This paper has analyzed and commented on the results of the regular survey of Russian real sector enterprises, which was conducted by the Institute of Economic Forecasting of the Russian Academy of Sciences. The views of enterprises on the quality of economic policy of federal and regional authorities have been presented. Estimates have been obtained that reflect the dynamics of investment activity of enterprises and the dynamics of investment financing from various sources, as well as the need of enterprises to modernize production. The opinions of enterprises about the desirable dynamics of the ruble exchange rate are given. The current situation with the provision of enterprises with human resources has been reflected. Enterprises’ answers to questions about whether they have territorially detached subdivisions and their use of outsourcing have been considered.

Analyzing the accounting reports of 8573 Russian companies, the article determined the threshold values of the indicators for known foreign and domestic bankruptcy probability models for ten sectors of the economy. The developed a ten-factor bankruptcy model is based on sector-specific threshold values and has a relatively high predictive power for the majority of sectors.

Models for bankruptcy forecasting: Case study of Russian enterprises

The article examines the applicability of a number of foreign and national forecasting models of the bankruptcy probability of Russian enterprises. The presented models are developed using econometric methods on a sample of manufacturing enterprises of the Russian Federation with resulting efficiency of 84.7%. Using the methodology of binary classification trees, the boundaries of liquidity and financial stability ratios leading to bankruptcy are specified.

黑龙江省矿产资源型企业对俄直接投资风险评价研究

由于矿产资源境外投资具有投入资金多、投资周期长、不确定性因素多等特点,对其风险进行有效评估具有重要意义。本文根据矿产资源境外直接投资风险传导机理特性,构建评价指标体系,提出基于直觉模糊TOPSIS评价方法的风险评价模型,辅以相关计算机软件进行典型案例运用,为黑龙江省矿产资源型企业对俄直接投资风险控制提供参考。
