度假酒店产品的特殊性决定了顾客在其购买决策过程中会表现出不同于实物产品购买的信息搜寻行为。在文献综述的基础上,提出了度假酒店顾客信息搜寻行为影响因素模型,并通过网络调研和实地调研收集了334份有效问卷,利用SPSS 17.0和AMOS 17.0进行统计分析,验证了研究假设,修正了研究模型,并得出了以下主要结论:影响度假酒店顾客信息搜寻行为的主要因素为搜寻态度、卷入程度、感知收益,而产品知识、搜寻成本、感知风险对顾客信息搜寻行为的影响不显著;不同的顾客群体在信息源的选择上存在不同的偏好。  相似文献

The theory of reasoned action and the low-involvement hierarchy model were tested using cross-lagged panel correlation. It was proposed that the low-involvement hierarchy model would more accurately reflect the behavior of low-brand-committed individuals and that the theory of reasoned action would more accurately reflect the behavior of high-brand-committed individuals. Although the findings did not completely support these hypotheses, the general thrusts of the hypotheses appear to be supported. Additionally, behavior was hypothesized and shown to influence habit for all individuals.  相似文献

This experiment investigated, within the context of an information processing theory of consumer behavior, the effects of level of perceived risk on the amount of information acquired and the total time taken processing that information before making a brand choice, and selection of brands made by well-known manufacturers as a risk reduction strategy. A unique aspect of the experiment was the treatment of perceived risk as a stimulus variable rather than its customary treatment as an organism variable. Identifying innovative consumer segments remains an important goal for marketers of new products. This article examines the merits of a recently developed marketing oriented scale, called “open processing”, which is purported to measure an individual's openness or cautiousness tendencies with regard to new products, new sensations, new experiences, and information about them. In a test of the scale's concurrent validity, using self reports of new product trail/purchase behavior among female shoppers, the study found open processors to be more innovative than cautious processors, as was predicted. The study also explores the relationships between open processing, innovative behavior, and various demographic variables. Results indicated that (1) open processing is almost as strong a predictor of innovativeness as four commonly used demographic variables combined; and (2) that open processing is an influential moderator of the relationship between demographics and innovative behavior. This study provides evidence that the husband-wife decision making process, just as the individual decision making process, is contingent upon the task complexity. As the task became more complex, couples used a multistage strategy more often, a smaller proportion of available information, a smaller proportion of available attributes, and a shorter time per unit of available information. In addition, this study explores differences in the information processing behavior between individuals and couples at equivalent levels of task complexity.  相似文献

中国加工贸易呈现出典型的“三角贸易”(TTP)模式的特点,该模式是中国国际收支不平衡的首要原因。在构建一个理论框架的基础上,提出关于贸易成本影响中国加工贸易模式的两个假设:在其他条件不变时,出口距离和进口距离的增加均会减少中国加工出口贸易额;与对发达经济体的出口相比,中国对东亚新兴市场经济体的加工出口贸易对出口距离的变化更敏感,而对进口距离的变化相对更不敏感。基于OLS和HT方法的实证研究结果支持了这样的假定。  相似文献

本文提出2个假设:(1)指定的阅读目的能让学生获得更好的阅读效果与成绩。(2)学生回答的问题与指定的阅读目的直接相关时,他们的得分更高。实验工具包括阅读理解测试题,问卷,及非正式的面谈。实验结果表明,专门阅读目的有助于提高读者的阅读兴趣和对全文的注意力,因此有专门阅读目的的学生取得的阅读成绩,高于无指定阅读目的的学生,且有显著性差异;学生能更好地完成与指定的阅读目的直接相关的问题,但学生的文化背景,实践经验以及对待角色的态度等,会影响指定目的在阅读中的作用。  相似文献

蔬菜的质量安全不仅影响国内消费者的身体健康还影响我国蔬菜的出口贸易,而农户的生产行为对蔬菜的质量安全有着直接的影响。本文在梳理国内外相关理论文献的基础上,结合我国农户生产的实际,提出相应的理论假设,进一步利用山东和河北两省的调研数据进行实证检验,考察和分析农户种植安全蔬菜生产的影响因素,研究结果显示,蔬菜的生产规模、生产模式、政府服务和农户态度对农户安全蔬菜的生产行为影响显著;同时,户主年龄对安全蔬菜的生产也有一定影响。  相似文献

Although a potentially significant issue to managers and academics alike, opportunistic customer behavior in the service recovery context has been largely ignored. A multi-stage research program, comprising actual customer claims (Study 1), in depth customer interviews (Study 2) and three experimental studies (Studies 3, 4, 5), explored opportunistic customer claiming behavior during service recovery and yielded robust findings across methods, contexts and samples. Potential determinants of opportunistic claiming in a service recovery context were identified by drawing on the justice, self-concept maintenance and neutralization theories. The findings support the hypothesis that when experiencing lower distributive, procedural and interactional justice, respondents were more likely to be opportunistic in their claiming. Furthermore, consumers were more likely to be opportunistic when dealing with large compared to small firms, and when they were in one-time transactions compared to when they had an established relationship with the firm. Finally, increased claiming in general, and opportunistic claiming in particular, did not lead to increased satisfaction with the service recovery.  相似文献

This article presents the case that inconsistencies between retail store image conceptualization and operationalization signal a critical separation between theory and measurement within the paradigm. The authors attribute the separation to the influence of two rival, middle-level information processing theories. The first, piecemeal-based processing theory, has historically dominated retail store image operationalization and measurement within the area. The authors argue, however, that the time has come for a new information processing theory—category-based information processing—to challenge piecemeal processing as the positive heuristic within the store image paradigm. The advantages of adopting category-based processing over piecemeal processing are discussed both from a positive and normative perspective. Recommendations for managers and propositions for future research are offered.  相似文献

The “concreteness” principle and the “prominence” hypothesis are used as a theoretical basis for hypothesizing the effects of two important information display factors, attribute concreteness and attribute prominence, on consumer selective information processing. The results of two studies indicate that attribute concreteness together with attribute correlation leads to the selective processing of attributes, while attribute prominence and attribute correlation results in the selective processing of alternatives. Moreover, selective processing mediates the impact of these display factors on choice, while reducing the amount of information search. Further, the amount of information search and experienced cognitive effort mediate the effects of selective processing on consumer affect during the search process. The research is important from a theoretical standpoint, because it fills an important knowledge gap in the literature on how information environment influences affect selective processing and choice. It is important from a marketing strategy perspective because it examines how a merchant can influence consumer choice by merely changing the manner in which attribute information is displayed or alternatives are initially organized (i.e., pre-sorted).  相似文献

应用静态博弈和混合策略博弈模型,研究了优质猪肉供应链中屠宰加工企业和政府监管之间的行为决策过程,并据此提出了对策建议。研究表明,在政企完全信息静态博弈模型中,策略(不检查,优质猪肉产品)是符合政企双方可持续发展要求的最好的均衡结果。从长远角度看,增加屠宰加工企业优质生产净收益和优惠补贴,加大对屠宰加工企业违规行为的罚金和信用损失,减少违规屠宰加工企业的超额收益,减少政府监督成本,都会促使政企双方做出最优策略的选择。  相似文献

A new product’s success in the marketplace largely depends on salesforce actions. Many B2B salespeople display conservatism when confronted with new products in their portfolio, such that they maximize their efforts to sell existing products before engaging in efforts to sell the new product. So far, it is unclear whether this conservative selling behavior (CSB) is harmful to new product selling performance, and how this behavior can be managed. Building on perceived risk processing theory, and employing multi-level structural equation modeling on a multi-source dataset, the authors empirically substantiate that salespeople’s CSB makes their effort to sell new products more effective. Remarkably, such effort is then valued less by sales managers. The authors also find that CSB is a result of a risk assessment and evaluation process, in which internal marketing efforts (i.e., providing salespeople with information on the new product) determine the weight of perceived performance risk (i.e., new product radicalness), social risk (i.e., managerial new product orientation), and financial risk (i.e., long-term rewards). Managers looking to control the levels of CSB in their salesforce should carefully align their information support activities with the perceived risk dimensions of the new product selling situation.  相似文献
