利用外资、引进技术与优化产业结构

当前我国现代化进程已跨上了一个新的发展平台,进入一个关键的历史性转折时期.在这一转折时期,我国在利用外资引进技术方面应作出一番重新思考与定位.本文分析了我国近20年来经济增长的支撑点及我国未来将面临着的资源约束等方面的压力,探讨了国际上新一轮的产业结构调整及经济全球化等对我国的影响,指出了利用外资、引进技术以产业结构优化为主要目标是我国目前利用外资引进技术工作的必然的战略选择;同时提出了在实现这一战略选择过程中须处理好的几个主要问题:优化利用外资引进技术的结构、建立和完善企业和国家的技术创新体系、改变对国内幼稚产业的保护方式等.

The purpose of this paper is to integrate the multiproduct theory of the firm into financial theories. The relationship between economies of scope and synergy in conglomerate mergers is formally established in the context of the Capital Asset Pricing Model. It also is shown that a competitive market for corporate control would compete these benefits away.

HOURLY RETURNS,VOLUME, TRADE SIZE,AND NUMBER OF TRADES

Previous research identifies a causal relationship between returns and trading volume. But volume has two components: number of trades and number of shares per trade. In this paper the relationship between each of these volume components and returns is examined and the number of trades is found to be the dominant component. Results show that return activity in a period is associated with the level of trading frequency in a subsequent period and also with the number of shares in a subsequent period. This is consistent with small traders reacting to returns while professional traders largely ignore previous returns in their trading.
