航天飞机轨道器(SSO)飞行任务的各阶段(起飞、入轨、再入、着陆)都离不开通信和跟踪系统的支援。该系统的作用,是保证轨道器与地面站,轨道器与中继卫星或轨道上的其他飞行器(如从航天飞机上分离出去的有效载荷)或进行舱外作业的宇航员间的通信联络。本文综述系统的组成、工作原理、主要信道参数、结构特点,并就我国发展同类通信和跟踪系统的可能性提出初浅的看法。     

微波着陆系统信号模拟器设计

介绍了一种基于FPGA的微波着陆系统信号模拟器,采用基于函数发生器方式设计,由计算机根据微波着陆系统的信号格式计算各种信号数据,将信号数据灵活下载到存储器中,按照要求可产生正常或异常的信号及控制时序。实际测试和应用证明,信号模拟器的性能指标达到设计要求。该方法可应用于多种信号模拟器的设计。

联合战术微波着陆系统机载信号处理

本文描述了联合战术微波着陆系统(TTMLS)机载角度接收机中的信号处理技术,即如何利用综合化数字电子设备设计技术和与飞机结构有关的天线,实现全天候进场和着陆引导.综合化电子设备能在飞机所处的一个极宽范围内检测MLS信号并进行信号处理,为整个军用飞行控制系统和飞机座舱显示给出水平、垂直和航距引导信息.该系统能保证陆海空三军及民用导航的兼容性.     

“建、疏、堵、管”四结合 引导民间金融服务于地方实体经济

2011年4月份以来,全国各地刮起了一场民间金融风暴,温州、鄂尔多斯等地民间借贷资金链断裂、中小企业主“跑路”,河南的某些城市因民间借贷断裂引出非法集资大案,我国民间金融陷入整体性危机。其深层次原因是当前金融体系和管理机制已经不适应经济社会发展的要求,多年以来形成的民间金融市场亟需得到规范和监管。

民间金融作为我国信用体系中的一种非正规信用形式,长期以来,由于一直没有合法身份,始终处于地下活动状态.随着我国经济的发展和金融体制的改革,民间金融合法化、阳光化的呼声越来越高.据悉,国家即将通过立法形式确定民间借贷的合法地位,民间借贷合法化已初见曙光.本文运用民间金融的发展机理,分析了民间金融合法化的剁与弊,并对如何规范和引导民间金融的健康发展提出建议.     

我国金融市场的发展与经济增长浅谈

通过改革开放,中国经济由计划经济向市场经济逐步转型,为保证我国金融市场正常的发展,使人民生活达到小康水平,制定正确的金融市场发展政策和相应的经济增长政策,推进资本市场的改革开放和健全发展,具有积极意义。但我国金融市场主要以银行信贷为主,证券市场的发展则相对不足,金融市场效率比较低。为了使我国金融市场健康有序、有效地发展,我们一方面要深化金融改革,另一方面还要着重金融基础设施的建设,完善金融法律法规,提高金融业资源配置的效率。

WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS: RESOURCE COMMITMENT,CAPABILITIES, AND ORGANIZATIONAL PERFORMANCE

Modern warehousing firms and distribution centers are overwhelmed with information related to the flows and storage of goods and services. The efficient and effective utilization of logistics‐related information can enhance firms' ability to reduce costs while simultaneously improving customer satisfaction. Warehouse management systems (WMS) are frequently implemented and used with these goals in mind. The current research examines resource‐based empirical justification for the pursuit and implementation of WMS. In addition, a research agenda is offered to guide future research efforts related to WMS and the broader area of logistics information systems (LIS).

A comparative study of the application of systems thinking in achieving organizational effectiveness in Malaysian and Pakistani banks

The present work is a comparative study of the banking industry of Malaysia and Pakistan. The paper aims to measure the impact of individual systems thinking on the overall organizational effectiveness. Skilled individuals are considered as an asset of the organization especially when these individuals exhibit systems thinking capabilities that helps in achieving effectiveness. The sample consisted of 368 respondents belonging to lower and middle tier levels in the banking sector of both countries. The results indicate that Malaysian banking employees are ahead of their counterparts in Pakistan while applying systems thinking. The study is significant in enhancing the understanding of the importance of systems thinking for organizational effectiveness. The study has managerial implications for the top management of banks.     

Live streaming commerce from the sellers’ perspective: implications for online relationship marketing

ABSTRACT

Live streaming has recently become a popular direct selling channel which offers small, self-employed sellers unseen levels of consumer interaction and engagement. While the extant research focused on consumer motivation and intention to shop via live streaming, little is known from the seller’s perspective. Indeed, the potential advantages of live streaming commerce are accessible to everyone, but sellers experience different levels of success with this medium. Using a mixed quantitative and qualitative approach, this study analyses Facebook data of live streaming sellers to assess the nature and extent of engagement metrics, and delineate the dynamic, interactive live streaming sales process. We identify four sales approaches and twelve strategies adopted in acquiring and retaining customers. This typology of sales approach representing seller-focused antecedents is mapped against the relationship process and outcomes to provide a framework for understanding relationship mechanisms in live streaming commerce.     

Is job control always beneficial? Exploring its nonlinearity in creativity and in-role performance

This study draws on resource allocation theory to examine the relationship between job control and two kinds of job performance, namely employee creativity and in-role performance, as well as to investigate whether supervisor encouragement of creativity moderates these two potentially nonlinear relationships. To test the proposed model, we collected data from 234 employees in Indonesia. The results show that job control has an inverted U-shaped relationship with employee creativity, but a U-shaped relationship with in-role performance. Supervisor encouragement of creativity moderates both relationships, such that the control–creativity relationship becomes U-shaped, while the control–in-role performance relationship becomes inverted U-shaped when supervisor encouragement of creativity is high. Implications for managers on how to provide resources to employees are discussed.

Global key account management and systems selling

Adoption of global key account management systems typically represents a response by selling companies to two inter-related structural changes in their business environment: first, the growing internationalisation of their industry and unprecedented levels of foreign competition; and second, the urgent need to retain customers of strategic importance (i.e. key accounts) against a background of centralised purchasing and supply base rationalisation. Global key account management is central to the ongoing, and often acrimonious debate captured in the slogan, “Think Global, Act Local”, suggesting serious implications for organisation structure, co-ordination/control and relationship management. Yet global key account management is under-researched and its efficacy, therefore, only partially understood. Such matters have long preoccupied executives in multi-national companies operating in industries where “systems selling” is a way of life and where practice is ahead of both theoretical development and empirical research.
