供应商评价是一个多准则、多目标的复杂工程,必须有一套科学、全面的评价指标体系。本文针对目前供应商评价指标体系应用的局限性,在调查分析的基础上,通过归纳总结,构建了一套适用于各个企业的多准则、多目标供应商评价指标体系模型,建立了评价指标库。指标库的指标基本上涵盖了企业在评价供应商时用到的所有要素。这一新的供应商评价指标体系及其模型,有助于对供应商进行多准则、多目标的动态评价,选择最佳的供应商。 相似文献

This paper provides a comprehensive and critical review and synthesis of the current state of empirical research into supplier involvement in new product development (NPD). The paper begins by defining supplier involvement in NPD and evaluating the rationale for supplier involvement in NPD. This suggests that early and extensive supplier involvement in NPD projects has the potential to improve NPD effectiveness and efficiency, however, existing research remains fragmented and empirical findings to date show conflicting results. The paper takes stock of the research on supplier involvement in NPD, tracing the origins of the literature to the late 1980s, and evaluating the development of the field up to the present day. From this broad base of empirical research the analysis identifies a set of factors affecting the success of supplier involvement projects. The paper concludes with a discussion of two emerging themes: (1) supplier relationship development and adaptation; (2) supply network involvement in product innovation. 相似文献

It has been found from the contemporary research in the fields of supply chain management and concurrent engineering that significant benefits can be achieved if suppliers are involved in product development. However, recent investigations in manufacturing industries have revealed that early supplier involvement in the design process is not widely practiced. One issue is the lack of an appropriate customer–supplier interface to assess the suitability of suppliers with reference to design criteria. This paper proposes a mechanism for evaluating supplier involvement during product development. The assessment tool includes four types of distinctive indices to measure supplier involvement in the design process, namely: Satisfaction Index, Flexibility Index, Risk Index, and Confidence Index. These indices measure the extent to which both the customer requirements and the supplier capabilities match or mismatch and therefore reflect the potential or risk of signing a project contract. The proposed methodology is discussed within a multinational telecommunications company and preliminary analysis indicates that the approach provides an effective mechanism for selecting suppliers involved in the product development process. 相似文献

Global supplier selection is a multi-goal multi-criteria problem which needs to consider both qualitative and quantitative
factors. Which suppliers are the best and how much should be purchased from the selected suppliers is an important purchasing
issue for manufacturers. Traditionally, decision makers can determine the best supplier from evaluating few suppliers with
qualitative supplier selection criteria by using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP), but evaluate dozens of global suppliers
simultaneously or determine the order quantity from them will be complex and difficult. Meanwhile, decision makers can determine
the order quantity form the suitable suppliers by using fuzzy goal programming (FGP); however, it is not easy to decide weights
for each goal of global supplier selection with different supply chain strategies. This study integrated the FAHP and FGP
(FAHP-FGP) method to be a new approach for global supplier selection in considering the manufacturer’s supply chain strategies.
With FAHP-FGP method, the manufacturer can consistently integrate multi-manager’ opinions in determining weights of each goal
and obtain the order quantities for suitable suppliers based on manufacturer’s strategies. To demonstrate the usefulness of

Resource depletion is a concern for the global economy; many think that available resources on the planet will not be able to cater to an ever-growing population. Thus, economies are trying to become circular, leaving behind the linear tradition linear approach. In the circular economy (CE), physical resources and energy are made to loop back into the supply chain (SC) for a more extended period. Proper selection of suppliers is an essential criterion towards proper execution of the CE principle in SC. In this research, we have constructed a framework for evaluating the supplier concerning the CE implementation. Further, this research identifies the criterion and sub-criterion, which are pertinent for evaluating the supplier in CE context. Fuzzy-based ‘Criteria Importance Through Inter-Criteria Correlation (CRITIC)’ method is justifiably applied to determine the aggregated weights of the criteria. Finally, ‘Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS)’ method is used to determine the suppliers' ranking in the Indian automobile industry. Six criteria and 24 sub-criteria are obtained as per recent literature and then inputs from experts. ‘Environment’ criterion came out as the most favourable criterion with a subjective weight of 0.230. The current research is one of the first such attempts to provide criteria for supplier selection in a CE environment. The developed framework would help organisations in implementing CE-based supplier selection. The identified criteria and sub-criteria would provide organisations with means to evaluate suppliers and help suppliers develop an effective and efficient CE based on the SC. 相似文献
