一轮以房地产和“铁公基”为主导的复苏似乎又会重演，这却恰恰预示着经济向错误的方向着陆。

航天飞机轨道器通信和跟踪系统

航天飞机轨道器(SSO)飞行任务的各阶段(起飞、入轨、再入、着陆)都离不开通信和跟踪系统的支援。该系统的作用,是保证轨道器与地面站,轨道器与中继卫星或轨道上的其他飞行器(如从航天飞机上分离出去的有效载荷)或进行舱外作业的宇航员间的通信联络。本文综述系统的组成、工作原理、主要信道参数、结构特点,并就我国发展同类通信和跟踪系统的可能性提出初浅的看法。     

微波着陆系统信号模拟器设计

介绍了一种基于FPGA的微波着陆系统信号模拟器，采用基于函数发生器方式设计，由 计算机根据微波着陆系统的信号格式计算各种信号数据，将信号数据灵活下载到存储器中， 按照要求可产生正常或异常的信号及控制时序。实际测试和应用证明，信号模拟器的性能指 标达到设计要求。该方法可应用于多种信号模拟器的设计。     

联合战术微波着陆系统机载信号处理

本文描述了联合战术微波着陆系统(TTMLS)机载角度接收机中的信号处理技术,即如何利用综合化数字电子设备设计技术和与飞机结构有关的天线,实现全天候进场和着陆引导.综合化电子设备能在飞机所处的一个极宽范围内检测MLS信号并进行信号处理,为整个军用飞行控制系统和飞机座舱显示给出水平、垂直和航距引导信息.该系统能保证陆海空三军及民用导航的兼容性.     

“建、疏、堵、管”四结合 引导民间金融服务于地方实体经济

2011年4月份以来，全国各地刮起了一场民间金融风暴，温州、鄂尔多斯等地民间借贷资金链断裂、中小企业主“跑路”，河南的某些城市因民间借贷断裂引出非法集资大案，我国民间金融陷入整体性危机。其深层次原因是当前金融体系和管理机制已经不适应经济社会发展的要求，多年以来形成的民间金融市场亟需得到规范和监管。     

规范和引导民间金融健康发展研究

民间金融作为我国信用体系中的一种非正规信用形式,长期以来,由于一直没有合法身份,始终处于地下活动状态.随着我国经济的发展和金融体制的改革,民间金融合法化、阳光化的呼声越来越高.据悉,国家即将通过立法形式确定民间借贷的合法地位,民间借贷合法化已初见曙光.本文运用民间金融的发展机理,分析了民间金融合法化的剁与弊,并对如何规范和引导民间金融的健康发展提出建议.     

我国金融市场的发展与经济增长浅谈

通过改革开放,中国经济由计划经济向市场经济逐步转型,为保证我国金融市场正常的发展,使人民生活达到小康水平,制定正确的金融市场发展政策和相应的经济增长政策,推进资本市场的改革开放和健全发展,具有积极意义。但我国金融市场主要以银行信贷为主,证券市场的发展则相对不足,金融市场效率比较低。为了使我国金融市场健康有序、有效地发展,我们一方面要深化金融改革,另一方面还要着重金融基础设施的建设,完善金融法律法规,提高金融业资源配置的效率。     

人口老龄化对实体经济的积极影响

人口老龄化在给实体经济带来消极影响的同时也带来积极影响。受人口老龄化的影响,各国不得不改革养老金制度,从现收现付向基金积累制转变。这种转变给资本市场提供了大量长期资金,促进了资本市场的完善,进而为实体经济的发展提供了有利条件。从目前来看,我国进入资本市场的养老基金有限,对金融市场的影响也有限,但随着人口老龄化的不断加剧,整个社会自我保障意识的不断增强,进入资本市场的养老基金持续增加,我国金融市场将会不断完善,从而有利于实体经济的快速发展。     

航天飞机的地面保障系统

美国航天飞机的地面保障系统包括航天跟踪和数据网(STDN)、网控制中心(NCC)、航天指控中心(MCC)和有效载荷操作控制中心(POCC)。本文综述上述各部分的组成、任务及它们之间的关系,并就我国载人航天测控通信网的操作控制中心的建设提出了基本看法。     

Estimation of product category sales responsiveness to allocated shelf space

A retail chain manager must draw on experience based on data available from his points of sale to diagnose space misallocations in stores and to make recommendations. This paper presents an empirical estimate of shelf space elasticities from a variety store chain database at product category level with a share of space vs. share of sales econometric model. It suggests that external influences could explain space elasticity differences. Results show that space elasticities increase with the impulse buying rate of the product category and do not depend on the type of store.     

A dynamic approach to the analysis of strategic alliances

The increasing trend in strategic alliance formation between major firms around the world, has prompted researchers from various disciplines to look at this phenomenon in great detail. In this paper, we review alternate approaches in the literature in this area. We then propose a non-linear dynamic approach to study the formation of competitive strategic alliances and contrast it with the traditional game-theoretic approach. The pros and cons of these two approaches are discussed with reference to a competitive alliance scenario. Dynamic models have significant managerial implications as they enable us to investigate ‘if-then’ type scenarios and project the impact of different strategies.     

Exploring the system of digitised retail design—flattening the ontology

The objective of this article is to combine the two dominant perspectives of retail design— design and business—through systems thinking and flat ontology, in order to understand the ‘store’ as designed by retail designers in the new digital area. Using an abductive case study of the Danish retail design world, this article connects actors into a system, redefines 'the store’ as an interface between retailer and customer, and attaches the metaphors ‘observed universe’ and ‘extended self’ of owner managers to collectively designed spaces. The implication of the study is a retail design (and business) canvas.The article's practical contribution is clarifying the profession of retail design under the condition of digitised retail, and to present a first step towards a system-based theory for retail design.Managerial contributionThe article redefines the store as an interface affording customers' and retailers’ exchange of product and experiential interaction with the aim of providing adequate revenue.     

一种短波电台无人值守值班机系统的设计

本文介绍了一种以MCS－51系列单片机为核心的短波电台无人值守智能值班机系统，用来代替值班人员自动接收电台报文并通过公用电话网及时传达报文信息，文中给出了系统总体设计框图并详细介绍了系统主要功能及工作过程，最后针对设计中用到的关键技术进行了总结。     

Aisles of life: outline of a customer-centric approach to retail space management

The article argues that well-established principles of urban design are highly relevant for retail management and applicable in regards to a much needed customer-centric turn in space management within retailing management. In particular, supermarkets, hypermarkets and larger retail chains are governed by a space management tradition that heavily draws on principles of utilitarianism and instrumental rationality. Yet, any physical retail space accommodates a separate and distinctive, but not independent, social space which must equally be addressed if attractive retail spaces are to be grasped, created and maintained. In fact, the standardized and repetitive design of many larger retail environments such as supermarkets appears to build on uncontested traditions of space management and tenacious myths about consumer behaviour and preferences that are challenged as urban design studies are consulted. In reference to current urban design research, the article concludes by suggesting five propositions and measurements for the customer-centric quality of retail spaces that take as a starting point the appreciation of the social space that any retail space management presupposes.     

脉冲超宽带技术在航天测控系统中的应用

针对当前航天测控系统安全性不足的问题,将脉冲超宽带技术应用于航天测控系统中,构建了一种新的脉冲超宽带测控体制。建立了基本的脉冲超宽带测控信号模型,对脉冲超宽带测控系统的性能和传输链路进行了分析。给出了脉冲超宽带测控系统结构框图,介绍了系统工作过程。针对并行信号捕获方法资源消耗大的不足,提出了两步并行捕获方法。分析表明,脉冲超宽带技术可用于航天测控系统中,完成测距测速和数据传输任务。脉冲超宽带测控系统可有效提高测控系统的隐蔽性和抗干扰能力,同时提高测距精度。在信号捕获方面,与并行捕获方法相比,两步并行捕获方法的硬件资源消耗得到大大降低,同时还可保证较快的捕获速度,但会产生一定的信噪比损失。     

深空测控体系结构与技术发展

深空探测是国家综合实力的象征,集中体现了航天领域的发展方向和高精尖技术。 测控通信系统是深空探测器信息保障的核心,如何适应深空飞行平台的应用是航天测控发展 的重要课题。辨析了深空测控的一些基本概念,分析了其特点和需求,总结了深空测控的体 系结构、标准化建设方面的进展,提出了未来20年深空测控应重点发展的方向。     

馈源整体制冷技术在深空测控系统中的应用

深空探测器通信距离遥远,其返回信号微弱,因此要求接收天线具备尽量高的品质因数（G/T）。下行链路设备工作在低温环境中,有利于降低噪声温度,提高系统G/T值。针对35 m深空测控天线,首先分析了Ka频段天线增益、外部和内部噪声;在此基础上提出了Ka频段馈源整体制冷方案,并对馈源不制冷和馈源整体制冷两种方案进行了比对分析;最后总结了超低温馈源设计和制造关键技术。馈源整体制冷系统噪声温度测试结果小于45 K。分析表明采用馈源整体制冷方案能够提升系统G/T值1.03 dB,35 m深空测控天线Ka频段接收能力提高约21%。     

高动态临近空间飞行器海上组网测控方案设计

为解决高动态临近空间飞行器海上测控对测量船数量需求较多、现有船队规模无法满足的难题,在分析测控需求特点的基础上,提出了一种基于测量船与临近空间飞艇组网测控的新模式。结合近中程、远程飞行试验分别进行了测控总体方案设计,并讨论了海上组网测控需要研究的关键技术。相关研究对我国后续开展高动态临近空间飞行器海上测控系统建设具有一定的参考价值。
