本研究以社会认同理论、社会交换理论及效果层级模型为理论基础,探究企业社会责任感知对顾客角色外行为的影响机制并识别企业社会责任感知对顾客角色外行为积极影响的边界条件。利用线上调查问卷方式收集有效问卷665份,构建结构方程模型进行实证分析。研究发现:企业社会责任感知正向影响顾客角色外行为,顾客-企业认同在企业社会责任感知对顾客角色外行为的影响中起中介作用,企业社会责任-企业能力信念负向调节顾客-企业认同在企业社会责任感知与顾客角色外行为之间的中介效应。研究拓展了顾客角色外行为的研究视野,提出企业应重视社会责任履行、确保履责信息有效宣传、注重“双赢”信念引导等管理建议。  相似文献

社会交换理论和结构方程模型是研究顾客心理契约、顾客满意与顾客公民行为关系的依据和有效方法。本文通过健身业的实证研究发现,顾客心理契约、顾客满意均对顾客公民行为具有显著的正向影响。顾客满意在心理契约与顾客公民行为关系上起中介作用。其中,顾客满意除了在交易心理契约与顾客反馈行为关系上起到部分中介作用外,在心理契约的两个维度与顾客公民行为三个维度的关系上均起到完全中介的作用。研究结论首次验证了顾客心理契约与顾客公民行为的正相关关系,并对企业利用顾客心理契约促进顾客公民行为的营销实践具有指导意义。  相似文献

自从顾客满意的概念的提出之后,各方专家学者根据自己的见解,建立了不同的顾客满意度模型。但是,这些模型只是从某些方面解释了如何提高顾客满意度。而且,有的模型已经不能适应当前社会的发展。很多企业想通过这些模型来提高顾客满意度,最终的效果却很不理想。究其原因,是由于社会的高速发展,顾客的范围不断变化,而这些企业没有更深入地对顾客的概念进行发掘和认识。所以,文章通过对顾客这一概念的重新理解,结合企业社会责任理论,将顾客进行分类,并且对隐藏型顾客做出详细的阐述。在原有的顾客满意度模型的基础之上,文章提出了一种更为全面的顾客满意度模型。  相似文献

社会企业雇佣心智障碍者是其履行企业社会责任(CSR)的重要体现之一。本研究以在社会企业“喜憨儿”洗车行中接受过心智障碍员工服务的307位顾客为调研对象,调查了顾客对于社会企业雇佣心智障碍者的动机归因,以及这些归因如何影响顾客对于企业的满意度及推荐意愿。研究结果表明顾客对于雇佣了心智障碍者的社会企业的雇佣行为的内部归因正向影响顾客满意度。顾客对于企业雇佣行为的外部归因负向影响顾客满意度,并且顾客满意度在雇佣归因与推荐意愿中起到了中介作用。本研究拓展了归因理论在企业雇佣心智障碍者这一CSR实践方面的应用,并探究了顾客对于社会企业雇佣行为的内外部归因对其态度所产生的不同影响,从而同时丰富了残障人士就业领域和企业社会责任方向的文献。  相似文献

伴随着数据化竞争的日趋激烈,大数据杀熟也成为在线消费领域公众关注的热点问题。基于在线旅游消费情境,针对大数据杀熟对顾客公民行为的影响机制及路径差异的研究表明:大数据杀熟无论是对公平感知还是对顾客公民行为而言都会产生负向影响;公平感知部分中介了大数据杀熟对顾客公民行为的影响;信息素养在大数据杀熟对公平感知及顾客公民行为的负向影响上都发挥调节作用,且调节大数据杀熟通过公平感知对顾客公民行为的间接影响。因此,企业应改变短期逐利行为,树立长远品牌战略意识,提升消费者对在线服务的信任和公平感知,合理利用信息素养对杀熟行为的调节效用,实现从“短视谋利行为”到“长期价值创造”的转变。  相似文献

本研究以费希宾(Fishbein)合理行为模型为基础,构建了消费者响应企业社会责任的研究框架,通过学生样本进行了问卷调查和实证研究.结果显示,企业社会责任信息在一定条件下会对消费者态度产生影响,但消费者态度和购买意向之间有较大差距,责任消费意识和行为更多出于对主观规范的遵从.因此,企业应将消费者响应作为社会责任战略关联的切入点,有效推进战略性社会责任,政府和社会应发挥合力构建企业社会责任和责任消费互动的互动机制.  相似文献

顾客知识作为企业的外部知识来源,得到了学者们的广泛关注。在互联网环境的促进下,顾客知识的学习能力得到了很大提升,这使得顾客更容易作出公民行为,从而促进企业的价值提升及品牌传播。而现有研究少有关注顾客知识的动态学习因素,基于此,该研究在顾客角度引入顾客知识学习能力进行对顾客公民行为进行探讨。实证结果表明,顾客知识获取能力能够提升顾客公民行为,而这种提升通过顾客知识输出能力作为中介作用而实现。根据研究结果,企业应当筛选并差异化管理顾客知识学习能力较强的个体,采用多种渠道增强顾客之间的交流来充分利用这些顾客以获取更多的企业价值。  相似文献

基于信任视角,以企业与供应商之间商业信用模式选择来间接衡量企业间的信任度,以是否披露社会责任报告及报告信息质量来衡量企业社会责任表现,对企业社会责任在提升企业信任度中所起的作用进行实证检验,研究结果显示:相对于没有披露社会责任报告的企业,披露社会责任报告企业的商业信用成本更低;社会责任报告质量越高越有利于降低商业信用成本;地区生产者合法权益保护水平与社会责任报告质量对商业信用成本的影响存在替代关系,即生产者合法权益保护水平越差的地区,企业社会责任报告质量对商业信用成本的负向影响越大。  相似文献

以2008—2012年沪深两市自愿披露社会责任报告的A股上市公司为样本,实证检验了女性高管对企业社会责任信息披露的影响。研究结论表明,女性高管与企业社会责任信息披露水平显著正相关。进一步研究发现,信任环境对女性高管与企业社会责任信息披露之间的正相关关系产生了促进作用;相对于非国有企业,国有企业女性高管对企业社会责任信息披露水平的正面影响更为显著。  相似文献

This study uses a difference-in-differences estimation method to address potential endogeneity between corporate social responsibility (CSR) and firm performance using a natural experiment of COVID-19, with a cross-country sample of 80,454 firm-quarter observations across 51 countries. We find that high-CSR firms show better performance, raise more debt, and invest more during COVID-19. The positive effect of CSR on firm performance is more pronounced in countries with better governance and among non- International Financial Reporting Standards adopters. Our findings suggest that when trust in firms and markets falls during an economic crisis, the trust established between a firm and its stakeholders via socially responsible behavior pays off.  相似文献

Despite the increasing attention to corporate social responsibility (CSR) in the management literature, little is known about the mechanisms and boundary conditions explaining employees’ responses to CSR. Drawing on social identity and cue consistency theory, we develop a mediated moderation model that explains how and under which conditions perceived CSR affects employees’ organizational identification. We test the model by carrying out a three‐wave longitudinal study on employees of an international utility company. The findings indicate that perceived CSR interacts with overall justice to predict organizational identification through the successive mediation of perceived external prestige and organizational pride. The study clarifies and advances some of the theoretical foundations surrounding the micro‐level approach of CSR and has key implications for management research and practice.  相似文献

外部审计作为重要的公司治理机制,有助于提升企业经济绩效。社会责任报告审计能对企业社会责任信息的披露进行监督约束、风险评估与咨询规划,进而提升信息披露质量。以2010—2013年沪深上市公司为样本进行实证检验后发现,社会责任报告审计显著改善了企业社会责任信息披露质量。进一步研究发现,企业大股东监督力度越强,社会责任报告审计对企业社会责任信息披露质量的促进作用越明显。此外,与国有企业相比,民营企业中大股东监督在更大的程度上增强了社会责任报告审计对企业社会责任信息披露质量的促进作用。  相似文献

Growing recognition that communication with stakeholders forms an essential element in the design, implementation and success of corporate social responsibility (CSR) has given rise to a burgeoning CSR communication literature. However this literature is scattered across various sub‐disciplines of management research and exhibits considerable heterogeneity in its core assumptions, approaches and goals. This article provides a thematically‐driven review of the extant literature across five core sub‐disciplines, identifying dominant views upon the audience of CSR communication (internal/external actors) and CSR communication purpose, as well as pervasive theoretical approaches and research paradigms manifested across these areas. The article then sets out a new conceptual framework – the 4Is of CSR communication research – that distinguishes between research on CSR Integration, CSR Interpretation, CSR Identity, and CSR Image. This typology of research streams organizes the central themes, opportunities and challenges for CSR communication theory development, and provides a heuristic against which future research can be located.  相似文献

基于2008年企业社会责任(CSR)强制披露政策出台这一外生冲击事件构造准自然实验,利用手工搜集的绿色专利数据,通过PSM DID的方法,从绿色创新的角度考察强制CSR披露对企业绿色转型的影响。研究表明,强制CSR披露通过加强企业规制合法性和规范合法性动机,驱动企业绿色转型;这种驱动作用在非国有企业、信息环境较好的企业和低集中度市场中更为明显。进一步研究发现,强制CSR披露能够通过驱动企业绿色转型来提高企业绩效。研究结论验证了强制CSR披露在驱动企业绿色转型方面的有效性,深化和丰富了强制CSR披露相关理论,对优化企业环境治理决策与驱动经济绿色发展具有重要指导意义。  相似文献

Based on insights from social exchange and social identity theories, this paper examines the influence of three dimensions of socially responsible human resource management (SR-HRM), namely legal compliance HRM, employee-oriented HRM and general CSR facilitation HRM, on employees' organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB). Structural equation modelling of dyadic data collected from Chinese employees and their direct supervisors in three phases revealed that whilst organizational identification fully mediated the relationship between employee-oriented HRM and employee OCB, general CSR facilitation HRM had a direct effect on employee OCB. In contrast, legal compliance HRM neither influenced employee OCB directly, nor indirectly through organizational identification. The findings highlight the important but complex role played by SR-HRM in eliciting positive employee work outcomes, and contribute to our knowledge of the mechanisms underlying this relationship.  相似文献

With companies investing vast sums of money on sponsoring high‐profile sports events, it is surprising that very little research exists to examine the possible impact that this has on the sponsors’ employees. This two‐wave panel study explores the indirect role that Olympic sponsorship and employee support for this sponsorship has on increases in organizational identification and discretionary effort—via, that is, pride and employee assessments of their employer's corporate social responsibility (CSR) credentials. The current study surveyed 241 employees (from three countries) in two phases across a 12‐month period in the run‐up to the 2012 London Olympics. Olympic sponsorship support was found to be positively associated with organizational pride and CSR perceptions, which both predict increases in organizational identification and discretionary effort (controlling for earlier baseline levels of these outcomes). In addition, there is also evidence of an indirect positive effect (through CSR perceptions and pride) of Olympic sponsorship support on increases in organizational identification and discretionary effort. The implications of these findings for decision makers considering sponsoring major sporting events are discussed; the findings provide interesting insights that can help HR functions to understand the consequences of sports sponsorship and processes involved that explain positive employee responses. © 2015 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.  相似文献

Over the past half‐century, organization‐centric approaches to corporate social responsibility (CSR) dominated management practice. Though scholars and practitioners have embraced integrative CSR models, there are insufficient data about rural community constructs of corporate social behavior. Drawing largely from primary research conducted in the Niger Delta region, this article explores the meanings communities ascribe to corporate social responsibility. Through open‐ended interviews, this article examines the subtle underlying meanings of the narratives provided by the indigenes to identify clues potentially useful for developing effective CSR programs in the Niger Delta. The findings show that the Niger Delta people frame their views about CSR through the experience of poverty, loss of the traditional economy, erosion of traditional values, and degradation of the environment. Thus, CSR is associated with the restoration of control over land, alleviation of poverty, and community development.  相似文献
