The 1985 International Letter-Writing Competition for Young People Chi Zhihong of Fujian won the silver medal

Winners of the 1985 International letter-Writing Competition for Young People organized by the UniversalPostal Union(UPU)every year have been chosen through public appraisal and have been announced.According to theannouncement recently received from the International Bureau of UPU,Chi Zhihong,a student of the SecondarySchool run by the Fujian Teachers' University,won the second prize this year.The Universal Postal Union hasawarded Chi Zhihong a certificate and a silver medal.The theme for this year is“Letter to a Little HandicappedFriend”.Chi Zhihong's works will be translated into seven languages and will be published in the“Postal Union”.
