of interest in the field of human resource management (HRM), and research identifies the positive effect that engagement has on both employee and organizational performance. However, while research on engagement has been substantial, there have been limited studies on key variables such as supervisor support, voice, and trust. We examined the role of supervisor support and direct voice on engagement experienced by nurses and the mediating role trust plays in those relationships. Data were collected though an online survey of 1,039 Australian nurses and analyzed using structural equation modeling. As hypothesized, results showed that both supervisor support and direct voice are positively associated with employee engagement, and these relationships are mediated by supervisory and senior management trust, respectively. The implications of the results for human resource (HR) practitioners are discussed and include the challenge of resourcing effective direct voice systems and enlisting the support of supervisors in order to impact on the engagement of nurses who are the “front line” of the health sector. © 2016 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.  相似文献

工作投入波动性越来越受到国外学者的重视,而国内相关的实证研究却较为缺乏.本研究基于情绪即信息理论和拓展—构建理论,探讨了工作投入在个体内动态变化的原因,尤其是每日的情绪、希望感的作用.采用经验取样法,通过对70名高校辅导员连续两周(10个工作日)的调查,获得670份个体内数据.多层次分析结果显示:(1)每日积极情绪正向预测每日希望感;每日消极情绪负向预测每日希望感;(2)每日希望感正向预测当天工作投入;(3)每日希望感在当天积极情绪与工作投入之间起部分中介作用,在当天消极情绪与工作投入之间起完全中介作用.最后,本研究针对如何在日常工作中调动员工的工作投入提供了建议.  相似文献

We set up a two‐sided market framework to model competition between a Prefered Provider Organization (PPO) and a Health Maintenance Organization (HMO). Both health plans compete to attract policyholders on one side and providers on the other. The PPO, which is characterized by a higher diversity of providers, attracts riskier policyholders. Our two‐sided framework allows us to examine the consequences of this risk segmentation on the providers' side, especially in terms of remuneration. The outcome of the competition depends mainly on two effects: a demand effect, influenced by the value put by policyholders on the providers access and an adverse selection effect, captured by the characteristics of the health risk distribution. If the adverse selection effect is too strong, the HMO receives a higher profit in equilibrium. On the contrary, if the demand effect dominates, the PPO profit is higher in spite of the unfavorable risk segmentation. We believe that by highlighting the two‐sided market structure of the health plans' competition, our model provides a new insight to understand the increase in the PPOs' market share as observed in the USA during the last decade.  相似文献

Few studies on sexual harassment and mental health have examined the stress-buffering question for union women. Our study examined the moderating effect of two perceptual moderators—perceived union tolerance for sexual harassment and perceived union support—as they relate to harassment and mental health with the intent of identifying conditions under which the toxicity of harassment is reduced. Our conceptualization of social support as a coping resource in conjunction with interpersonal support as a preferred coping strategy was used to explain reduced toxicity under conditions of low perceived union tolerance for harassment and high perceived union support in a sample of 150 women from multiple unions. Implications for future research and union policy and practice on harassment are discussed.  相似文献

Previous research demonstrates that high‐involvement work practices (HIWPs) may be associated with burnout (emotional exhaustion and depersonalization); however, to date, the process through which HIWPs influence burnout is not clear. This article examined the impact of HIWPs on long‐term burnout (emotional exhaustion and depersonalization) by considering the mediating role of person‐organization fit (P‐O fit) in this relationship. The study used a time‐lagged design and was conducted in a Canadian general hospital among health care personnel. Findings from structural equation modeling (N = 185) revealed that perceived HIWPs were positively associated with P‐O fit. There was no direct effect of HIWPs on burnout; rather, P‐O fit fully mediated the relationship between employee perceptions of HIWPs and burnout. This study fills a void in the HR and burnout literature by demonstrating the role that P‐O fit has in explaining how HIWPs alleviate emotional exhaustion and depersonalization. © 2016 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.  相似文献

Abstract

This article focuses on the financial aspects of collaborative working between public authorities and other private and voluntary sector organizations. Drawing on research on five English case studies involving local authorities, it considers the extent to which decisions to collaborate and modes of working together are shaped and mediated by financial considerations. In particular, the research highlights differences in ‘budgetary form’ (pooled or aligned), individual partner ‘motivation’ (selfless/altruistic or self-interested) and ‘level of engagement’ (active commitment or passive involvement) as key variables that help to understand how and why some financial collaborations are more successful than others.  相似文献

唐宋以后,我国封建社会相对完全自由的土地私有制度开始确立.国家在制度层面上不断明晰产权,使土地的所有权、使用权等进入市场,土地流转速率加快.土地流转制度一方面可以增进社会福利、优化资源配置、调节宏观经济,并能起到融通资金的作用;另一方面由于我国诸子均分的财产继承制度和其他历史因素的影响,土地流转制度使土地趋于零散化、分配平均化,形成了我国农业小规模经营和过密化生产方式,导致社会经济发展缓慢.  相似文献
