术前访视中心理干预对行经阴道B超取卵术患者的影响

目的:观察利用术前访视对行经阴道B超取卵术患者进行心理干预的效果。方法:将300例不孕症行经阴道B超取卵术的患者随机分为术前访视组与对照组各150例,并进行比较观察,对照组术前在病区进行常规健康教育,干预组由管床护士利用术前访视对取卵患者进行心理状况调查分析,并实施心理干预。结果:干预组焦虑、恐惧均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:不孕症人群心理状况的整体水平较正常人低,不良情绪以抑郁、焦虑等为主。利用术前访视对取卵患者进行心理干预,可以减轻患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,使患者在良好心理的状态下接受手术,增加手术的安全性,减少术后并发症。     

Quality and Quantity in Test Validity: How can we be Sure that Psychological Tests Measure what they have to?

During the twentieth century, many authors have offered their contributions to the controversial subject of test validity. Thus, the concept of validity seems to be quite a simple idea until one looks at the literature on the subject. Validity can be defined as “the degree to which the test actually measures what it purports to measure,” but the question of how to define validity and how to test it is both an old question and a never-ending story. We have to deal with it every time we are asked to use a test that already exists or to construct a new one. Therefore, the article aims at dealing with test validity in order to point out the different (qualitative and quantitative) aspects of validity, which have emerged from empirical research and theoretical reflections. It is thought as a critical review which can be useful both to theoretically oriented and practically inclined psychologists.

Development of an Approach to the Validation Of Client Assessment Models In Social Services Using a Group Process Support System

This article reports an application of a Group Process Support System to facilitate the validation of a client assessment model used in social services. Various models have been proposed to aid client assessment, but the key to their successful application in practice is the degree of consistency of judgement which results from their use. The article describes an investigation into this aspect of consistency of model application with three groups of care managers within a county council, and in particular discusses a group session process which addresses issues of model validity. This process facilitated the identification of a number of aspects of the model which needed attention in order to achieve a high degree of consistency in application.     

高职院校教师心理健康状况分析与对策——以云南国土资源职业学院为例

本文通过对云南国土职业学院教师心理健康状况的调查结果分析,表明高职院校教师心理健康状况不容乐观,存在情绪化突出、心理压力过大、缺乏合适的宣泄渠道等问题,针对这些问题,本文运用心理环境论和积极心理学理论提出了对策,以改善高职教师的心理健康状况。

Gossip in the workplace and the implications for HR management: a study of gossip and its relationship to employee cynicism

Gossip is a common phenomenon in the workplace, but yet relatively little is understood about its influence to employees. This study adopts social information theory and social cognitive theory to interpret the diverse literature on gossip, and to develop and test hypotheses concerning some of the antecedents of gossip, with an aim of developing knowledge of the relationship between gossip and employee behaviour in the workplace. The study analysed survey data in a two-stage process, from 362 employees across a range of industries in Taiwan. The findings revealed that job-related gossip predicted employee cynicism and mediated the relationship between psychological contract violation and cynicism, and that non-job-related gossip showed a similar but weaker effect to employee cynicism. The contribution made by this paper is of value to both the academic subject domain and managers in Human Resources. First, we have identified two constructs of gossip, job-related and non-job-related gossip not previously reported and a validated scale has been created. Second, we have confirmed that these different constructs of gossip impact differently on employee behaviour and therefore HR managers should be cautious about gossip in the workplace, as it can cause cynical behaviour amongst employees.

How mass layoffs are related to lower job performance and OCB among surviving employees in Chile: an investigation of the essential role of psychological contract

This study aimed to investigate how mass layoffs impact surviving employees in organizations. More specifically, this study ascertained the relationships between mass layoffs and employee work behaviors. It was theorized that mass layoffs will be negatively related to employee performance and organizational citizenship behaviors (OCB) through its relationships with job insecurity and psychological contract breach. Moreover, it was expected that perceived manager support would buffer against the negative relations of contract breach with employee performance and OCB. A study among 615 employees in multiple Chilean organizations showed support for the hypotheses: job insecurity and psychological contract breach mediated the relationships between mass layoffs and employee performance and OCB. We also found moderating relationships of manager support, but the relations of breach with performance and OCB were particularly negative when manager support was high, indicating feelings of betrayal among high-support employees in response to contract breach. Moreover, the relation of contract breach with performance was positive for low-support employees, and non-significant for high-support employees. Our study advances understanding of the processes underlying how mass layoffs influence employee behavior in the workplace, through introducing the psychological contract as a way of understanding the relationships.

Visualizing Efficiency and Reference Relations in Data Envelopment Analysis with an Application to the Branches of a German Bank

The interest in Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) as a method for analyzing the productivity of homogeneous Decision Making Units (DMUs) has significantly increased in recent years. One of the main goals of DEA is to measure for each DMU its production efficiency relative to the other DMUs under analysis. Apart from a relative efficiency score, DEA also provides reference DMUs for inefficient DMUs. An inefficient DMU has, in general, more than one reference DMU, and an efficient DMU may be a reference unit for a large number of inefficient DMUs. These reference and efficiency relations describe a net which connects efficient and inefficient DMUs. We visualize this net by applying Sammons mapping. Such a visualization provides a very compact representation of the respective reference and efficiency relations and it helps to identify for an inefficient DMU efficient DMUs respectively DMUs with a high efficiency score which have a similar structure and can therefore be used as models. Furthermore, it can also be applied to visualize potential outliers in a very efficient way.JEL Classification: C14, C61, D24, M2

Analysis of the Vocational and Residential Preferences of a Rural Population: Application of an Experimental Technique to Rural Slovenia

Abstract

This study applies choice experiments to the analysis of the relative importance of both monetary and non-monetary determinants of vocational choice and spatial labour supply. It identifies the determinants of individuals’ choice of jobs and places of residence, and provides a better understanding of how rural labour adjustments might be managed in a country in transition. The results indicate that while wages are the most important factor influencing employment choice, other determinants affecting working conditions and residence do have a counterbalancing impact on choice. Results suggest that sample respondents do appear to be relatively immobile between sectors and also in terms of migration and commuting. However, our results do identify a range of non-wage determinants that might be used to stimulate mobility.     

“一带一路”倡议下的光伏项目投资风险评估研究--以乌兹别克斯坦共和国某光伏项目为例

随着全球对“碳中和”概念的逐渐认可,光伏将成为我国在“一带一路”倡议下可以输出的一种可靠项目,因此对光伏项目的投资风险评估研究就具有现实意义和必要性。通过实际调研和资料查阅,构建了“一带一路”倡议下的光伏项目风险评估指标体系,总结了光伏项目风险的主要四个来源。将之与TOPSIS法和灰色关联度分析法进行有效结合,建立了风险评估模型,并以乌兹别克斯坦的光伏投资项目为例进行定量分析,验证了所建立的风险评估指标体系和评估模型的合理性与实用性,分析找出风险来源,为管理其风险提供参考。     

Corporate Sustainability and Economic Performance: an Empirical Analysis of a Voluntary Environmental Program in the USA

Voluntary environmental programs (VEPs) are designed based on a win–win approach to environmental protection that reconciles environmental protection and economic performance. Despite the claims about VEPs, there has been an ongoing debate over their efficacy with regard to whether environmental goals are balanced by economic interests on both theoretical and empirical grounds. To resolve this controversy, this paper empirically investigates a public VEP by the US Environmental Protection Agency: Green Lights (GL). For this, the paper constructs a treatment effects regression model to account for the effects of non‐random assignment for GL participants and non‐participants. The proposed model can simultaneously estimate probit models that predict corporate participation in the GL program and linear models that test the extent to which this participation contributes to economic performance. The results indicate significant positive effects of corporate participation in the GL program on economic performance, providing support for the win–win perspective. 辽河盆地齐3-17-5块微幅度构造成因研究及其对区块开发的意义

油田地质综合研究的结构研究是一个重要组成部分的内容,3-17-5块之前的结构图等高线间距比较粗糙很难准确地反映较小的变化。它不是一种微观的结构图。将等高线间隔定为5m才能为进一步精细解释油藏,并对其结构进行分析和研究。利用钻井及动态资料,结合三维地震资料,对齐3-17-5块进行了微幅度构造(以下简称微构造)特征的研究,依据微构造形态将其划分为正向微构造、负向微构造和斜坡微构造,其具体包括小高点、小断鼻、小槽沟、小断沟等,从而分析出微构造形成原因,及其对区块进一步开发的深远意义。
