作为一种兼具企业组织方式和市场交易方式各自优点的独特双元组织形式,供应链联盟已经成为学者和企业界关注的热点。目前,供应链联盟的研究主要采用基于企业内在运作的交易成本理论和资源观念理论,交易成本理论从最小化内部交易成本出发,资源观念理论从最大化内部价值出发,忽略了供应链联盟中的内部化成本和交易价值。同时,供应链联盟的研究也没有同时兼顾企业内部和企业之间两个方面。因此,从交易价值的视角对供应链联盟进行了探讨,提出了兼顾供应链联盟企业内部和企业之间的供应链联盟独特双元模式。 相似文献

本世纪初,我国大型煤炭企业战略联盟迅速发展,战略联盟成为大型煤炭企业规模扩张和市场营销的主要模式,是大型煤炭企业一个重要的战略问题。本文从大型煤炭企业所处的外部环境和内部资源状态入手,分析了企业建立战略联盟的外部动因和内部动因,以使企业能更好地明确建立战略联盟的动机及目标,为联盟成功打下基础。研究发现,政治与政策因素、经济因素、社会因素和技术因素是企业建立战略联盟的外部动因,而弥补战略缺口、追求规模经济、降低经营风险、获得共生经济效应和知识经济效应是其内部动因。 相似文献

Having reduced its fertility rate over the past 40 years, Indonesia has reached a new demographic crossroad. Its fertility rate is now around 2.5 births per woman, which, if sustained, would add substantial numbers to Indonesia's population in the future. There are concerns within Indonesia that the present level of population growth is an obstacle to continued economic development and, accordingly, that fertility should be reduced to the replacement level of 2.1 births per woman as soon as possible. Yet a comparative perspective indicates that countries such as Singapore, Japan, and Thailand are concerned about the effects that their very low rates of fertility are having on their labour forces and their rates of population ageing. This article suggests that with the right policy settings Indonesia can avoid this outcome yet continue to reduce its fertility. It discusses the implications of Indonesia's population growth and distribution for its economy, as well as the poor quality of demographic data. 相似文献

文章认为,除去其自身概念的合理性,要物合同制度自被罗马法确立以来被保留至今还有三大方面的理由:一是法律传统使然;二是立法者乐意采用此制度设计还旨在以此等法律规范为当事人的意愿解释提供一种通常的判断,以反映社会实践层面的法律需求;三是因其无偿性,传统要物合同欠缺当事人产生此债的客观意义上的原因,要物合同法律规范所要求的交付则补足了当事人单纯合意的原因欠缺。为此,文章建议保留无偿的传统要物合同,将有偿要物合同予以诺成化改造。 相似文献

There are many misconceptions about African American health that have subtle and continuing influence on health policy debates. Unfortunately, many of the misconceptions surrounding African American health have an implicit historical dimension, and the usual response for the lack of evidence in support of any myth is that “the data does not exist” to shed full light on the given question. This is unfortunate as there is now a growing body of evidence pertaining to the historical health of the African American population, and this data is currently being used to uncover a number of facts about the historical dynamics of African American health. In this paper, we show that our historical data on the health of African Americans is wholly lacking and at the same time show that one prominent myth about trends in African American health does not stand up to historical investigation. We conclude with a brief note about where this research is headed and what future topics should be explored in African American economic and health history. 相似文献

Summary Because promotions are an important source of wage growth, we argue that the low incidence of promotions among part-time workers
will contribute to the emergence of the part-time wage gap. We test this claim using Dutch employer–employee matched data.
We find that the part-time wage gap is absent among young school leavers, but that it is well established among more mature
workers. Moreover, we find that promotions account for a wage growth of about eight log points. Finally, workers in part-time
jobs experience a lower rate of promotion relative to workers in full-time jobs.
