The November of 2008 witnessed the great success of the Sixth China Auto International （Algeria ＆ Egypt） Exhibition Tour. More than 10 renowned domestic auto enterprises, selecting more than 30 automobiles of China independent brands, accompanied by more than 50 delegates of enterprises participated in the Tour, which was lasted from November 27 to December 7, 2008. The activity not only took the Chinese homegrown automobile brands to the beautiful African nations, but also sent the greetings from the Chinese people to the friends in Algeria and Egypt.

Auto Technology Exhibition in Tianjing

The 4th International Automotive Technology Exhibition Tianjing 2009, jointly hosted by the So-ciety of Automotive Engineers of China （SAE-China）, China Automo-tive Technology and Research Center （CATRC） and Tianjin Economic-Technological Development Area （TETD）, is to be held in Tianjin Binhai International Convention and Exhibition Center from August 27 to August 30 this year. 中国汽车金融服务业发展的对策研究

在我国,汽车金融服务业是一个相对独立的新兴金融行业,汽车金融业的发展对汽车业和汽车消费起到了巨大的推动作用。但是,我国汽车金融服务业的体制性、消费性环境还不容乐观。应改善汽车金融服务业发展环境,强化汽车金融服务机构之间的角色定位,拓展汽车金融服务的融资模式,发展专业化的汽车金融服务,使汽车产业链更顺畅地运行。     

中国汽车产业投入要素贡献度研究

文章利用2002～2006年的部分中国汽车企业集团的数据,通过建立相应的面板数据模型,分析汽车产业各投入要素对我国汽车产业产出的影响.结果表明,我国汽车产业以劳动密集型为主,研发投入及相关政策扶持其发展起一定作用.相对而言,人力资本因素影响较小.在此实证研究基础上,作者给出了发展中国汽车产业的相关政策建议.     

国内R&D、国际技术溢出及其就业效应

利用2003-2010年省际面板数据,研究国内R&D和国际技术溢出对我国就业的影响。结果表明:自主创新对总就业具有创造作用,引进技术偏向高人力资本,增加我国的高人力资本溢价。我国对外直接投资技术获取动力不足,教育的普及和教育经费的合理投入可以促进我国就业并且使收入分配趋向均等化。     

新能源汽车价格补贴政策的绩效分析和改善建议--以J新能源汽车公司为例

新能源汽车是我国汽车行业重要的发展方向,笔者通过研究我国新能源汽车的发展历程、价格补贴政策存在的问题,提出完善新能源汽车价格补贴政策的对策,以期为我国新能源产业的科学发展和我国汽车产业的转型升级提供参考。     

基于CSCP范式的中国汽车产业产业组织模式研究

摘要:在哈佛学派的SCP分析范式的基础上,提出了CSCP(产业特征-市场结构-市场行为-市场绩效)分析范式,运用CSCP分析范式对中国汽车产业进行产业组织模式研究,并对产业绩效的主要指标利润率进行回归分析,提出了优化中国汽车产业产业组织的途径。     

我国汽车制造业的贸易流量与出口潜力:基于引力模型的分析

近年来,随着汽车工业的发展,汽车制造业出口呈现出快速增长的势头,在我国出口商品中所占的比重不断增加。本文选取了与我国汽车贸易往来最为密切的39个国家和地区,通过构建引力模型,对影响1 999年以来我国汽车制造业出口的主要因素进行了实证分析。在此基础上,对未来我国汽车制造业出口贸易的发展潜力进行了预测,并提出了我国汽车制造业出口持续发展的对策建议。

国外流行多年的汽车金融,在我国的发展是失败的.究其原因,主要是个人信用体系缺失,参与主体的风险分担机制不合理,开展机构专业性不强,配套政策不完善以及汽车产业发展不稳定.我国应加强汽车金融公司的自身建设以及与商业银行和保险公司之间的合作.要深刻认识汽车金融的本质和特有风险,深入分析参与汽车金融的主体及其行为,改善汽车金融服务业的发展环境,加快信用评估体系建设,积极探索适合我国目前情况的汽车金融风险防范的模式和控制机制.     

全球新能源汽车产业竞争格局研究

本文通过对影响新能源汽车产业竞争力的关键因素分析,得出结论如下:第一,全球新能源汽车替代率仍较低,仍然处于发展初期,但发展迅速、市场前景乐观。新能源汽车产业规模不断扩大,相对于传统汽车的竞争能力有所提升,纯电动汽车的市场竞争能力强于插电式混合动力电动车。第二,在新能源汽车产业链条中,中美欧在终端市场销售上拥有优势,中日美三国在生产制造环节具有竞争优势,中日韩在产业配套上具有竞争优势;中国公共基础设施方面具有竞争优势,挪威在新能源汽车替代传统汽车方面表现突出。第三,中美两国新能源汽车产业的发展路径不同,各自的竞争优势也不同,竞争优势差异主要表现在:美国在核心技术创新能力、新能源汽车市场对外开放程度和单一车型市场占有率等方面具有显著的优势;中国则在政策支持力度、产业规模、市场规模、产业配套、政策综合效果等方面优势显著。
