通过对成渝两地典型饭店产业集群中星级饭店的实际调研,以实证的方法研究了产业集群对饭店企业成长的影响。研究结果表明,在饭店产业集群中,集群资源越丰富,互补性越强,就越能促进饭店企业经营绩效的增长,但是资源的丰富性和互补性对于提高饭店的员工满意度、提升饭店内部品质没有显著影响。饭店企业与集群中其他机构和组织的网络联系越密切,联系效果越好,集群环境越完善,集群的品牌影响力越强大,就越有利于饭店企业成长。  相似文献

Despite extensive literature on green hotel management and sustainability, scant attention has been given on the role of managers to solve environmental related issues. This study's aim is to assess the effects of managers' green knowledge and green transformational leadership on firms' environmental performance with the mediating effect of green creativity. The study analyzes the perceptions of 363 employees in different managerial positions of the hotel industry employing Partial Last Square Structural Equation Modeling. The findings of the study show a positive effect of green knowledge and green transformational leadership on green creativity and green transformational leadership on environmental performance. Furthermore, green creativity is also found to have significant mediating effect between green knowledge and environmental performance, and green transformational leadership and environmental performance relations. The main implication of the current research is that managers' green concerns might help the stakeholders in the hotel industry to respond through appropriate green initiatives for their organizations. Further suggestions for literature and practice are discussed.  相似文献

This study addresses the development of environmental strategies and associated management control in the international hotel industry, a sector of major economic and environmental impact hitherto largely neglected in the environmental management and accountability literature. The low key level of commitment to environmental management currently exhibited by the industry is considered in the context of dominant systems of hotel management performance evaluation and control, as well as the industry's current strategic management and budgetary practices. Informed by Giddens' structuration theory, the study offers a new theoretical framework, environmentally efficient resourcing, as a structured approach to the development of hotel environmental strategy and its management. Environmental sustainability has often been claimed as a means to providing a competitive advantage by encouraging efficiencies, attracting customers and obtaining business. This work critically considers this idea in the context of the hotel industry by comparing the strategic intent and implementation of sustainability initiatives in hotels across North America. Environmental sustainability strategies can employ a low cost, a differentiated or a hybrid (a combination of the two) approach to creating a competitive advantage. Controlling for the type and age of hotel we find that the hotels sampled in this study used a combination of all three approaches but tended to rely on their need to create environmental sustainability legitimacy by placing an emphasis on differentiation through environmental sustainability branding. A lack of recognition by management of the contribution to their future economic success that low cost strategies can provide has implications for hotel owners. e-服务指消费者在线预订前信息搜寻、在线预订、预订后登记入住为止的全过程所接受的服务;其质量测量维度以Bauer(2006)的五大维度为基础,结合中国消费者心理确定为网站设计、娱乐性、易用性、可靠性、反应性五大维度。在此基础上,建立酒店在线预订消费者满意度(HECS)结构方程模型,检验e-服务质量对在线预订顾客满意度的影响具有非常重要的现实意义。本文研究表明,网站易用性、可靠性、反应性对消费者满意度的影响显著。  相似文献

This study examines whether providing employees with information about environmental impacts, industry practices, technologies, regulations and benchmarking of environmental practices mediates the influence of organization design variables on environmental impact reduction. The study finds that both organization design variables (discretionary slack, coordination mechanisms and performance evaluation) and information availability have a direct influence on environmental impact reduction practices in the Canadian hotel industry. However, information availability partially mediates the influence of organization design variables, indicating that effecting changes in organization design alone may be less effective in generating proactive environmental practices without providing employees with information and benchmarking of industry environmental practices. 在问卷抽样调查基础上,采用验证性因子分析法(CFA)与结构方程模型(SEM)对酒店员工满意度影响因素及员工后续行为间关系进行实证分析。结果表明,影响酒店员工满意度的因素是多样的,酒店员工满意度对员工离职意向有显著的抑制作用、对员工工作投入有显著的促进作用。本研究有利于进一步验证和丰富员工满意度理论研究体系,还可为我国酒店人力资源管理实践提供参考。  相似文献
