质量管理实践、新产品开发能力与新产品开发绩效关系研究

新产品开发企业可以利用质量管理系统优化新产品开发过程,改善新产品开发绩效,但质量管理改善新产品开发绩效的机理并不明确,质量管理实践与新产品开发绩效间关系的研究结论也不一致。将质量管理实践分为基础质量管理实践和核心质量管理实践两类,根据能力理论构建了质量管理实践、新产品开发能力与新产品开发绩效的影响机理模型。研究发现,基础质量管理实践能够显著促进新产品开发能力提升,而核心质量管理实践对新产品开发能力的影响不显著;基础质量管理实践能显著促进新产品开发绩效,而核心质量管理实践在一定程度上会阻碍新产品开发绩效。     

知识管理融入新产品开发流程的初步探讨

本文基于新产品开发中知识活动分析 ,构建了融入在产品开发流程中知识管理的模型。初步探讨了知识流程的特点并提出了知识流程设计的内容 ,指出了知识管理与产品开发活动中业务价值创造的必然联系。     

供应链关系质量对成功开发新产品影响的研究

在文献研究的基础上,构建了供应链关系质量对成功开发新产品影响的概念模型。通过对国内122家企业的实证分析、研究发现,供应链企业间关系质量的提升对成功开发新产品有显著的积极作用。同时,供应链关系质量的各维度项对新产品的财务绩效、市场份额和技术地位有不同的影响和作用。     

环境变化、组织忘记和新产品开发绩效关系研究:以吸收能力为调节变量

新产品开发是企业在快速变化的环境中获得竞争优势的重要源泉。从理论上分析了环境变化、组织忘记和新产品开发绩效之间的关系,以及吸收能力在组织忘记与新产品开发绩效关系之间的调节作用,并对山东省高技术企业的调研数据进行了实证分析。研究结果发现,环境变化与组织忘记、组织忘记与新产品开发绩效之间均存在显著的正向影响关系;吸收能力对组织忘记与新产品开发绩效间关系存在显著的正向调节作用。     

新产品开发中知识管理优化模型研究

随着市场竞争的不断加剧,技术革新速度越来越快,市场响应时间越来越短,因此需要对新产品开发过程中的知识管理活动进行优化。通过构建基于目标、功能、约束、知识的四维模型,分析产品开发过程中的知识转移情况,并提出优化算法。依据该模型及其算法,新产品开发者可在给定约束条件下,为特定任务找到恰当知识。     

基于第四代R&D的新产品开发过程中的R&D—营销界面管理研究

新产品开发成功与有效的R&D—营销界面整合有直接关系,深入研究企业R&D—营销界面具有十分重要的意义。首先利用连续创新和不连续创新理论对第四代R&D进行了界定,并通过与前三代R&D的对比论述了第四代R&D的优越性。然后结合对界面管理定义和R&D—营销界面管理的讨论,深入分析了第四代R&D—营销界面出现的新问题,提出了有针对性的建议:挖掘有潜在市场的新产品;用户参与,形成纵向协同研发;作好与新产品密切相关的基础设施和辅助设备的开发;建立战略联盟,完善产业链。     

电子商务能力、新产品开发速度与企业绩效关系研究

在移动互联网时代,新产品快速开发已成为企业保持竞争优势及获取新利润来源的重要手段。对电子商务能力、新产品开发速度与企业绩效间的作用机制进行了实证研究,并对提出的研究假设进行了检验,得到以下结果:(1)电子商务能力中的电子商务战略能力、管理能力、技术资源对新产品开发速度均有正向影响作用;(2)新产品开发速度对企业绩效有正向影响作用;(3)电子商务能力对企业绩效有正向影响作用;(4)新产品开发速度对电子商务能力与企业绩效之间关系具有中介效应。     

新产品开发的自主创新管理模式探讨

新产品开发的自主创新管理模式与企业自身条件、战略目标、资源禀赋等密不可分。将浙江省高新技术企业作为研究对象,运用因子分析得到影响企业新产品开发的三大影响因素,分别对应于3种自主创新管理模式：以战略平台为核心、以组织资本为核心、以技术能力为核心。以新产品开发为衡量标准,对这3种管理模式进行了实证分析,寻找最适合浙江省高新技术企业新产品开发的管理模式,为浙江省高新技术企业自主创新管理提供借鉴。     

关系如何驱动客户参与中小企业新产品开发？——一个有调节的中介效应模型

为了研究中国式关系驱动中小企业新产品开发的作用机理,构建了一个有调节的中介效应模型,并利用来自长三角和珠三角的275家制造业中小企业的问卷调查数据进行假设检验。研究发现:中国式关系的人情维度和信任维度都可以直接提升中小企业的新产品绩效,而且关系也可以通过促进客户以信息提供或合作开发方式参与中小企业新产品开发,从而间接提升中小企业的新产品绩效。同时,动态环境会正向调节客户参与和新产品绩效间的关系。     

营销-制造整合与新产品开发绩效关系实证研究

在文献综述的基础上,探讨营销-制造整合与新产品开发绩效的关系以及新产品上市速度的中介效应,明晰新产品开发不同阶段营销-制造整合对开发绩效的影响机制。利用214家制造企业的调研数据,采用中介效应检验方法对研究假设进行实证检验。分析结果表明,市场分析、技术开发、产品测试和产品商业化阶段的营销-制造整合对新产品上市速度有显著促进作用;新产品上市速度对新产品开发绩效有显著提升作用;新产品上市速度对市场分析和技术开发两个阶段的营销-制造整合与新产品开发绩效关系具有完全中介效应,对产品测试和商业化两个阶段的营销-制造整合与新产品开发绩效关系不具有中介效应。     

新产品开发过程中的战略均衡研究

基于企业促销和广告宣传能提高消费者心目中的新产品质量水平,而将市场阶段细分为上市初期阶段和中后期阶段。考虑到上市初期阶段新产品质量的提高会影响产品需求率,进而影响企业收益和成本,建立基本产品、新产品和竞争产品并存下的企业利润模型,研究了新产品开发时间与质量之间的平衡问题,并分析了上市初期阶段产品质量的提高对企业利润和营销战略的影响。     

关于提高医院基建档案管理人员素质的几点思考

本文简要回顾了项目成功标准的有关研究,进而提出了新产品开发项目的成功标准模型,包括项目过程、客户需求和企业发展三部分。作者通过问卷调查对该模型进行了验证,并利用层次分析法构建了企业新产品开发项目评价体系。     

Integrating technology roadmapping and portfolio management at the front-end of new product development

Many authors point out that the front-end of new product development (NPD) is a critical success factor in the NPD process and that numerous companies face difficulties in carrying it out appropriately. Therefore, it is important to develop new theories and proposals that support the effective implementation of this earliest phase of NPD. This paper presents a new method to support the development of front-end activities based on integrating technology roadmapping (TRM) and project portfolio management (PPM). This new method, called the ITP Method, was implemented at a small Brazilian high-tech company in the nanotechnology industry to explore the integration proposal. The case study demonstrated that the ITP Method provides a systematic procedure for the fuzzy front-end and integrates innovation perspectives into a single roadmap, which allows for a better alignment of business efforts and communication of product innovation goals. Furthermore, the results indicated that the method may also improve quality, functional integration and strategy alignment.     

A model of quality control based on recycling economy and sustainable manufacture

People currentiy pay attention to a hotspot problem that how industrial production is evaluated and controlled based on sustainable development theory. Quality is one of the important indexes. Two mainstream theories guide us to realize the industrial sustainable development： mainly the circular economy and sustainable manufacturing are introduced. The basic characteristics of the sustainable manufacturing are introduced, and that quality management is important contents of sustainable development is indicated. Based on circular economy and sustainable manufacture theories, the drawbacks in the existing quality management models are analyzed. The requests that satisfy the big system ＂environment- society - economy＂ are summarized to build up a model. A Chinese traditional cultural principle is applied and the relevant contents are sublimated as the platform to set up the model. The new quality management concept models are put forward ＂T- D- R＂ three-dimensional structures and ＂ecological quality loop＂ model, from which the new quality concepts are formed The paper elaborates the contents and the process of setting up the models. The big quality problems of the system can be handled by the new quality concept and model that are validated in practice.     

代工企业知识管理与研发能力关系研究

对于发展中国家代工企业而言,如何取得技术知识并有效地运用在新产品开发与创新上,是其维持竞争优势的重要手段.代工企业产品开发能力的提升在很大程度上取决于其有效的知识管理能力.尽管当前对代工企业知识管理日益关注,但很少有实证研究探讨知识管理和产品开发能力之间的关系.因此,本文实证检验了代工企业知识管理对其新产品开发能力的影响,其中知识管理以知识获取、知识处理、知识运用三个主要活动为主.研究结果表明:知识获取、知识吸收、知识运用对代工企业产品开发能力有显著的正向影响.     

How cross-functional management influences new product development: a socio-technical perspective

This paper develops an integrated theoretical framework of cross-functional management from a socio-technical perspective, focusing on technical support, job rotation and process standardisation. It then explores the effects of these three practices on new product development (NPD) via a global survey of 725 manufacturing companies in 20 countries. The results show that technical support and job rotation are positively related to the speed of NPD, while process standardisation and job rotation are positively associated with the quality of new products. These results contribute to the field of NPD by integrating the technical and social aspects of cross-functional management.     

Research into ambidextrous R&D in product development – new product development at a precision device maker: a case study

Through research into new product development processes at a precision device maker, this paper discusses the skilful management of knowledge boundaries that lie between various organisations, and between specialised human skills and functions that make up a project organisation, and presents the ways in which new organisational capabilities are brought about for the development of new products as exploratory activities that dynamically merge and integrated the various knowledge within a company. This paper describes some of the implications derived from analysis and observations of the new organisational forms of the company's ambidextrous R&D management which the company uses to engage in both ‘uncertainty management (exploration)’ and ‘existing product management (exploitation)’, through the partnering of its existing formal organisations and dynamic structuring of diverse multifunctional teams formed as projects spanning different specialisations and capabilities.     

税收管理引入ISO理念批判

建立ISO9000税收质量管理体系是一项复杂的系统工程,需要全体人员的共同参与才能构建、运作起来,并发挥其效用。税收征管工作错综复杂,新情况、新问题层出不穷,希望通过“贯标”工作来解决所有问题的想法是不客观的,也是不现实的。在客观条件尚不具备的情况下急于将ISO9000标准引入到税收管理中必然会造成新的管理模式与传统模式发生冲撞而产生诸多的矛盾,并进而影响现行的税收工作。
