社群主义视角下的大学生社会责任感培养

社群主义是新自由主义极端发达的产物,在批判新自由主义的过程中确立了“社群优先于自我”和“善优先于权利妒的原则。在借鉴社群主义王里论的合理内核,确立大学生社会责任感的培养途径时,其自身的理论困境又从新的视角给予了我们更多的思考。     

麦金太尔美德伦理学国内研究现状

麦金太尔的思想十分丰富，学识渊博、视野开阔，其著作涉及哲学史、哲学探究的传统角色、社会哲学、伦理学、宗教哲学、神学和政治学等领域。其中对西方道德危机的深刻批判和对传统西方的亚里士多德式的古希腊美德传统的提倡引起了过内外许多学者的注意，其论著主要有《马克思主义一种解释》《无意识一种概念分析》《基督教信仰中的难题》《伦理学简史》《世俗化和道德变迁》，《时代自我形象的批判》《追寻美德，道德理论研究》《谁之正义何种合理性》《三种对立的道德探究观百科全书谱系学和传统》《第一原理，终极目的与当代哲学问题》《关于费尔巴哈的提纲：一条未踏上的道路》《依赖性的理性动物，人为什么需要美德》。其中美德伦理是麦金太尔的思想精华所在对当代社会的道德危机中所体现的非理性主义，自由主义和忽视亲情规则伦理有深刻的批判，唤起人们对传统的归复何尊重．，本文对中国学者对麦金太尔的研究状况着重按照研究的内容和方向进行了简单的梳理。     

从责任的悬搁到责任的显身——西方责任观念叙事

文艺复兴以前,立基于人的社会性或社会中的人,西方建构了以责任为中心的治理体系。但是,随着资产阶级的发展和新教的传播,自然权利学说建构了以权利为中心的法治体系,并成为西方社会生活的合法性根基。当西方遭遇现代性危机,社群主义在反思个人主义的权利体系时表达了提升个人与社会责任的强烈诉求。追问西方责任观念演变的历史境遇和甄别西方责任观的内涵及其实现路径就具有重要意义。     

德性基础及其建构路径的探究

本文以德性为逻辑起点对麦金太尔的观点进行了简单评析,然后从人性出发并结合社会共同体的广泛存在这一事实,论证了德性在当代存在的基础,最后将德性的复兴、良序社会的构建诉诸正义制度的设计和安排,期望对当代道德问题的解决有所助益。     

后现代公共行政的话语理论研究

后现代公共行政思潮是在当代国际社会"后现代性"的话语出现跨领域的背景下形成的,不同专业对"后现代"的说法不一,加之传统公共行政存在的弊端,宪政主义与社群主义的替代性公共行政模式竟相取代之,但在后现代的大的思潮影响下,俩者都无法成为一种理想的可取代传统公共行政模式的理想范式,话语理论针对俩者的弊端,以新的视角重新建构了公共行政的理论基础和正当性。

儒家"社群至上"的经济伦理,主张由国家塑造社会,强调国家意志的普遍性,并通过国家权力和伦理规范来协调人们的利益关系,对我国古代社会政治经济的运行和发展产生了巨大影响。本文认为经过现代化的扬弃和重构,赋予其新的内容,对社会主义市场经济尤其是当代的企业经营管理具有一定借鉴价值。

论价值判断在规范研究和实证研究中的角色定位

政治学的规范研究方法和实证研究方法是政治学者进行学术研究的主要方法,而价值判断在这两种研究方法之中的角色定位也各不相同。规范主义研究者将个人的价值理念贯穿于自身研究的始终;实证主义研究者则强调完全的摆脱价值判断,主张＂价值中立＂。然而,随着现实政治现象的不断变化和政治活动的日益频繁,价值判断在规范研究和实证研究当中的角色定位也逐渐发生变化。     

“纠偏行动”与少数人权利的平等保护

少数人群的形成是一个历史过程,同样也是政治制度运作的必然结果。自由主义所推崇的个人主义和平等原则,并以此形成的立宪主义,强调的是个人自由与平等。在这一模式下,基于宗教、种族、语言、文化等原因形成的少数人群,由于特殊原因无法融入主流社会,在平等保护原则下却造成了实质上的不平等,使他们无法得到真正意义上的平等保护,甚至被湮没在主流社会之中。随着多元主义的兴起,这类少数人权利的保护问题得到了越来越多的重视。现代人权理论主张,对人权的保护不仅要保障公民的消极权利,还要保障公民的积极权利。同样,政府也应当采取必要的措施以防止不平等进一步扩大。一些国家为了弥补基于历史和制度等原因造成的实质不平等,开始采取一系列"纠偏行动"。
