《马桥词典》用词典的形式构造了马桥的文化和历史,用生动、鲜活的方言口语营造出一个遗世独立、魅力十足的“马桥世界”。在这个世界里,有乡村特有的生活规范和法则;有他们独特的思维方式和价值观念;有朴素的乡土人情和神秘、奇特的民俗民风;有民间社会固有的保守、愚昧、落后、贫穷和等级观念;也有顽固的传统文化,心理和集体无意识,还有他们独立自信的民间精神。这个具有原生态色彩的“马桥世界”,实际上是一个乡土中国的缩影,它让我们看到了中国的“马桥”,看到了世界的中国。     

Authentic Leadership: An Empirical Test of Its Antecedents,Consequences, and Mediating Mechanisms

The recent economic crisis as well as other disasters such as the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico or the nuclear disaster in Japan has fanned calls for leaders who do not deny responsibility, hide information, and deceive others, but rather lead with authenticity and integrity. In this article, we empirically investigate the concept of authentic leadership. Specifically, we examine the antecedents and individual as well as group-level outcomes of authentic leadership in business (Study 1; n = 306) as well as research organizations (Study 2; n = 105). Findings reveal leader self-knowledge and self-consistency as antecedents of authentic leadership and followers’ satisfaction with supervisor, organizational commitment, and extra-effort as well as perceived team effectiveness as outcomes. The relations between authentic leadership and followers’ work-related attitudes as well as perceived team effectiveness are mediated by perceived predictability of the leader, a particular facet of trust. We discuss the implications of our findings for theory and practice and provide suggestions for advancing theory and research on authentic leadership in the future.

The Emergence of Iran in the World Car Industry: An Estimation of its Export Potential

In the past 10 years Iran has been emerging as a major car producer in the world. However, due to delays in economic reforms, Iranian car exports have not increased as much as production. This paper presents a first estimation of the Iranian export potential in the car industry. Based on new theoretical developments of the gravity equation, an empirical bilateral trade model is proposed. It includes sectoral variables (car production, import tariffs), as well as other original variables, such as expectations and hysteresis. We then develop a dataset which includes the 40 major car‐exporting countries in the world, 34 importing countries, a 10‐year time period as well as four car production groups. The model is then estimated by using alternative panel data estimators, such as those of Hausman and Taylor and dynamic estimators as well as transformed variables estimators. Export potential is finally calculated from the residuals of the model. Results show that Iranian current car exports are about 100 times less than their fitted values. This indicates that there is a significant export potential for Iran, especially toward India, China, Russia, as well as smaller neighbours (Turkey, Pakistan, Central Asian countries). As a result, Iran could become the major auto supplier in the Middle East. However, this requires the completion and success of ongoing economic reforms.     

通货膨胀目标制的政策内涵及其应用

本文从分析货币政策的规则和相机抉择之争入手，分析通货膨胀目标制作为名义锚在货币政策中的作用与政策含义，在此基础上探讨如何有效地设计和实行通货膨胀目标制。本文认为，我国货币政策在向通货膨胀目标制过渡过程中，要明确货币政策和汇率政策的主从地位，增强中央银行的独立性以及对宏观经济的分析和预测能力，解决中央银行承担最后贷款人义务而造成的通货膨胀隐患，建立核心通货膨胀指标。     

基于不经意传输的拓扑隐藏广播协议设

为了保护消息广播中节点关系、地理位置等敏感信息，将高效的NTRU（Number Theory Research Unit）公钥加密算法与不经意传输协议相结合，通过引入不可信的第三方以保证广播的中间过程无法被任意节点所获知，从而实现了隐藏网络拓扑结构的目标。该协议可认为是拓扑隐藏广播的具体实现，解决了现有概念性方案中尚未涉及的秘钥重构、相邻节点身份隐藏及网络动态变化等问题。安全性分析表明，在半诚实攻击模型下该方案能够保证网络中任何一部分节点被攻破均不会导致其他节点拓扑信息泄露。此外，通过与相关概念性协议进行实验对比分析，该方案除安全性外还可充分体现计算、通信开销与节点平均度数无关的优势。     

Key components and implications of entrepreneurship: A 4-P framework

Entrepreneurship has been gaining increasing respect from the research community as a field of scholarly study as well as practical application worldwide as a means to achieve wealth creation and personal fulfillment. Yet, entrepreneurship, as a theoretical construct and practical phenomenon, remains poorly defined and its interpretation fragmented. This article attempts an eclectic account of the major ingredients of entrepreneurship and dissects the entrepreneurship process through a parsimonious 4-P framework: pioneer, perspective, practice, and performance. It is expected that this framework will help us better understand the essence of entrepreneurship: its theoretical underpinnings as well as its practical implications.     

Social media in marketing research: Theoretical bases,methodological aspects,and thematic focus

The widespread use of social media as a marketing tool during the last decade has been responsible for attracting a significant volume of academic research, which, however, can be described as highly fragmented to yield clear directions and insights. We systematically synthesize and critically evaluate extant knowledge of social media marketing extracted from 418 articles published during the period 2009–2021. In doing so, we use an organizing framework focusing on five key areas of social media marketing research, namely, social media as a promotion and selling outlet, social media as a communication and branding channel, social media as a monitoring and intelligence source, social media as a customer relationship management and value cocreation platform, and social media as a general marketing and strategic tool. Within each of these areas, we provide important theoretical, methodological, and thematic insights, as well as future research directions. We also offer useful managerial implications derived from the articles reviewed.

America’s shifting emphasis to the Pacific

East Asian nations, which not long ago were counted among the more backward, are emerging as dramatically expanding markets as well as tough competitors for the United States. Predictions are that the Pacific-rim economy will expand twice as fast as the rest of the world. Professor Jens Biermeier shows that there has been a shift in the trading pattern of the United States away from Europe towards Asia as well as a shift of US political and strategic interests from the Atlantic to the Pacific in recent years.     

福建省物流运输与农业经济增长的实证研究

选取福建省1978—2010年的货运量、客运量和农业生产总值作为分析指标,在对时间序列进行平稳性检验后,对福建省货运量、客运量与农业生产总值进行Johansen协整分析,并对它们进行回归分析,然后对货运量和客运量与农业生产总值之间进行了Granger因果检验。实证结果表明,福建省农业生产总值的变动与货运量和客运量的变动密切相关,货运量的增长对农业经济的发展有显著的促进作用,同时农业经济的发展也积极带动了货运量和客运量的增长。

Immediacy: A Remark on the Vitalism of Aesthetic Organising

Mostly aesthetics are treated as a quality among others, characterising an object whether it is seen as an essential object-feature or a dimension in the observation and construction of "the object". In this article, we elaborate on a more radical conceptualisation, where aesthetics are seen as desire and force, as an essential feature of expressivity, and as the actual it is born in the motion between language and visibility, between speaking and seeing, but as the substantive, it is always already dissolved by the absolute horizon, that which never actualises, always outside the general, abstract and inaccurate conceptualisation of difference, as difference between the actual and the possible, withhold in the inescapable remnants of virtualitity, its own deferment, as always becoming-other . In this sense, it is an aesthetic which comes into being though the voices of Maurice Blanchot and Gilles Deleuze.

Can't touch this? Conceptualizing the customer touchpoint in the context of omni-channel retailing

Due to the rise of omni-channel management, the customer touchpoint concept has become more important. However, research lacks a common understanding of this concept. This article addresses this research gap by conceptualizing the customer touchpoint following the design science research paradigm. As a result, an overview of the constructs and their respective properties, as well as their possible manifestations that collectively define the customer touchpoint, is provided. The conceptualization has implications for researchers and practitioners alike as it comes as a tool to design and evaluate touchpoints in the field as well as to provide fertile soil for future research.     

Useful Friendships: A Foundation for Business Ethics

"Friendship", for Aristotle, is a term with "focal meaning" which denominates relationships as casual as “fellow travelers on a voyage”, as permanent as spouses, and whose motives are as various as the commercial, military, religious, sexual, political and the virtuous. What can be said of all these relationships is that they involve a solidarity, a concordat, a reciprocity, which has its foundation in a common field between the parties and which produces common actions or exchanges. All friendships tend to equality in the sense that they do not insist on ‘what is due’ as an ultimate end; friendship, like equity, surpasses justice in the fulfillment of what is owed. Because friendship fosters solidarity and justice it is politically important as a virtue-context, according to Aristotle. Is it possible that friendship can function as a virtue-context within economic life as well? Aristotle's notion of a type of useful friendship which functions through expectation of moral behavior will be shown to provide both motive and context for the performance of acts of virtue in a business setting.
